I accidentally locked my keys inside my car. I was very upset as this was the first time it had happened to me. I called Midwest Towing and they showed up to help within 10 minutes. They were extremely helpful, answered any questions I had, and kept a very positive attitude the entire time. We got a flat on the way home from a Husker game at midnight, and couldnt for the life of us get the lugnuts off. We did have to wait about an hour, but once the repairman got to us, it literally took less than 5 minutes for him to change it out. $50 well spent! Everyone was super professional and courteous. The receptionist we spoke to was so nice, which was a blessing considering how stressed we were!! Would 100% recommend them!

Just a few words about Joe the driver that came to assist us. I was thinking there was something else wrong with my car and asked to get it towed to kia. Before Joe just hooked my car up he asked a few questions and decided to check my battery. Well turned out my battery was dead and fortunately I was right next to an Auto Zone. Joe could have just easily towed my car and made more money but instead he took the time to try to figure out what was wrong with my car before just towing.i appreciate it very much and would highly recommend Midwest.

Used Midwest Towing for a scheduled vehicle tow to a repair shop. They were a little later than we discussed but thats understandable in this line of work. I had a great experience with Midwest Towing & Recovery. They showed up promptly, and Dalton really went the extra mile to help out when we needed our vehicle towed to a locksmith in order to get a new key fob.The electronic parking brake was set and we were unable to turn it off, so the vehicle would not roll. Dalton was able to get the car up onto the flatbed and had to do some extra work to get back off at the other end, which he cheerfully did.Best towing experience ever!

Arrived an hour later than they first said they would. They didnt even notify me--I had to call them when they didnt show up. They kept stringing me along 20 minutes at a time, so I never thought I had time to do anything else while waiting. Ill never use them again.

My Blazer broke down in the middle of an intersection, on a highway, in the middle of rush hour traffic. I had my pup in the passenger seat (mind you the AC stopped working and it was 100 degrees outside.)I couldnt open my door due to traffic and was forced to give her water from my water bottle.After making the call I received help within 15 minutes. The driver gave me and my little one a ride to my dads shop all awhile having a pleasant conversation.I wish I could remember his name, but if the other drivers are anything like him, then they all deserve raises!He turned a scary situation into something I could look back on with a smile and for that I am extremely grateful.

I had a very bad experience with the guy of this company whom I called to tow my vehicle at Lincoln, NE after an accident. When I called them the lady on the phone ensured me that the total cost will be $80.44. She took all the details e.g. accident location, destination, car type, accident type before providing this amount.However, after arriving, the towing guy informed me that I have to pay ~$128 instead of $80.44. When I asked the reason he explained that the car is on top of the grass and therefore he needs extra effort to tow it. I was super surprised. It seemed like my car is on top of the Willis Tower and therefore he needs extra effort to take it inside the towing truck!Then I pushed the car from there to the parking lot with the help of my friend and the guy was sitting inside his car and looked at our efforts stolidly. After I placed it in the parking he towed it with his truck. I have no idea how he asked 50+% extra for the service that we did by just a small push of a couple of yards! Is this a joke?The towing guy also was not efficient enough to place my car properly in my parking lot. I had to push one more time with him to place it at the proper spot.I think companies like Midwest Towing & Recovery are out of all credibilities. People call them when they are in an emergency and their personals try to get as much as possible from the customer due to the helplessness.Hope the authority will monitor these issues.

My experience was excellent with midwest, very professional driver who took excellent care with my vehicle and myself, I was scheduled to be picked up with a 2.5 hour wait, they called and had a driver(lance) come and get me off the side of the road within 30 minutes! Once again, EXCELLENT service!

Jawad was awesome! Not only did he show up much quicker than anticipated, he was very friendly and professional. He was also very patient as we had to wait for my mechanic to shuffle vehicles so we could safely set my car down (snow and ice made it a little tricky). I was recently stranded because the air in my tires dropped to a dangerously low level. I didnt want to risk a flat tire in -20 weather so I decided to just pull over and and was looking for a towing service that may carry an air compressor. Midwest was the only towing service in a 20 mile radius in town that could help. The lady who accepted the order was kind. The gentleman who had come out was very helpful too and while I was initially told the waiting time would be an hour and a half, I was able to get service much sooner that. They definitely helped me when I needed it the most.

Lance did a fantastic job. My vehicle had been disabled because of a tire being blown out from striking an object. It had to be flatbedded. On time, professional staff, careful with vehicle. Easily 5 star performance.

Got me out of the mud a couple weeks ago. But your employee put the tow chain into my tire rim and assured me he had gotten others out the same way before. While pulling me out my tie-rod end and tie-rod adjustment shaft was bent rendering it nearly impossible to steer. I managed to get it to my mechanic after your employee straightened it out a bit. Thanks for helping me incur a $245 repair bill. *UPDATE* Went in to discuss the damage to my vehicle and they reimbursed me fully for the cost of repairs.

This company pulled our Semi out of a ditch in extreme weather conditions. There were certain concerns from our end in regards to the charge however, Midwest Towing Management settled it quickly and painlessly. Way to go guys!

One star for the actual driver. He was super friendly and a big help. Got ripped off by a mistake that one of the dispatchers made and cost me 100 dollars. Instead of trying to work with me on it she was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of owning up to her mistake she was too busy on trying to save her job and it cost me a lot of money. Would not recommend. Find a place that is friendlier and honest. I dont know how to comment on here so I’ll just add to this. More lies about what was said over the phone. I think it would be beneficial to have your calls recorded so that when a customer asks for a review of what was said it can be done because obviously it cannot be trusted that what was said will be repeated honestly. I never said anyone was off their meds and I didn’t act inappropriately. I said perhaps she was having an off day and didn’t remember what she said. I’ve never worked with such a dishonest person.

I called Midwest after I encountered an arabic driver who had broken down and forgotten his phone. He was in a real bind and had difficulty communicating without a translator app. Midwest not only helped get his car to his mechanic but helped me figure out what languages the man spoke and sent a driver fluent in arabic to do the job! Very professional and thorough.

I recently had to deal with several abandoned vehicles on my property. I called Midwest and reached Cindy. She was such a pleasant person to work with and made the whole process so easy and pleasant. I could tell she really wanted to help me. I needed some approvals from the owner to complete the job I needed. I again feel that he actually wanted to help with my needs. I was told they would be out today or tomorrow. It ended up they had 2 trucks there within an hour. another truck appeared an hour later. The drivers were very fast and very friendly with getting them hooked up and taken away. I would highly recommend Midwest for any towing needs you might have.
