Quality service and kindness: My car broke down nearby on I-80 during a cross-country move after a faulty repair performed at a service center in a different state. I reached out to Honda of Lincoln as they were the closest place to get my in-warranty car fixed. From the first person I spoke with on the phone Deb, who was able to fit me into their busy schedule, to Brian in sales who greeted me when I arrived with my towed car, to David who handled the service, I was shown nothing but kindness and compassion for my situation. I thought I would be stuck in Lincoln for days but they were able to swiftly identify and fix the issue that the other place could not. They even fixed the center console panel that the other service center had bent out of shape. I left feeling so impressed and am deeply grateful for their help with getting me back on the road in no time. Thanks Honda of Lincoln!!!
