Took my vehicle here for the first time. Justin and his service staff did an excellent job on the repairs. We had loud noise when we would brake and they discovered caliper guide pins needed greased which took care of the noise. They also did an oil change, a full vehicle inspection, and recommended basic tuneup on the next service. Justin and his team will be my go to mechanic in the future.

Needed Yukon strut assemblies compressed and new cartridges installed. CAC has a proper strut compression machine, and performed the task for a very modest fee. Although I did not have any other work done there this time, I would not hesitate to recommend thier shop. Well organized, clean, and the staff were all sporting various certification badges.

I had engine problems on my 2007 Dodge 2500 diesel. I called CAC and asked him if I could have my vehicle towed there, which they happily accommodated. It was over the lunch hour, but Justin put his lunch aside and immediately helped me. He asked for a few days to diagnose the problem, and then reported back to me with the problem, the options, and discussed with me what I preferred to do. I am very happy with the results, and will be bringing my vehicles to CAC in the future.

I have used custom Auto for the last 2 years after years of searching for a good mechanic. I do a lot of my own wrenching, but sometimes something is over my capabilities, and Custom has been the answer. I have come to trust Justin and Tracy immensely. Tracy is unlike most Service advisors I have run into, she knows her stuff, and well, instead of just repeating what they were told. Justin is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic, who works hard to keep up with the newest equipment, technology, testing, diagnostics, and actual repairs to fit every vehicle. He is hard working and honest beyond what I have ever experienced elsewhere. He both owns and works his own shop. He works hard to be honest, up to date, and customer oriented which builds trust! Custom Auto is my only stop for mechanical needs.

My father has been a mechanic all his life, so Ive always been hesitant to take my vehicles anywhere else. However, my company uses Custom to work on our trucks and theyve always been able to solve ANY problem when no one else could. So I took my van in to have them diagnose the check engine light, replace some plugs and wires, and locate some oil leaks. They were able to get everything fixed I asked them to and the van is running better than it has in a long time. Custom Automotive went above and beyond with this one. They were very quick getting the repairs done right. The cost to do it was SURPRISINGLY low. They didnt do anything I didnt ask them to do. They never pressured me into fixing anything I didnt ask them to. Tracy and Justin are top notch. On a scale of 1-5 stars, Custom Automotive is definitely 10 stars.

Well I took my daughters truck in I told them it was just purchased for her and we were having some problems with it told him what the problems were we wanted to find out how much it would cost to get it fixed. They told me it would cost about this much to check it out and it was a lot and so when I went back to pick it up they had checked it out and said yes it needed a lot of work done like over $1,500 worth of work and that didnt include an oil leak that it would cost another $40 just to see where the oil leak was coming from. so I paid the $200 for them just to look at it and tell me basically it wasnt worth fixing and then after I got done I asked him if he knew any dealers that were around the area that dealt in used cars that were good. He mentioned that they had a service that for $$99 they would check out a used car and let you know if there was anything major wrong with it and if you wanted extra them to look for extra things it was $129 it was a used car check out it service they offered. So I was extremely disappointed to find out that they could have done all that probably for a lot less and that they didnt even offer that service to me when they knew we had just bought it and were trying to figure out whats wrong with it so I spent $200 and literally found out it wasnt worth fixing and they did nothing other than tell me that and give me a list of everything that needed done which was over $1500 plus that still didnt include an oil leak that they couldnt tell me where it was coming from and how much that would cost without charging me another $40 to clean the oil off so they could figure it out. So needless to say they have $200 of my money but I wont be going back and I wouldnt recommend them, unfortunately.

They are so great here and they even vacuumed my car out! I had a blanket that they folded nicely on my seat as well. They are so friendly and welcoming here! I would recommend this place to anyone that has car needs!

Ive been taking my vehicles to Justin and the guys for years. They do a great job explaining the work they do. They dont just fix whats wrong, they also inspect the vehicle to let me know if there is anything else I need to be aware of.

They replaced our oil return hose and rear breaks on our F-250 truck when we were passing through last year. The service was outstanding. As we were not from the area, we located them based on google reviews. We could not have been happier. Honest and straightforward. We would happily return for any service if we find ourselves in the area again.

Everyone there was very nice. Do not take your car here, however. They at first quoted me $325 dollars to put a new lock cylinder in my car. I knew that was pretty steep but I couldnt think of any other options. I told them to go ahead and they said they wouldnt be done till the next day.The mechanic let me know an hour later that he misquoted me by $125 more. My new bill was around $450A friend told me that was way to much and recommended I go to Performance 66. They got the work done today for about $230 dollars. Now thats more like it.If something in your gut tells you thats

Honest mechanics that go the extra mile

I cant say enough good things about custom automotive. I had gone to Sears for new tires and an alignment and was told that I needed over a $1000 worth of work. Well of course I wanted a second opinion and was shocked to find out that they lied. Not only was I given a true estimate but they also gave me a car to drive as mine was not safe to drive with my current tires. Will never go to another mechanic again.
