I took my F150 in because it had a slight misfire under load. Jeff ran it through diagnostics and thought he had the problem pinpointed. However, the misfire came back over the weekend, and I brought it back in, knowing it wasnt his fault. Jeff then diagnosed it for two days, squeezing it in between other cars, because he still couldnt pinpoint the misfire as it was showing misses in multiple cylinders. He finally replaced all the spark plugs and I havent had a miss yet. He worked really hard to find and fix the problem, and gave me a more than fair price. I will definitely come back with any other vehicle problems I have in the future.
