Professional staff and decent service to get your Kia serviced. I like the waiting lounge with snacks and popcorn in it. However, they lack nitrogen machine for inflating tires even though the Kia itself recommends it.After I asked this to one of the representative there, she said Nitrogen and compressed air are the same thing and have no difference and not a lot of places have it. That was a big bummer seeing the representative not understanding the recommendation of the company they are working for and at the same time arguing with the customer about Nitrogen being useless; especially when a customer is an engineer.
My 2020 Forte GT has been in the shop since August 13th and it has been one thing after another. What started at less than $500. Has gone to over $3500. I traded my 2014 forte for the 2020. I wish i had kept the 2014. I will never buy another kia 😡😡
Wear a mask, respect personal space, and drop the manipulative sales techniques from the 80s. We went back to Honda, where people are calm, respectful, they listen to you. I will never set foot in KIA of Lincoln again.

I contacted this dealer online with a request to take a safe test drive from home. I am about 45 mins away so I could understand if it was not possible. I was contacted and informed it was possible. I made it clear I also had a trade in and took 15 of pictures of my trade at their request in an attempt to put a deal together, however no numbers were ever provided. For 5 days I requested the test drive, finally I was told on day 6 that they were too shorthanded and that I could come to the dealership. I decided then to contact another KIA dealership and someone came to my house the same day (same distance as KIA of Lincoln). I really liked the car and had the color picked out I wanted. I then contacted KIA of Lincoln informing them that I have received an offer from another dealer but I would take an offer from them into consideration, however again no deal was ever produced. The OTHER dealership did not have the color that I wanted so they reached out to couple other dealers (including KIA of Lincoln) and they were told by KIA of Lincoln the vehicle was sold. I was then contacted by KIA of Lincoln and they again said they wanted to try to put together a deal, I spoke with Sales Manager Chad, and he said he wouldnt be able to put something together until the next day and he confirmed the vehicle was still available. Again no response, no deal. The OTHER dealer accommodated me by UPGRADING me to the car I wanted, in the color I wanted with $2,000 more in amenities. At the end of the day, KIA of Lincoln has wasted enough of my time, effort, and refused to work with the other dealer to trade the car by saying it was sold. BTW the car is still on their site. I will not recommend this dealership to any friends, family or co workers.
Went there this morning to have my car service and I waited. Theyre always very nice helpful and discuss your problems before they just fix anything I got my brakes changed tires rotated and oil change and I didnt really have to wait that long so that would be always my car service of choice plus considering I bought my car there 2 years ago.
Luke was great to work with as a salesman. But as for financing and trade in goes they are out for themselves. I refinance their loan a few days later and saved thousands.
Our KIA SOUL has been there for a week and a half now for a engine recall. At one week I was told the KIA computer systems were down and that they had not even looked at the car. Then at a week and a half the system just came back up but they have not even started the recall. It is pretty much a hot mess. Not once have they offered to give us a rental car during this process for the recall. Poor Service and they make no attempt to keep people that bought a car from them happy or want to come back there.
I highly recommend the lincoln kia dealership. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable about their cars and will take the time to show you the features of your new vehicle. Their service department does a great job of getting you in and out, will also give you quotes on items before doing the work, ask for your authorization on everything and just overall treat you right. Great dealership, great people and great cars.

One of the worst attempted business dealings Ive had. Acted appalled when I asked to see sales purchase figures instead of estimated monthly payments. Refused to negotiate. Complete waste of time and I will be suggesting other Kia dealers to friends and colleagues.
Have had my soul for a few years. Needed a new battery installed. Called and was told $150. Came in, waited for it to get done, and when I was told it was done, it was almost $270. Other places I had called are cheaper for the same AGM battery. They refused to correct the price to what I was told. Ended up putting my old battery in and took it somewhere else. Will not be returning. If you need a Kia dealership, head to Omaha.
Gail was AMAZING!!! She wasnt one of those pushy car salesmen that calls you constantly or tries to guilt you into making a purchase. Shes transparent and gives her honest opinion when asked. Super friendly and personable. I honestly felt as though we were friends by the time the deal was done. I highly recommend her and will be sending all my family and friends to her from now on. I stopped into Kia just to look around their lot and Gail came out and talked to me, asked what I was looking for but put absolutely no pressure on me to do anything that day. She gave me her card and number and told me to come in after the weekend so I did! We looked at a couple cars and I wasn’t too impressed, I told her I didn’t want to drive a couple of them and she didn’t do the whole “oh let’s just check it out anyways” thing. Told her I wanted something shinier and cooler and then she pulled out my perfect first car❤️ I already can’t wait to buy another car from them.

Charging $25 in labor for a cabin air filter that takes 3 seconds to access and charging $32 for the filter itself when I couldnt find a comparable listing for a cent more than $10.Really unfortunate as Ive been going here for a while only to find out they nickel and time you at every turn thinking that their customers dont know any better.Ill either have to drive to the dealership in Omaha from now on or find someone else as they showed no willingness to resolve the issue when I talked to the service person on the phone about my concerns.EDIT:The owner called me and informed me that they didnt appreciate my approach of expressing my dissatisfaction with this experience on social media. And that its not how I win friends and influence people (what does that mean? Im not trying to make friends I want honest and upfront business!) I dont appreciate the dealership ripping people off and stealing their money. they finally agreed to a partial refund of $25 for the labor in replacing the cabin air filter.When I went to the dealership to receive the refund the owner approached me directly with a printed copy of the review and asked me to remove this review. I informed him that I could amend the review to reflect the facts.I rescinded my complaint with corporate and the BBB like I promised but they still wanted to censor this experience on Facebook and Google to save face.while they did do something to attempt to make it right Im still on the hook for the overpriced filter and this experience is enough to drive me away from this dealership and Kia for good.

Friendly staff however, the prices they expect are absurd our salesman was attempting to get us in a vehicle when asked the price of the vehicle he said I dont even know. At that point he tried to sell us a vehicle well over cost in fact tried to double the worth of the vehicle but after disclosing the payment amount per month, still couldnt tell us what the cost of the new vehicle actually was.
They made an estimate on radiator service and charged me $30 more. When I asked why the head mechanic just brushed me off. Same thing with the cashier when I paid my bill. Today I went in to buy a oil filter and the parts man with a beard and a customer were not wearing a face mask.------(Response to owner. The radiator service was in October 2020 and I bought the oil filter 3-10-2021, Im sure the parts man remembers me. I also bought my car from you and have brought it in for oil changes and recalls. You send me emails. )
I went to buy a car with my children and was helped by a man named Jason. He offered an extended warranty on the car and had me sign it, but little did I know I was signing away the custody of my children. They then took my children and said they were going to raise them to be the best salesmen who ever lived. I tried fighting it but it was in writing now. Very unprofessional. Jason also smelled funny. Would not suggest, especially if you have children.

I came in with my 2 young children, and was immediately greeted by a sales member. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and patient, especially when my baby started to fuss. I had all of my questions answered by the finance manager, in the time i was there. The manager was professional and very respectful, which was refreshing! I enjoyed my experience and my kids ended up having a blast with the sales members! Will definitely recommend Kia to friends and family!

Horrible experience with the service center!! I brought my Kia in to have it fixed because it died while I was driving down the interstate...I lost all power and the car wouldn’t start up after that. Kia called me and said it was the starter...I knew that this was not in fact the problem with my car. However, they stated they couldn’t fix anything unless this was taken care of. So, reluctantly I paid 360 to get a new starter on my car. I was told this fixed the problem. Again, I informed Kia that there is no way this is the only problem and there has to be something else going on. Since I live 2 hours from the Kia dealer I asked them to continue to find out what the problem was and also to change the oil since it was about time for this to be due. Kia had my car for 5 days after replacing the starter....and did nothing else with it...not even change the oil as I requested. They insisted my car was fine and I told them ok so when it dies on my way home will you pay for the tow back and they advised they would work with me. Low and behold my car died that SAME DAY with the EXACT SAME ISSUE from before. Kia is only offering to pay half of the tow to come back. Which is ridiculous as I didn’t even want to take my car and I knew this was going to happen and they were well aware of the fact I lived two hours away....however the service managers response was “it’s not our fault you drove the car to Timbuktu” What a joke....oh and did I mention there is an active recall on the motor of my car which other customers have complained of the exact same issues with their cars before the recall got fixed WHICH WAS NEVER EVEN ADDRESSED at the service center although I told them this repeatedly.

We were worried about being able to get a car since we are both still building our credit. Luke was very helpful and understanding of our concerns, was super patient (we came in at the end of their work day since we both had to work) and was super helpful with the whole process. He worked hard to get us approved, and put us in a brand new car that we absolutely love! Kia of Lincoln was also able to get our monthly payments lowered and have amazing customer service. Luke even reached out to us about a month after purchasing our car to check in and see how we were loving it (and we do)! Thank you, Luke!

I made a down payment on my car, the charge on my card was some how “declined” but had been approved through my bank. I got ahold of my bank and canceled the transaction and pulled out cash instead. Larry the internet manager then charges my account again the next day setting me negative into my account! I called Larry several times the day they charged my account again to see why they did so and if I could have my money back. Larry told me he was working on it and by ten that morning I’d have my money back. I waited until two in the afternoon to get my money back and continuously called Larry but he ignored every call. I then got ahold of the dealership manager Kyle and explained my situation and within minutes he told me to come pick up a check for the extra amount charged to my account. I explained to Kyle that they had the windows tinted before I bought the car and how the passenger side window was already bubbling and if they could fix it. “Get ahold of me any day next week and I’ll get it fixed right away and give you a rental” is what I was told. That following Monday I attempted to get ahold of him and no luck. Needless to say I’ll never buy another car from these people again.
We love Kia of Lincoln..its always a great experience and everytime I go in for an oil change or service my vehicle Im always greeted with a smile by Ashley in service and not only is she friendly and nice but extremely helpful. I should also say that Esteban has worked there for a long time also and is extremely friendly and very helpful too! Great place!!!!
The staff is very friendly do not get me wrong, but the service center is absolutely terrible. Would not recommend to anyone. I have scheduled multiple appointments with them and nobody has showed up or called to reschedule. Will no longer work with them.

Jason sweeney is a great salesman all around helpful had a bad car that I owed more then it was worth he got that paid and got me in a 2018 with relatively decent payments considering my score had a closed account and decently under 600 credit score...To top that off you have Ashley Gallagher in servicing which has always exceeded my expectations and never seizes to amaze me.Strongly recommend this dealership to everyone put there

I heard their ad on tv about being able to put anyone in a car even with bad credit. Turned out that isnt true. Even though my husband has a good paying job for over the last year. We have lived in the same place for over 8 years. Didnt matter they couldnt put us in a car. False advertising.
Ive purchased several new cars over the years and now have bought two new vehicles from Kia of Lincoln. The most recent of which we purchased last week (11/2014). The experience at Kia of Lincoln both last week and 3 years prior has been the best car buying experience I could hope for. The sales team is amazing, remembers who you are (if youve been there before), not pushy and will find you what you exactly what you want. Once you have decided to purchase, they do not try to sell you 20 different additional services and products. The actual purchasing/paperwork took less than 20 minutes total. Compared with other dealerships where Ive had this process take up to two hours due to their continual up-selling sales pitches and making you sign off on turning down up-sell after up-sell.We already owned a Kia Optima (that we would be trading in) and we were extremely happy with it. Just to make sure though, we did go out and look at a number of other options in the same class of vehicle to see what was new and interesting on the market. After looking at a number of options online and in-person; in the end none of the other manufacturers/dealerships/vehicles provided the features, amazing looks, price and car buying experience that Kia of Lincoln could give us.We picked up our new Kia Optima Limited on Friday having not seen it in person yet and were blown away by the amazing and updated looks of this 2015 model it even had a few extra features that we werent expecting. This vehicle is for my wifes use and she could not be any happier with the car or the service!Like many of the other reviewers here on Google, the Kia of Lincoln sales person that we worked with was Billy Keck; both for this purchase and our purchase 3 years ago. I am sure that the rest of the staff at Kia is amazing and we have had great interactions with others there; but I can say with certainty that you are in great hands when working with Billy!

Used inventory was high mileage and way overpriced. Salesmen was polite and did follow up; but there was simply nothing worth buying. Anything below 40k mileage was cherished by management. They had 100 cars, but only 5, maybe, worth buying.
We had some issues when we went in to order our new Kia. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. The next day, Kyle, the manager of the dealership called me directly and asked how he could make things right. He did just that. He listened to our concerns, promised to correct the issues and ordered our new Telluride for us. We are excited to get the car soon. This was a great example of great customer service.

My boyfriend and I are from out of state, and when he had issues with the engine in his newly purchased, used Kia, he contacted the dealership where he purchased it and they offered no assistance whatsoever. When he contacted Kia of Lincoln, they offered to look at the mechanical issues and into possible extended warranties. Since, they have replaced the engine free of charge, and provided a rental car for the duration that it took to fix the engine. I’m very impressed that Kia of Lincoln offered their services and backed their product even when they weren’t the dealership that made the sale. Kudos to them for great customer service and integrity! We will have no problem returning here for future purchases and services!
Ron met me and my daughter at the door and helped us through the process. He was kind and gracious and certainly knew what he was doing I have never bought a car in such a short amount of time and felt so comfortable making the decision to buy. He is truly wonderful and I would buy a car everyday from him if I could afford to do that.

They have a comfortable waiting area as well with the good kind of popcorn and coffee and water and all that. 😊 Need better instructions for people waiting outside though because it says honk for service, but it took a while for me to see the sign that says pull up to the garage door first, then honk for service. Lol

It was great seeing the inventory online and when I went in, I had Tom H. help me throughout the whole process and get me what I needed and answered all my questions that I had. We have purchased 3 brand new vehicles from Kia of Lincoln. Each time we were very impressed with the entire staff, and our salesman, Billy Keck, always goes above and beyond to get us the best deals possible. Hes very personable and friendly and its obvious he cares about his customers. When we went in to sign the papers for the last vehicle we purchased, we were pleasantly surprised that the payment was even lower than what wed agreed upon. If you want to have a pleasant, no pressure car buying experience, do yourself a favor and go see Billy Keck.
Cant believe these guys dont have mechanics with the competence to solve a cold starting problem with a like new 2014 vehicle with under 15,000 miles. Now they want my friend to take his Kia to the Omaha dealership at his expense and risk of it not starting and him being stranded not to mention he is supposed to find his own way to work once his vehicle is in the shop. What does a bumper to bumper warranty even mean to this company? 0/10 customer service

Id just like to say that Billy Keck is one of my all time favorite people! He is an excellent person to work with. My family has bought 5 vehicles from him in the last 6 years. If I could leave 0 stars I would. First the dealership is in a sketchy part of town, told to us by the sales woman. We were very open about not buying on the day we visited and that set the ball rolling. They would not take that for an answer, they were going to low ball us with our trade which was totally incorrect and then we were told there was no room to negotiate on price of the vehicle. The sales people look at you like your a piece of meat.
Pretty upset. Not only did the engine go out of my car at 64,000 miles, but it has been sitting on their lot for 2 MONTHS and counting. I asked nicely if they would help me out for my inconvenience and at least fix the driver side seat warmer (which went out at 47,000 miles, but I wasnt informed there was a 60,000 mile warranty until I took the car in) in which they said there was absolutely nothing that they could do, which they could if they wanted to. Didnt seem like they cared much about providing good customer care and having a future customer. Only reason I gave them 3 stars is because they gave me a rental car, in which I absolutely hate, to drive.

Dan Chambers is very rude person to work with and has no problem lieing to you to get your business. When confronted with a bad survey he told me not to have my Kia serviced there anymore. How rude. His wish is my command. Kia of Lincoln is below par on hospitality so will gladly make trip to council bluffs where I always feel wanted and greeted with a smile not a we dont want you here because you gave us a bad survey.

Got triple 7s on the scratch-off promotion card and thought I won 5k due to the chart on the back. NOPE was quickly told I only qualified for 3k off a car and won some vacation which I cant afford to go on, due to the real prize code not matching my confirmation code. Very misleading and deceptive. Def never doing business here.

If old-fashioned, used car stereotype sales is what youre looking for then this is the place ...... for unprofessional, outdated service and non competitive vehicles. They told my they didnt have the vehicles I wanted, after Id found both on the lot. Bait style advertising at its finest. I leased four new vehicles today, but not here, but hundreds a month less for nicer vehicles. Limited selection. 0 stars. Buyer beware.

My wife and I purchased a Kia Sportage from Billy at Kia of Lincoln. The process started with no pressure and was very casual, which was nice since we were tired of being hassled at other dealerships. Billy took into account all of our wants and needs along with caring about getting us the price we could afford. The trade-in value was out of this world making the whole purchase process even easier. As always, I again received excellent, courteous customer service yesterday. When I was growing up, my father sold new and used cars at a very large dealership on the west coast. When I began driving, he told me I should never take a car to the dealer for service unless it was a warranty issue. He told tales of high overhead high prices, etc. and stood by that for years. Naturally, I took his advice, until I met the people at KIA. I have never been overcharged, have never been treated in an unprofessional manner. And I will not take my car anywhere else for service. Thanks, KIA of Lincoln, for proving that not all stereotypes are true!
