They’ll gladly take your deposit, and still sell that exact vehicle you have the deposit on. You’re better off purchasing a vehicle from McDonald’s, at least they correct your order when they mess up.

Zach foreman was our salesman. He didnt try to sell anything, just sort of asked us questions...... like we had known him for years and we were talking to a friend. I brought my car in on 6/29 to get fixed for rodent damage. Just today, 7/24 I received my car back. I’ve rated them a 1 star because I would call the service dept, the agent, the manager and no one would ever return my phone call AND emails. My car insurance agent had to physically stop in several times to get what he needed. No updates were ever given to me. Lastly Husker Auto did nothing to make it right today when I went to pick up my car. Not an apology not a discount. I’ll never go back there.

Never dealing with Husker Auto Group again. Ive heard bad things about this place but wanted to give it a chance. I was interested in a Suburban and I tried working with sales for a couple weeks to get a deal. Today at 8a I called the salesmen and told him I would put down a deposit after the vehicle was fixed and out of the shop today. He told me he would get back to me in a few minutes. I didnt hear from him until after 2p and he told me the vehicle was sold. The salesmen here talk about each other behind their backs and will lie to you. The sales manager is also very rude. They will not respond to any calls or texts either. They are scum. Do not deal with Husker Auto Group.

Very bad horrible experience at Husker auto. Their communication is horrible and their customer service is non existent. I dropped off my vehicle Monday night to get serviced on Tuesday morning to replace 2 alloy wheels. I called them on Wednesday to check up on the status of my car and I had to leave a voice message. Thursday comes along still nothing called them again left another voice message. Now its Friday let voice messages for 2 different people, one being their manager and still I havent heard back from them. I will never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them.

Salesman was super nice and relaxed, until paperwork actually started. Got very pushy and snippy very fast, got offered 1/5th of what was promised for trade in. We had to haggle for quiet some time to get half of what we expected. Car was good price but experience sucked.

Mother called yesterday to inquire about an Audi. I listened to the sales member tell my mom that she shouldnt buy it because its a foreign vehicle? Um. Okay? Asked how tall she was and asked how pretty she was??? was told that women need to drive Chevys and Fords????It sounds insane, but its actually what happened. Lord Almighty.Ended up at a different dealership and bought a vehicle yesterday. Ive never had an insane experience like this before but theres a first for everything I guess. Hope that call got recorded for quality assurance as stated when you call. Eeek.

We worked with Wade. He was great to work with. We live several hours away so he worked with us over the phone. He made sure to take video of the vehicle and pointed out even the smallest things to us. We knew what we were getting before we made it to the car lot.

Aaron was very friendly and got us squared a way fairly quick with our purchase. The insurance sale scam that followed was brutal. Another hour of some guy pressure selling us insurance we didnt need. At first blow through, the insurance was going to cost us anywhere from 50-200 bucks more on top of our monthly payment. By the end of the conversation, the guy was offering us the top of the line coverage for around 30 bucks per month. Yes, thats 30 bucks for the same coverage he offered to us for almost 200/mo at the beginning of the conversation. Next time, I will absolutely tell then no up front and to get me on my way or Ill pull out of the purchase.

The salespeople that help you find the car you are looking for do a great job. They are knowledgeable, patient, and it feels like you are having a great experience while purchasing a new vehicle.Then we walked into the finance office with Keith and things drastically changed. He will not let you walk out of there at your quoted price. When we told him multiple times we did not want any extra packages or extended warranties on our vehicle it was almost like we insulted him. He continued to push us and made it feel like we couldnt purchase our vehicle until we agreed to buy SOMETHING from him. It was an extremely unpleasant experience.My husband and I ended up getting a vehicle we both enjoy but we ended up leaving the dealership feeling degraded and unsure of everything about our purchase. I would never agree with those sales tactics and unless you want to be coerced into spending thousands of dollars above the quoted price you receive I would avoid Husker Auto.

I was driving back to Colorado from Iowa on one of the coldest days (also a snow storm) last month and had to stop in Nebraska as my reduced engine power notification came up. We were in Omaha when this happened and called a few different dealerships and Husker Auto Group was the only one that sounded like they could MAYBE check it out today. We stopped in and after 45 minutes they told us what was wrong and that the parts werent going to be there for 3-5 business days. It was Friday and we were trying to get to Denver. We were going to rent a car to get back to denver and then come back to Lincoln whenever the car was done. Jenn, the service advisor, found us a Husker Auto Group car that we could borrow in the meantime. So after 2 unexpected hours in Lincoln we were back on our way.Jenn was SO INCREDIBLY helpful and saved us so much stress. Purchased a vehicle here 3 months ago and within a month I had concerns about the way it was driving. The salesman was very pushy in getting it sold and I understand his reason for pushing it, now.3 months in on a vehicle with very few miles...we are having to put a whole new suspension system in. That couldn’t have happened in the 3 months I’ve owned it.Not impressed and won’t go back!

I cannot say enough good about Husker Auto Group in Lincoln Nebraska. After having a terrible experience at Anderson Ford of Lincoln Nebraska, I decided to see what was available across the street. I’m not going to name drop, but both the salesman I spoke with multiple times in person and over text/call would say they will go look at the vehicle and call me right back, or talk to the manager and will call back in 20 minutes only to never hear from them. No motivation or wanting to do business even when I tried to be an $80k truck. Save your time and money and just go south to Duteau, they’ll do business the right way.

NEVER will buy from here again. Bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox less than three months ago and have had nothing but problems. First off, they offered me a coverage plan that I could cancel at any time. This coverage plan was supposed to be among the best and would cover anything except new tires at any dealer. They gave me a quote and then charged me $600 more than what they quoted me without clarifying that. Then less than a week in my car started making a squeak/rattle noise. They told me it was the sway bar links, but those werent covered under the coverage. Got a second opinion and it wasnt the sway bar links, but instead a ball joint boot. Went to have that replaced with their wonderful coverage, but oh wait. Guess what? Also not covered under the coverage because there wasnt enough play in the ball joint. So you are going to wait until the ball joint breaks and causes more damage?? That makes sense. The list goes on and on. I will absolutely never buy from these guys again. Three months in and nothing but issue after issue. Wouldnt buy from them, and if you do, definitely do not buy their Great coverage plan, MPP.

Pretty smooth and easy process with the help of Donovan. I got a used 2020 Hyundai Elentra SEL for a solid deal. Everyone was very friendly and helpful through the process.EDIT:Post-purchase Ive experienced issues when trying to register my car at the error of the dealership, costing me hours of needless trips and frustrating phone calls. They misread or misrecorded my insurance information, leading the bank to withhold the title. I was not called and informed there was any sort of error, I had to call them to find this out. The issue was resolved by forwarding them the EXACT same insurance information I initially sent them.I am still satisfied with my new car and the purchase itself. The salemen were very helpful and friendly, but I am beyond frustrated with the inconveniences post-purchase at the error of the dealership.

I unfortunately purchased a used car from husker auto group and my immediate feel for the place was that of a shady used car dealership. This was due to the fact that I spoke with one person on the phone and then when I arrived at the dealership I was treated like fresh meat to a bunch of hungry sharks. I ended up dealing with 3 different reps. I knew what car I wanted and I just wanted the best price so I could make a decision. After high pressure to finance the car, I finally got their best cash price, which was significantly more than if I financed it through them, in part to their $399.00 doc fee that would be waived for a finance deal. Angered I left and found a similar vehicle another hour away, which I should have bought instead, but I didn’t primarily because of the color. Before buying the other car I gave them one more chance on price, which they dropped two hundred more so I would buy. Although I didn’t get the finance price or the price I wanted, I was willing to pay a little more to get the car I wanted. Then after being told the car had never been wrecked, I found out it had (shame on me for not doing my due diligence and signing what ever they put in front of me) and then after driving for a week I discover this 2017 with 48,000 miles needed wheel bearings, of course I am informed it’s used and that’s my problem. When my front pillar molding blew off going down the road I decided to call again just to voice my opinion to the manager, who I never did get to speak with, I just had to leave a message. I strongly suggest you find a different dealership that values their customers and at least makes an effort to treat them as another human being.

Started working with Derek online. Got an amazing price from him( 9 different dealerships couldnt come close!) The night before i went to buy it, i was looking at their website again and something else caught my eye. Emailed Derek again asking if that one was available to test drive also. Upon getting there the next day Tre ended up helping me out because Derek was still with another customer. Great customer service followed with. I left happy with my New car and the price i got!
