I had an insurance claim repair done on an older car and am so happy with Eustis Body Shop. They worked with my insurance company and repaired my car in a timely manner. The entire car looked better than when I dropped it off since they vacuumed the interior and washed and clear coated the exterior. I would recommend this business.

The only issue I had with Eustis was my vehicle was not done when promised. It was suppose to be ready on a Thursday and I was forced to wait until the following Monday to pick it up, which was an inconvenience. Otherwise the work was excellent and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They could be slightly better at communicating but otherwise I would highly recommend them!

Well unfortunately I had to use this fine establishment because someone decided to hit my vehicle. They were awesome at explaining the process to me. As a matter of fact, they did a better job of explaining the process than progressive did. Its been a few months since they did the work for me and everything has held up nicely. If it came down to it, I would most certainly use them again. Kind, knowledgeable, and speedy. Fully recommended.

Even though they havent repaired our vehicle yet. Our Geico agent met us at Eustis Body Shop to estimate what its going to cost us to repair our vehicle. NO.1 the Geico adjuster was was fantastic vertical friendly told us dont worry about anything we will take care of it. NO.2 EUSTIS BODY SHOP treated us fantastic and they didnt know if they was going to do the body work or not! After the treatment we got from them theyre definitely working on our car very nice people. Thank you Geico!! Excellent business to work with for your car repairs needs! Everybody was very friendly that I worked with and fully answered any questions I had about the repair process. I was very impressed with the quality of the work that was done. It was also an added bonus that they had loaner cars available for customers to use, so I didnt need to worry about coordinating to get a rental one.

They got me in super quick after I submitted a virtual damage estimate request and they gave me a loaner. The repairs were done super quick too and everything looks amazing!!

My family and I were traveling across country in our RV, along the way we got a chip in the windshield. We decided to stop at Eustis to get the chip repaired because they had great reviews. When we got there, they weren’t able to service us because our RV was too tall to pull into their shop and they weren’t able to repair the chip outside because temperature and sunlight would cause the material to cure too fast. So rather that doing the work themselves and collecting payment, they had the integrity to politely decline my business because they knew that they wouldn’t be able to provide the service that meets their standards.Now if that wasn’t enough, without me even asking, they called a competitor and asked if he could come to their shop and repair my windshield. They put me on the phone with him and had him working on my RV with in 15 minutes.Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to be able to see first hand the quality of work that Eustis is capable of, but I was able to receive and experience their customer service. If the quality of their service is remotely close the level of their customer service (which I imagine that it is) then this is a phenomenal business.I commend those of you who assisted our family that cold November day in Lincoln, Nebraska. Having a father in the body business for years and now an insurance adjuster we only want “The BEST” and that is what we have experienced both times. After my brand new truck was hit while parked after the last snowstorm, Eustis was fast to put a proposal together and work as a Allied / Nationwide authorized repair facility to get my truck looking brand new again! Most people have an Electrician, Plumber, etc. that they can call on when needed. It is not every day or often at all that you might need a Body Shop so I didnt have a Go To when I was in need. I took a chance on Eustis Body Shop after reading their reviews and Im happy to say I do now have a Go To if ever in need again. Very friendly and professional staff that was there for me all the way through the process, no need to look any further!

The work they do is second to none in Lincoln and yet is less than other repair shops and done more quickly.My vehicle has been re-ended twice; several years ago and again this year. The first repair at another shop took so long I had to pay out of pocket for car rental beyond what the other fellows insurance allowed. It also was twice the estimate for the same repair done two years later at Eustis. Both repair jobs were excellent, yet Eustis beat them on price and time without my vehicle.They have also repaired my vehicle when I jumped a curb and took out my oil pan. They stayed late until my husband could pick me up when I limped in just before closing time. Tracy and Brian were so helpful - I cant say enough good things about all the people there!
