Not only was the quality fantastic, but the amount of time it took repair was faster than expected. Customer Service was top notch. Constant communication and updates. Would highly recommend them for body work!

Ace Towing was amazing and did a great job on my cars bumper when I took it in to have the bumper repainted after the paint started to peel off. The owners are very nice, professional, thorough and got it done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

Ray came to tow our car, when he arrived he was able to identify the problem right away. He helped us get the car started so we could take it to the repair shop. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable! He is a great asset to Ace Body and Towing! Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

This tow company committed fraud. Towed a trailer that never belonged to me. Had a stolen plate. After advising ACE they sold trailer at auction and then proceeded to use my valid trailer VIN number to the stolen plate trailer and sold it. This means I need to prove that I have my trailer and the poor person who bought the trailer at auction has NO title or valid registration. Thinking of filing a law suit for fraud and my time having to prove legal ownership especially after I proved it already to them, twice !!!

Im very happy with the services provided by Ace. I had a scratch and dent (caused by me in my own garage!) on my passenger side front and rear doors were in need of repair. I went to the local collision specialist and they gave me an in person estimate in the 2k range. Not only that, but the car would need to be dropped off a week later. That didnt seem right to me so I told them Id shop around for additional estimates. I looked around and found Ace down the road. I stopped by without an appointment and had Pete give the car a look. He said the work could be done in the same week and at HALF the cost. They would also be able to take the car immediately and start work that day. The quote was similar and the same level of labor and materials would be used. Kris was able to take care of me and even offered to give me a ride home.My car was done in 2.5 days time. I picked it up and it looks brand new. The repairs I needed were made and they had even washed it for me. I must repeat how happy I am with the service and the quality of the work.

My car wouldn’t start and I couldn’t tell if it was a battery problem or something else. The warning kept saying it was a power steering problem. The driver said it was definitely the battery and gave me a jump instead of a tow! He saved me so much time, frustration, and money with that jump. I also had my 4 year old with me so not having to get his car seat out and Uber home was a huge relief. Thank you guys so much!

Ace body & towing was amazing I dont know how or why they would have so many 1 stars after getting a few estimates Ace had the best one. I have a Chevy truck that had damage to the front drivers side I dropped it off on Monday at 12 and got it back Wednesday at 5 and it looks amazing g they did great work a d were very helpful and polite so Im not buying the 1 stars

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE !!! Worst Tow Ever. Ill never be using Ace Body & Towing again, they took over 2 hours to arrive after the assigned time. Our battery died due to waiting so long & to make matters worse the driver brought HIS WIFE WITH HIM so therefore only 1 seat was available. He asked if we wanted to just call another Tow, but Ive been waiting so long, not to mention my mechanic was waiting also so we just let him tow my vehicle. My little sister & I had to wait in the cold for another ride. What kind of mom & pop operation is this?? Never again with these Jokers.

Would put zero start but not an option, these people want to fight you as you drive down the road. the muscle head behind the wheel needs anger management. probably a felon

Terrible customer service.. The lady who help my husband and I was so rude. She waits ten minutes just to greet us while walking in the door. Then snatches my insurance papers out of my hand. And took her sweet time to tell us whats going on with my car, after the fact that we told her we are in a hurry because we had to go to work. I dont recommend their towing services.

Worse service ever. Said it would be a half hour. Driver drove by me twice, with me waving both arms like an idiot and he just keeps on driving. Sat there by myself for 1 and a half hours. By myself, stressed out because it started getting dark, and STILL nothing. Tried to call and their voice mail box is not set up. I had to call another tow company and wait another 45 minutes for them to show!! Three hours later I get a call from them saying they were on their way, acting like I just called not to long ago!! Dont bother if you want to get towed in a timely manner! Cannot believe how hard it is to get a tow around this area, but more so I am just shocked that a tow company did not at least have the common courtesy of calling me back if they could not provide a tow! Worse service ever and the lady on the phone is mega rude and disrespectful!!

I had an amazing experience! I had a problem with my clutch, and was stranded on a country road. Within about 20 minutes of calling a tow truck was out to help. Anthony, the driver, was one of the nicest people! His smile was so comforting, and he didnt make me feel subordinate for having car troubles. The whole tow was only $50. Amazing service!

Great job! I had some body work done and they far exceeded my expectations. I dropped off a dirty damaged truck and picked up a clean perfect Tacoma. The customer service was excellent, they handled everything with my insurance and kept me informed throughout the process. I think with some of the negative reviews, its more likely you get back the attitude you put out. I hope not to need their services again, but if I do, Ill be back. I highly recommend this shop.

Beware of this business. They were dispatched by my insurance company at 430 pm to tow to caliber collision. They were not at the scene more than 40 minutes. My car was hit by another car and I was injured and taken in the ambulance. Even though they had instructions to take the car to the repair shop they took it back to their business and impounded it I had no idea it was at their business until the morning when they called meThey then said I should give their small business a chance to repair it and I should support small business that they wouldnt charge as much and get it repaired sooner. They also said they wouldnt make the percentage it was broken that they would report to the insurance as much lower than one of the larger businesses.At no time did they tell me I had to get a release from the rocklin police to get my vehicle that they impounded it has taken 2 full days to get my vehicle transported to the original repair shop. This is a very shady business who is out for money scheming and plotting. They then cancelled the tow set up by my insurance companyMy insurance company was floored they had never heard anything like this before. Talk about asking advantage of peopleAbsolutely horrible, and the women that answer the phones are horrible people

My wifes car broke down and I called our insurance company for a tow. Ace Body and towing was called. She was told about an hour. About an hour later, she got a call that another company was going to get the car and the Ace had cancelled. The second company said it would be another hour but at least they called, unlike Ace.I called Ace and the woman that I spoke to said they had to cancel due to an accident which needed 3 trucks. She was rude to me on the phone so I told her she was going to get another negative review for this company.

Disrepect to truck drivers entering city!

Worst experience ever! The driver, Phil, was an absolute jerk. He lacked even a modicum of empathy or respect. There is also miscommunication between the dispatcher and the drivers. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. I would, however, recommend you NOT go through them for services.

No STARS but had to put one to post.. Do not use.. beware...Worst Customer service Ive ever had.. first thing is..he repeated how much he was going to charge me and I agreed .. but he repeated it three times cause he knew it was a rip off amount of money.. Im from out of town.. Then he was mad cause he wasnt sure of my location. I told him I had explained it in depth to ins co. and they had to use my location services because I was from out of town and only knew name of road I was on and how far I was from freeway I could not give any more specifics than that. He told me to go f..k myself and hung up.. took 3 1/2 hrs to get towed cause of them on 103 degree day.

These people are aholes dont use for towing pay for AAA wow there jerks and dont respect the customer one bit i had to remind the driver i was feeding his family more than once buyer b wear!

Horrible service, tow truck driver went back home after supposedly driving around for 30 mins of trying to locate me. Complete lie, no one was ever driving around any where near my location for any amount of time none the less for 30 minutes, I would have noticed. After another 45 mins of waiting i called to check the eta to be told they were waiting for my insurance company to confirm theyd pay twice to have them come back out. An additional 45 mins and i called once more to be told the tow truck hit traffic on his way out of town and would be an additional 5 mins. 20 mins later the tow truck finally shows up. Doesnt deserve ANY STARS, but i had to give 1 to comment. GO WITH ANY OTHER SERVICE BUT THESE GUYS.

Towed me about 2 miles to a auto shop that ended up being to busy, charged me a drop even thought it stayed on the truck. Got a referral to another shop, just up the road. They towed my truck to the old address for the shop and dropped it behind a bunch of building in an unused lot and just left it there. I called the driver and he said he already dropped it and was on his next ticket and would have to call for another two. So after a 2 hour wait another truck came and towed me 3 blocks to the right location. So 5 hours later and three toes I got my truck moved about two miles. Worst scam/jip company ever.

Horrible service! After telling me they would get their other truck to pull me out of the mud, they left me sitting there, cancelled the call with my roadside assistance company (saying I requested the cancel) and didnt even have the decency to tell me they werent coming. Left me and my young son sitting in a freezing car waiting.

There sevice suck the absolute worst company ever no respect or courtesy for there customers they should have the license pulled and never allowed to tow again absolutely the worst company ever i strongly suggest using anyone but these people

Horrible service was going to wait for an hour and 30 minutes the guy was really rude on the phone finally decided to call my insurance company and get another towing person to come that person told us that they are too good to do flat tires like I said horrible job dont ever call them for anything or ask for their help
