These guys are awesome! I have had 2 vehicles tinted here and both times were great experiences.I just had my Tesla Model Y tinted here yesterday and it turned out amazing! The only issue I had was an accidental overcharge. HOWEVER, BJ made it right immediately! They will do whatever they can to make sure you are happy.Im very satisfied with the service and the quality of the work. Highly recommend coming here for tints. I certainly will if the need ever arises again!

Had my windows tinted just a couple of weeks ago on my 2020 Fusion. The windows look pretty good and I am happy with the tint. However, not so much with how they left the inside of my car. For whatever reason, they messed with my seat belt in the back seat on the driver side and it was pulled all the way out and would not retract back in. I had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed as I need all 3 seat belts functioning properly. They also messed up the felt material above my trunk in my back window. My car is basically brand new and is in pristine condition, but thay back piece is completely messed up and looks horrible. I take pride in the things I have and in my vehicles and this is very disappointing.

I had brought my car here for window tinting I asked for their opinion with the tint color he showed me every tint and how dark it could be and how light it could be, showed me every single tint for my vehicle. They didn’t stop there I had a small chip in my windshield that I didn’t realize and you can’t tint with a chip! They called a partner of theirs to fix my chip and he came out repaired the chip so I could get that window done today! They go beyond and will do anything to help you out. My glass door hinges broke when BJ and his crew went to do the job today and he went out of his way to ensure my hinges were replaced so that my glas window wouldn’t have fallen out on the back of my SUV. If I can give this place a negative 0 I would. I’m out $500 because BJ one of the guys who worked there lied to me and waiting until it was time for me to pick up my truck to try and charge me $930 when I was suppose to be on a payment plan! Then he refused to give me my vehicle because I didn’t have the $930! I asked him to take the system out and put my original back in he refused to do so and refused to give me my car! Then he lied to me about the price! It was suppose to be 930.00 minus the $50 deposit I paid before I dropped my truck off but when I got there the price changed he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about in terms of the payment plan and I was forced to pay $500 and a lady there felt sorry for me she paid $100 of the bill they took the amp and sub out to bring it down from 930 to $600. I had no choice but to pay because I had to go back to work and there was no way I was leaving my car there! Then not to mention the system sounds distorted and the base is gone so they unplugged something taking the amp and stuff out! It was horrible! I literally cried in the store because I was defeated and out $500 and needed my car if it wasn’t for the nice lady that just so happen to be there feeling sorry for me I would have been without by car that day! Do not go here please!

When I called to get information, BJ was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He gave me the hours of operation and told me to come whenever I can. Making the appointment was just as seamless. The day of my appointment was easy breezy. BJ reviewed and confirmed my service, asked if I had any questions, and proceeded from there. What I really liked about Don and BJ is that they tell you everything you need to know: what works, what doesnt (and why), whats illegal, whats not illegal, what they will do, what they will not do (and why), what you could do, and what you shouldnt do (and why). They give it to you straight and dont bullshyt you. I appreciate too how they will help you get what you want but will NOT compromise your safety (or their reputation). They stand by their work, their team, and the business 150%. I am very pleased with the tint done on my car! I have already recommended a couple people after they saw my tint!

The thing is thats not the problem, the issue is that right up front where you walk in nobody has there mask up and on. If your going to make your customers why cant you and your employees? Who cares honestly, I appreciate it. Showed me right off the gate im dealing with a hypocrite and if theres one thing I know you dont pay someone like that for services. Saved me the headache of when something went wrong on his watch he’d have to blame someone else. Real classy tint “pro”.

Just for clarification my experience was awesome with BJ and I am the woman who paid for the other woman’s remaining balance of $112 and i did not do it because I felt sorry for her I did i because I have been fortunate enough to b blessed by many and all I want to do is pay it forward and that’s all I asked her to do in return. I don’t know what her total amount was but I do know there was a miscommunication between her and BJ and he tried to explain it to her to the best of his ability they had already agreed on the amount to be paid and she didn’t have the full balance so as a company they have to protect their business and can’t just let people walk out with $900 worth of product and labor. As a PROUD BLACK BUSINESS WOMAN I don’t want to see any other woman in need or distress no matter their situation nor any other person no matter their race, creed, color, or gender. If I’m able to help another person I absolutely will. But they did try to work things out with the young lady because she was very upset about the situation and the misunderstanding of how it was to be paid for

Fair competitive prices. Very good tint products. You dont often find ceramic at these prices. However, they fixed a chip that was discovered after they started the job. I personally know that something occurred during the install. I didnt want to argue the fact because itd already been repaired when it was brought to my attention. Most everyone was professional except for the guy that discovered the chip. He was very short with his reply when I asked him to show me the the repaired chip. I let it go because the repair was complete and I wanted to avoid a possible incident and didnt want my temper tested.

I needed my Ford F-150 done and saw the great reviews for Tint Pros. Called and spoke to BJ and he got me set up with an afternoon appointment the same day. I had just taken delivery of the truck the evening before and still had a temporary plate. Nice detail was they placed the temp plate on the outside of the glass with another piece of tint. Excellent install worth 5 stars. Only gave 4 because they didnt place the temp plate straight on the glass. Otherwise Id give them a referral every time I can. Thanks BJ!

Scheduled remote starter 1 week in advance, 2 keys, remote on same fob. Called same day before appt for confirmation. Got there told there was a special for longer distance at lower price. Said ok. Ended up with 2 keys and 2 seperate fobs. Would have stayed with 1 fob each. Feel like I was deliberately missled and ripped off!

Friendly staff, good service. Purchased a remote starter for my Honda Element and it works fine. It came with a 3-button remote that has replaced the old keyless entry fob that I previously used. The package I purchased also included a cellphone app that starts the car via bluetooth, which is an ok feature but Im not sold on that aspect yet 🤷🏾‍♂️. Its winter and my wife and I definitely needed the convenience of climbing into a warm vehicle, me especially when I get off of work.
