I got a quarter size chip in my windshield. No appointment needed. I just showed up when they do these fixes (normally in between 8.00 AM - 11.00 AM). It took ~20 minutes to get it fixed. The price was also reasonable - $60. Professional and courteous customer service!

I was very happy with the service I received here. Barbara was always polite, kind, and understanding even when she had to call and reschedule my appointment because they didnt have my glass on hand and was waiting to receive it. Jim and John were the best to replace my window, they called to let me know they were 25 min. away. When they arrived they began the work right away and had the job done in 30 minutes. Quick service..I had a front windshield replaced in under 45 mins. Great price. The installation guys left it cleaner then they received it. First off kind of disappointed because I live three houses down from them for the last 15 years. Finally decided to give them a try bad mistake I dont know how the work is because I never got that far but driving up there two days in a row by requests from them!!. So they can see the vehicle two days in a row I got there and the lady told me Unfortunately they are not here to look at it come back tomorrow then gives me a time to come back... youve been telling me this for 2 days why give me a time to be there then I get there and your workers are still not there I understand one mistakes like this but two days in a row. She cant tell me a price she cant even tell me when her workers are going to be back so I can come up and talk to them. I told her I have a Dodge Dakota and she looking at me like Im crazy I dont know about you but a Dodge Dakota is a pretty common name. So unfortunately being three houses down Ill gladly drive all the way to simbol glass. For Actual professionals help. Its a shame to I really wanted to support my local business but thats just really unprofessional

The lady at the front desk quoted me a price over the phone so I went there and got the work done the final cost was more than the quote. Once I left I could hear wind coming through the passenger side window so I looked and the window doesn’t even come close to the seal. Also the rear passenger quarter glass was completely off I could literally see inside my car. Had to take it to another place the same day and get it fixed the right way. Also had shards of glass still in the door. I have photos but it’s not letting me post

Barb was so helpful from LP National Auto Glass. Went in shop. Windshield looks good only issue is the rearview mirror plastic base cover isn’t clipping to the windshield.

Really glad this cost me 1/3 the amount my insurance quoted for the shattered rear window of my Subaru Outback.Office is very dated, but front office staff is nice and helpful. I wish I had known that they werent going to fully vacuum and clean up the shattered glass. One would assume that that would be a priority, but it definitely was not. I left w a new window but w glass shards still on my bumper and all in the inside of my door. So now, anytime I open the hatch, all you hear is glass moving around and tiny pieces falling out when you slam it shut. Disappointing to say the least!

Very easy to work with. Process took 15 minutes to set up an appointment and reach out to my insurance provider for coverage. I dropped my car off at 9 a.m., got it back by 1 p.m, and Im happy with the job done. I would recommend going to them for vehicle window replacements. They will also come out to you if the weather is warm enough, which is awesome.

I have been using National Auto Glass for all my window issues. If there was a chip they were there to fix it asap. I had my windshield replaced for a crack and they were able to do it as soon as I wanted it done and they were done very promptly. They clean your dash after the install and even place all the sticker decals back on the window where they originally were. They have a very friendly atmosphere and I would recommend them to everyone that needs their windows fixed, updated, changed, etc.

I called because a rock hit my windshield and chipped the glass. They were able to get me in the next day at a time that was convenient for my schedule. I had a large crack in my windshield. I got 3 quotes. National Auto Glass came in at 1/3 of the price of the other two companies. I was skeptical at first, but when I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, she explained to me their process and how they are able to save me so much money. My car was in & out within a couple of hours and it looks fantastic. I will ALWAYS use them for all of my auto glass needs.

Very rude to me

I called the night before and they had a spot open for me the next day. I took my jeep in and within 35 minutes my passenger window was fixed and all the glass vacuumed up. They were very pleasant, especially for it being 9am! Also they have 5 birds in a cage in their lobby which kept me entertained. The final price was lower than initially quoted as well. All around great service amd experience. Definitely reccomend and will come again!

This company is terrific! My daughter had a load shift in her car and the back window was broken. They calmed her down and helped her complete all the paperwork and repaired the car quickly. Recently, stones damaged my front window. I dropped off the car at 8:30 a.m. and had it back by 10:30 a.m. The people are very friendly and helpful. They called AAA for me and I spoke with the adjuster and had the matter fixed MUCH faster than my dealership would have. Cant say enough about their great service!

Came in on a Monday morning and they had my windshield fixed in the afternoon! Extremely friendly staff and very professional.

They replaced my windshield after a chip had grown into a crack, they work with my insurance so I chose them.Showed up on time and completed the replacement within 45min and seem to have done an adequate job with that.However after they left and I inspected the work i notice my vynil wrap had been scratched/ripped right by the hood and fender, I just spent the last weeks wrapping my car. I have called them and have let them know about the situation and they will let me know what the outcome will be but for now I am not satisfiedI am trying to keep this short but I will post an update and may change the rating if they can fix the problem
