My air pressure was low they filled it to the proper psi level. I always buy my tires from Belle Tire, reasonable prices and excellent service. Dont forget to purchase your tire warranty, with these bad Michigan roads. I highly recommend this business!

Fast service to help me with flat tire

The people at this Belle Tire location are always great. They are professional and they get the job done. I have been going there for years. Last week they fixed a tire for my car that had a nail and a screw in it (Michigan roads). We bought new tires for my daughters car from there after they fixed my tire. You can feel comfortable going there. It is not a high pressure sales environment. If you need tires they will help. If you dont need new tires they will tell you that too.

Visited this location on the last day of the Labor Day tire sale. The tires I wanted were not in stock and had to be ordered. Because I paid for the tires that day, I still qualified for the rebate and savings. Due to the holiday, I scheduled an appointment to have my tires installed and an oil change a few days later.

Fantastic service. I had my car towed there after breaking down. Had some leaks in the coolant system. They fixed it fast, also brought my fiancé’s car in and they got that one done quick too. Work was done well and affordable. They really went above and beyond two days later when Josh called me and let me know he needed to give me a credit back because there was a part listed on the invoice that they actually didn’t use. They didn’t have to do that and I never would have known. I appreciate the honesty and quick work. Will definitely be back with any vehicle issues in the future.

Slow service. I check in for my appointment on time, I wait an hour and my car is still sitting outside not even touched. I go to the counter to see how long they think its going to be, they are like oh it should already be in the shop, Ill see whats going on. Some one finally came and got my car a few minutes later. Then i sit there another 2 hours while they change my tires. they park my car out front and I assume its done, but it is still waiting for the free alighnment. I say forget the alighnment. The guy says sorry we are short handed. Well maybe you shouldnt over book. Next time im going to a small tire shop. they do better, faster work.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I had a nail in my tire that I had to fill with air three times just to make it to BT and, by the time I got there, the guys were trying to work on their closing procedures. I knew it was almost closing time so I asked them if they wouldnt mind at least just putting the spare tire on for me and scheduling an appointment for the next day so that I could get a replacement. They were so awesome and knew it would be even more challenging to drive my car in the snow with a spare and the damage wasnt repairable, so they took the extra time out of their day to replace my tire. The gentleman at the front counter was even nice enough to check if there were any discounts he could apply for me. The crew went above and beyond and showed that they really cared. They thanked me for my business and said they were happy to keep a mom and baby from being stranded in the middle of a snow storm. Awesome, awesome, awesome customer service! I used to go elsewhere for my tires but after this experience, Ill pay the extra money to go to Belle Tire from now on. Although, I wish they had actual clerk names on receipts. I wanted to mention one person who was outstanding, but it just shows 72L and I forgot to check for a name on his shirt. 😩

I went in for an alignment and the mechanic, Adam, tore my brake line. I realized when I went to leave that the brake pedal went all the way to the floor which is not the condition it was in when I arrived. I went back in and spoke with Adam’s supervisor who then called Adam over to explain what happened. I did not hear what was said between them but the supervisor decided that it could have been Adam or could have been me. Then the supervisor told me that he was capable of fixing the dangerous issue that his employee caused, and then refused to fix it. I go in the next day and he says basically that he would get to it when he’d get to it. Terrible service. Never coming back. Also called customer care and the HR department. I suppose since you already got my money, my safety does not matter.

Ive been there 3 times within the last couple of months buying 2 new tires for my daughters Jeep and 4 new monster nobbies for my Ram. Spent a small fortune but more than worth it. Excellent service and really nice guys. Note, make an appointment or youll be waiting awhile for service.

You would think that BELLE TIRE would be able to do a simple ball joint job on an older vehicle. Probably shouldnt say you can do a job, then tell someone they cant do it, and miss a days pay trying to get it done. Not cool...

Got 2 oil changes and both cars were leaking oil after. For 200 dollars youd think theyd be able to change your oil but apparently thats too muchEdit*They fixed the problems for both vehicles and I didnt need to pay extra so I can at least say Im satisfied. I dont think Id continue to this one as I never had a problem before this place but I appreciate the help.

I always get good service when I go to this Belle Tire. I love the protection plan they offer for the tires, rotating them every 6,000 miles for free. The time it takes to rotate tires is worth it in the end, extending their usefulness. If you can, I do recommend you go when they open to get the rotation done because they get so busy. I’ve been told Mondays are busier so choose a different day if you can. Thanks, Belle Tire for the great service!

Husband went in to get work done on my vehicle. Was told 800, next morning its 2000. Then he was told that its first come first serve yet he sat for 4 and a half hours while everyone else came and went, just to be told when he asked for his keys back well i didnt know you wanted it done. NEVER RETURNING, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Considering I purchased my tires not even 2-3 months ago from this location and they have a leak I would of figured since the tire machine is ALWAYS broken I figured a staff member could of helped me out really quick and fill my tire... was told somebody would be out in just a second and waited 10 mins and left! Place is a damn joke and shouldn’t be open

Excellent work by your mechanic. I expected my flat tire to be repaired with a quick plug and sent on my way. I was surprised. While I stayed in the vehicle, the wheel was removed, patched from the inside, balanced and replaced on the vehicle. The nuts were even checked with a torque wrench. Thanks Belle Tire. I’ll definitely buy my next set of baloneys from LincolnPark Belle Tire.

Used to go here for all my car repairs. Very cheap and reliable and good service Then Somewhere around the last year or so they decided to jack up all their prices and now it costs about double what it used to cost me to get stuff fixed there I do not use this mechanic anymore. Its a great place for cheap tires though just dont get anything fixed theyll run you through the ringer

I like the fact that they have an air pump outside for free that you can fill up your tires and it has a good gauge on it to let you know when your tires full excellent

He helped me get my bike on and off my car because Im injured; so I could drop off the Impala for a 4 wheel alignment, at first I thought it was expensive, but no after calling around it was the average price in 2020 and the old car really tracks nice and straight 👌 🔥 Im happy. They didnt try to upsell anything i didnt need.

Bought brand new tires and an alignment from them in 2018. I purchased the alignment warranty for a year that took me through till 2019 that option is wonderful. Had all rotations done through them. At some point someone put my tire on backwards. They never caught it. McCormick Racing caught it and fixed it for me.

The store on Dix-Toledo Highway was busy. Total disorganization. A customer with an appointment came back 3 times and they hadnt touched his vehicle. I needed brakes, an oil change and sevice engine soon light on, found out my vehicle needed a RH control arm. I was there at 8 in the morning and left at 3:30. The alignment that goes with the control arm never was done because they FORGOT. Seriously. My opinion dont go to this store. The assistant management dont know how to follow through. Im being honest.

Put two tires on and balance job seems ok but tried to sell me an alignment that I didn’t need. Took it to another shop and they said alignment was perfect. Bumped my review up by a star because management responded professionally.

The Lincoln Park bell tire had horrible customer service! It is sad when I tow my car to a tire shop and they are negative, not offering a positive solution, not giving me options, and I have to hire a tow truck to remove my car and take it to a different tire place who is willing to in a very positive manner fix my problem. My car sat at Belle tire for four hours only to hear that they could not take my tire off. I remove my car and I take it to Aranda‘s in Detroit, they get me right in they remove the tire they replace both of my rear tires with new ones and I am out in an hour and a half! With a lot of apologies and great customer service and a great price! I will never take my car to Belle tire again.

Went to have them mount and balance some tires for me and they wanted $15 per tire more than the dealership. So guess where I went. Belle tire you pay your guys half what the dealership pays theirs, what are you giving me for that extra $15 per tire?

Went in today april 22nd rich inspected my vehicle. Gave me bad news and took his time to calm me down. Even thou he couldnt fix my van because it is a motor issue he did fix my heat free of charge. I wouldnt recommend this location. Very very very slow service. Came in at 8Am and I was told I should be served within an Hour. Three hours later an associate told me theres a customer ahead of Me. Greenfield and Michigan ave location has better and frindly costumer services.8Am-2:PM for oil change and tire rotation.

I sure learned one thing about belle tire. They have all the time in the World and availability when youre spending your money on tires, but when it comes to repairs I been run around for 2 weeks. Just like anything else theyll take your money but doesnt care about you afterwards. I own 5 vehicles but you live and learn. Will take my vehicles and money where its appreciated.

Outrageously good service. I took my older truck in for a new tire because of some nails, found out some sensors were bad. Josh worked with me and we got it down to a price in my budget. All employees were friendly and helpful. Free WiFi, soda machine, clean restroom. What else can you ask for from a tire shop?

Always great service at this location. The manager Todd is very helpful. Mechanic is excellent for other,( non-tire) motor and parts work. Fair price. Not the cheapest but the cheapest falls apart.... THIS WAS A YEAR ago. I would not recommend them now. They do not pay attention to details and rush your vehicle through without checking for safety. This crew is not good and the management is lacking in oversight.

I did some front end work on my truck then drove it to Belle Tire to get new tires and an alignment. I explained the situation of my repair and the need for the alignment and they quickly got me in and out even told me that the ball joints, tie rod ends, wheel bearings and struts that I had just replaced myself were done correctly. Although I am confident in my car repair abilities it was nice of the mechanic to give it a look over and give me a little extra piece of mind since hes the one that does it for a living. I definitely recommend this Shop.

My tire was leaking air quickly, due to running over a nail on I-94. It was a few hours before closing, and they were busy. Somehow, they were still able to take of the tire, patch it and were very professional and pleasant. I appreciate them squeezing me into their already busy schedule, especially at the last minute. They charge way to much for service. Only reason they get 1 star is cause they atleast tell you whats wrong. And they over charge by hundreds of Dollars.

The only tire company that I know of to offer 24 hour free air at the front of their shop. They always take care of their customers and they have repaired a flat for me a couple of times free of charge even though it wasnt one of their tires. Great shop!

Top notch mechanics and service. Just got all new tires and an alignment done yesterday. HIGHLY recommend. This shop is the only place I will go for wheel/brake service.

Be very careful because they always find something wrong with your vehicle and you should always get a 2nd or 3rd opinion. I saved myself over $700 by not getting done what they suggested and taking it to a trusted mechanic and then someone else and they both said that the work did not need to be done. They are good as a tire place but Ill limit it to that.

I dont believe it.. I went to Belle tire Lincoln Park for a 4 wheel alignment on my 2010 Flex. To my surprise they actually did the alignment. No sales pitch for new tires, saying they cant do because of tire wear. The alignment was out after I replaced rear and left front lower control arms. Deangelo at Belle tire said he would try and get done before 8pm after dropping off at 5:30pm. He called at 7:30 and said it was done. I was anticipating the call where they say they could not do because of tire wear. Steering wheel is straight again, hats off to Deangelo and alignment tech at Belle tire LP.I will be back for new tires next paycheck.Thank you for doing what you could when you could.....

We had four new tires put on my wifes car today. While the service was quick, they left grease and dirt on the door both inside and out and left the lock nuts strewn on the passenger seat. A little wipe down would have guaranteed a return for our other vehicles. Well find another location for future business.
