This was my first time using Irons Lawnmower repair. I only used it because my Briggs & Stratton engine was under warranty and they are listed as a certified dealer. The engine was a 306cc / 10HP engine (professional series engine). The engine ran a 30 ton log splitter and the issue was a fuel delivery restriction to the engine. I dropped off the log splitter on May 24th, and didnt get it back until the middle of July. (nearly 8 weeks) The repair man said he replaced something in the carb and that it should work fine. It ran for 30 minutes and stalled as it did prior to being fixed. I called the shop several times and several times I was told I would be called about the engine not working. As of this review, I have not received any communication. I assume the repair shop charged Briggs and Stratton for the warranty work. I took the carb apart my self and found the problem in 15 minutes and had the engine running in less than 30. A simple gasket located under the fuel shut-off value had deteriorated and pieces of the gasket prevented fuel from entering the carb. A professional had my engine for 8 weeks and returned it in the same manner as I delivered it, I (not a professional) simply removed two screws and found the issue, now Im behind in splitting wood.

Sent my ryobi power tools in for repair. Everytime i called they didnt have them fixed, its been over 6 months. They claim its ryobis fault.

I called them to see if I could get on their schedule for a zero run mower. The next day they came out, picked the mower up and had it repaired in less than a week. John is a super friendly man and my mower hasnt run better! I recommend Irons to anyone and I will be a return customer, thanks John!

Always have the parts you need new or in their bone yard. Prices could be better but when your in a pinch this is the place to go. Very knowledgeable and good service.

I bought a mower there and it went 3 years of rough treatment by me without needing a repair. when it finally broke they picked it up and fixed it at a reasonable cost and quickly. the guy named skylar there is courteous knowledgeable and a great help whether buying a mower or needing it fixed.

Been going here for many years, that alone should tell you this is a really good shop for your small engine repairs.

I took my pressure washer and trimmer in to be serviced today and couldnt be happier. With it being a Saturday in April, I figured itd be at least a week before I got my stuff back. I was pleasantly surprised when Skylar called me around noon and told me they were ready to pick up. He even waited there an extra 30 minutes after they closed until I got there.

Not impressed but when I pay for a service I want my money’s worth. When you tell me a day that it will be worked on then a week later it hasn’t been touched... common courtesy would of taken and ended up taking my services elsewhere.

I have had times when a used part was a little overpriced, but in the long-run, when I have dealt with them, it was fair, I have actually had times on occasion when they just threw in an extra part, as well as some good advice as to avoid doing things that cause a part to break in the 1st place. Overall experience, very good, and I am headed there right now and hope to have another good experience.

Fixed up my mower jiffy quick!

Very disappointed with the service, we HAD to (because we had no other choice) take our lawn mower from TSC that we had for 3 months to Irons because apparently Irons is who services the mowers from TSC when there is an issue. Well our mower was there for about a month, granted I know that they work on other mowers and ours is not top priority but we had to call to get an update and never heard from them, when we did call they begin to tell us that there was no oil in it and the engine was locked up something that the warranty doesnt cover (something I also find odd since the oil is checked almost every time we mow). Without even calling to tell us this they went ahead and fixed it and in order to get our mower back we have to pay to get it back. Why? Why would you not call and ask us if we wanted you to just go ahead and fix it?? I mean really? How did you now know that we have someone else that can fix it without charging us?? You had no idea. So to sum it up, if you like for someone to just make choices for you, and charge you afterwards without consent, or if you would like to wait forever without ever having an update until you call yourself then go ahead and take it to IRONS. If I would of had a choice this would not have been the place I would have taken my mower to find out what was wrong with it., especially seeing this isnt the first bad review that they have had.

Would not know! Has had my mower almost 2 months and gets an attitude when we call because we have had no estimate or updates. Horrible attitude and terrible business practices. Never return calls and will do anything they can to just get off the phone.
