I went in Friday looking for a dog cone, and waited for someone to help me find the cone. 1/2 hr. later someone showed up to help look for them which he couldnt find either even though the inventory says they have several. All new people who dont know whats happening in there own store. Bad management

Bought high tensile wire. Went around back to gate to pick up and ended up waiting on someone for 15 minutes. Even after we called into the store twice.

Dont order products online, youll never know when or if youll receive them...no tracking service.

Good helpful staff and had exactly what I needed

Found exactly what I needed in a rather short amount of time. Would have been a five star, but the check out time was rather lengthy. As, they usually only have one cashier.

Had a terrible time getting anyone to help us and the item we needed 2 of (fenders for a trailer) they only had one of. No exaggeration w e asked for help and stood in the back for about 15 minutes.

Difficult place to deliver, yard is littered with and blocked by stacks of pallets that could easily be stacked and staged elswhere.

Too bad when a business has what you want but will only sell it by the pallet instead of the quantity you need. They have two choices of wood pellets but only sell the junk ones in small quantities. Come on TSC! Really let down.
