Always friendly and food always good n one of the best places to get ice cream at night without the workers being rude! Love it here one our families favorite to go to and donuts are yummy!

Love that they are open 24 hours. The food is great. However, there is absolutely zero concern for the customers time. They have no sense of urgency. I am in customer service so I understand short staffed but this is just plain rude. The will have a line in the drive thru and still stop and chat with the other workers like you have no place to be and you havent waited 20 mins just to get to the window to order

Lots of inconsistency. Sometimes pretty good other times the donuts are over-fried with wrong texture/thickness of dough, icing and fillings. That said the kettle tart is pretty unique and rather good.

I waited 18 minutes in line and I was the second car. So they tell you it will be ready in 35 minutes but they dont tell you that they only have 1 person working in the front of the store that is in no hurry to get your order out.

I ordered 2 breakfast pizzas at 6am I told them I’d be there at 7:30 it was for my soccer team before school and when I arrived they did not have my pizzas the staff just said it wasn’t her fault

My faves are the maple bacon and the kettle tart.Stopped by for ice cream today, and the guy said there’s only one right answer: mint chocolate chip and cotton candy. I go there off and on on 309 in Lima Ohio. They have good service and good Donuts.

I asked the worker what flavor shakes do you have. She replies, I dont know, what kind ya want hmm rude if you ask me. How am I supposed to know what shake I want if you cant tell what kind you have.

There donuts are good but the last ones I got were completely stale. Makes me mad when you spend almost 8 dollars for 5 donuts and they are so old. The donuts delivered to st.ritas from pats are always fresh. Donuts on elida rd were stale step up your game!!

This was a good go to for late night junk foods when I would be studying for an exam. Good quality, lots of options. Overall, still as awesome as I remember

I have surgery in the am and only had til 11pm to eat... Im eating bread with only pizza sauce cause i ordered a pizza sub... Thats faulse advertising! U can not call a piece of bread with pizza sauce a pizza sub. I am i chef and i know better.

I went the harding Hwy store the people in that store were the worst i have ever seen someone needs to teach these young people how to treat people i will not go back to that place

If you live in Lima you know Pats lol. Donuts almost melt in your hand. Made fresh on site and they have many other options for food that makes it feel like your grandmas kitchen. Also being open 24/7 you couldnt get better. Lastly, the feed my pups donut holes whenever we go there.

Good selection of doughnuts and open 24/7! Has a drive through which is nice, but its really better to go inside so you can see all of the choices. They also sell ice cream! I got doughnuts late at night so they werent super fresh, but they were very good! Im going to go back during the day to get fresh ones!

The donuts are delicious but they are a little more expensive than I expected. I bought 1 dozen glazed, 1 dozen filled and 6 assorted other ones i.e.jelly filled etc. It cost almost $40. They really were worth it. They were very big and very good.

Took home a number of donuts and they were a touch on the stale side, plus I got the strong sense the individual behind the counter didnt care to interact with society much, and therefore missed a great opportunity to ask me is there anything else you might like? to which I was going to reply I did indeed want to buy a few extra items but instead was quickly rung up on the register and so I left. Good donuts though, really.

I ordered a pizza at 8pm. Pepperoni and cheese. Came in 45 minutes later. I was the only person in the place. No pizza. Nope. No pizza. They forgot to make it. They. Forgot. High school kid with red hair gives me an attitude for NOT making my pizza. Im gone. Ill never go back. At least I remembered to write a one star review on Google even though they forgot to make my pizza. Pat you need to work on the quality of your staff so they remember to make things. Like my pizza that I never got. Giving a wonderlic test during job interviews to qualify to work there isnt enough. Ill never go back and if youre reading this one star review, neither should you.And bringing it to our attention?. How would you suggest? They didnt answer the phone after I left the place (with no pizza after I called 45 minutes before) after calling five times asking for a manager. Evidently they couldnt answer the phone either. Or they forgot to answer the phone like they forgot to make my pizza. And who was the manager that night? How much more of bringing to your attention should I do besides calling afterwards, with no pizza after initially calling 45 minutes before, and no one picking up the phone in an empty store? Well, a Google review should do the trick. Like I said, Ill never go back and if someone else is reading this one star review, neither should you.

Just went there and got 3 glazed 2 cream fild chocolate doughnut and a bacon maple evey one was old and hard. Stay away from this store if you want good doughnut becouse the suck. Will not return.

They didnt have the donuts I wanted but you really cant go wrong with any donut you choose from Pats. If you want the BEST donuts in Northwestern Ohio, go to Pats Donuts and Kreme. I recommend the strawberry tart.

8:30 am on a Friday. Parking lot is crowded, there are several cars in the drive thru line. Looks promising. I order one maple long John and 1 triple chocolate long john. They were both too stale to eat, and there was hardly any icing on either one of them. They were NASTY!What time do you have to go to get a fresh donut? The $3.00 I through in the trash I could have bought a box of little Debbies. At least they wouldnt be stale.

Have given a review for Pats Donuts & Creme before, but a second review is worthy also. Really enjoy their donuts, all the different varies, kinda makes it hard to choose one favorite. The pizzas,sandwiches, they make are the best Id say. And their ice cream, more than one scope for me. And the employees are friendly and very helpful, a good experince.

Pros: Small business, Open 24/7, The cream & tart donut was awesome, and the portion sizes are generous, thanks!Cons:-The chocolate chip cookie was kind of flat and bland (probably would taste better with ice cream.)-The bear claw donuts filling is way too sweet, and it is way too big for 1 serving. Its would be best sliced into small pieces and served with some butter coffee or espresso to balance out the overwhelming sugar load.-They dont take mobile pay - must present a physical credit card.

Please look at some of the comments hidden in general not great, but ok.I mean this as constructive criticism only and will continue to frequent Pats.You use TOO MUCH DOUGH. On things like the bostom creme/custard filled donuts, waaaay too much dough. Again, lol, theres TOO MUCH DOUGH, not enough creme or chocolate frosting. Its not just the boston cremes either. And while the donuts arent stale, they are just about there...which is really obvious when theres TOO MUCH DOUGH. Cut back on size and add more creme and frosting across the board./thanks

I drive across town to pick up Pats Donuts & Kreme pizza on Elida road, because the pizza is usually amazing. Tonight after opening my pizza I realized my 9” pizza that should of had pepperoni, sausage, green olives and mushrooms was only a cheese pizza. I called the store and was called a liar (I’m the one that made those and all the ingredients was on it) so I drove across town to prove the pizza wasn’t correct. When I gave them the pizza the excuse was (oh the pizzas must have gotten switched sorry) they offered to make me the correct one for free or reimburse my money. Really it’s not free when you make me the correct pizza that I already paid for. Customer service is the “in the pits”

Not sure what the fuss is all about. grabbed an assortment of donuts for the car ride home. there was nothing special about these, except they are very big. the boston creme was decent, the chocolate cake wasnt that great, the cinnamon roll was good, jalapeno donut - meh ... i would be willing to give this place another shot, though

LOVE LOVE LOVE the night shift staff here! Amazing group of people who hook you up rather well once ya get to kno em ;). Seriously friendly staff and amazing FOOD, ICE CREAM and DONUTS who truly could ask for more. Added bonus they give out free bibles! Definitely a 5/5 experience everytime I visit! Only down side is it helps more with the dad bod than the gym bod lol

This place used to be amazing. I practically lived there. Lately they have a bunch of new guys working at night. They always used to give huge scoops of Ive cream consistently for years. The last few months its got skimpier rapidly, tonight to the point if a literal single small round scoop. They also gave me the same amount when I asked and paid for two scoops. This was my favorite place in Lima now it sucks. So disappointed.

Hit and miss. Pick up a dozen donuts most weekends. End up with stale donuts about 1 of every 5 visits (always get an assortment). Not sure how they ensure rotation or age of product but seems inconsistent. Always go to main location on Elida Road.
