Put off by the cashier touching her face and hair, but the coffee was good.

Really disappointed recently with the quality of coffee. I never had an issue until recently- normally it’s good! It’s frustrating because good coffee is worth paying money for… but when it’s inconsistent, it feels like a waste of money. These were my last two coffees… it’s just really disappointing. I probably won’t be back after this last time. Please figure out some consistency

My iced coffee had obvious grounds left in it. Why would they even hand this through the drive thru window? Very unprofessional.

I have been going to this Biggby location since it opened and have never had a bad experience. I don’t know what has changed but I sat in line for 15 minutes and never made it to place my order yesterday evening. I left the drive through line because I was tired of waiting. The line was 6 or 7 cars long and they were only able to serve 3 cars in 15 minutes. The service has definitely been better.

They have always been a great coffee place for me.Only this last time I went there was the only time I was let down.Due to the coffee being overpowered and not taking the butter bear.Othetwise it is normally great.

This is a nice little coffee shop. The coffee is good and the service is friendly. The location is nice with some Cafe tables and cushy chairs. I suggest the breve latte with sugar-free hazelnut. And of course on Wednesdays they have the buy one get one special.

My bladder decided to instigate an unplanned interruption while on a road trip.Im not much of a coffee drinker in fact its been 6 months since I last consorted with the Goddess Cafinine.This place is amazing. From the moment I walked in I knew that this was truly a holy temple. The sacred incense of espresso was palatable and thick. All I could do was utter Humm, coffee in my best Homer impersonation as I found the restrooms.Did I mention that I dont have a lot of experice speaking ancient language of the Barista clan. I was dazed by the espresso already.I couldnt resist so I walked up.Jackson was very bright eyed and bushy tailed. I looked dazed and confused but manged to say, chocolate, brownies, espresso, frozenHis friend (dont remember her name sadly) and Im certain now fellow dealer...Called out something and suggested I could throw a shot of espresso in there.Jackson said it might change the taste and I opted to surrender to his vast experience.Next thing you know I had a beverage that is so amazing Im hardly able to do it justice in this review.I had a fantastic experience, would recommend.

For some reason my google maps told me it was a drive thru. I didnt see it if it was. All employees were wearing masks so that made me feel safe and comfortable. Coffee was great like always.

Great coffee spot with yummy food options. Never had a bragel before going here. They are delicious with sausage egg and cheese with cream cheese too. What a yummy combo. They have hip named coffee options and I will get around to trying them. But I got hooked on their mint mocha. They sell travel mugs that have cool designs. I like their rewards program. This has become a regular stop for us on the weekends. The staff is always friendly. They were so patient with us on our first visit and took the time to answer all our questions.

Great coffee and is way better than any other chain coffee shop. However, the few times Ive been to this location, the customer service was a little lacking. The west side of town has better service so not sure if its because this is a newer franchise or not. Either way, that is something that can be improved with training and time.

There a little expensive and they never get your order right... I have had to either go back or call. I dont mind the fact that you have a tip jar out I dont like the fact that before they hand you your change back they say tip.. I will leave a tip if I feel the need not to be asked for the tip.

Coffee is very good! I just cant wrap my head around having my credit card held hostage after paying and being guilted into a tip. I am already overpaying for a coffee. Unfortunately I will not be going back after this happening several times.

Much better than usual chain coffee places. Its more focused on coffee and less on the milkshakes some people order.

Love the coffee when its made right.I know every person does there own thing sometimes and when there busy they maybe not pay attention to how there making the coffee, but... when its done right you cant beat it.

Great food and service.

Usually, this location does pretty well. However, Ive been here at times when the service is extremely slow, or they dont have product. Today, for example, they didnt have any fresh bananas. They also didnt fill my cup all the way. Like, not leaving room so it doesnt spill, but sloping me out of at least 4 Oz of latte. I paid for a 24oz, not a 20 Oz, so Id appreciate it if thats what I got. Steaming 4 more Oz of milk isnt going to take long.

My girlfriend and I were passing through from Michigan on our way to Kentucky and desired some coffee and we stopped here. When you go to any Biggby coffee you should know what to expect. The two ladies working the counter were very personable, and we had a few laughs with them. I appreciate being able to have those moments with those in customer service.

Mint Mocha iced latte was delicious, and the ladies working when we went in were super friendly and accommodating. There is a wide variety of hot, iced, and cold coffee drinks available, as well as tea and frappes.

Their coffee is really good. The people are so polite and like helping you.

Maybe I just came on a bad night but probably will be going to the Cable Rd store from now on instead. Walked into the Harding Hwy store just to order two drinks. There were two girls working in the whole place and neither acknowledged me for minutes before one said to the other to take my order. Went to use the restroom, light sensor was broken in the bathroom to kick the light on and the toilet didn’t want to flush all the way. Came back to get my drinks and the girl who gave them to me didn’t say anything else. Both girls just didn’t seem to like being there. Cable Rd experience was definitely better.

Amazing coffee. My favs are the frozen butter bear and frozen white lightening. Both with an extra shot. Never thought Id like anything more then starbucks but I honestly do. I get biggby at least 2 times a week.

I used to love coming here. However the last 4 or 5 visits have been awful. They have repeatedly messed up my order, taken over 10 minutes in the drive thru, and the last time I sat in, my friend and I had to leave because we couldnt hear our own conversation over the baristas talking gossip so loudly amongst themselves.

My drink wasnt hot on a cold winter morning. Flavor great...temp not great. Staff always friendly. Helpful.

I love this place because the staff is just as warm and inviting as their beverages! A lil pricey if you ask me, but hasnt stopped me from frequenting. Definitely watch for coupons in the mail here and there. ;)

Fan of Biggby coffee. We stopped at the Lima-Harding Hwy store Saturday afternoon. Saw billboard along side interstate 75. My wife & I both had hot lattes, both were good.

This is by far the best coffee place in Lima. The staff is super friendly and when my card got denied they let me take my coffee while I ran to the bank to get cash. They are amazing here and so much better than Starbucks by far.

Staff always seems so angry. They were busy and staff talking among eachother about how they dont care if customer stays or goes. Wont be back . last 3 times have been this way. Definatelt NOT Biggby culture!

So, heres the issue I have. Does the menu change daily? Because Im pretty sure that the bigby in Findlay and on Elida road know that a vanilla bean with an extra shot of espresso comes with whipped topping and without hazelnut. Im also sure that orders are to be made as theyre asked for. A frozen mocha mocha is not meant to made up as the Battista sees fit. Did not get what I ordered and not entirely impressed with the attitude of a very simple drink order.
