I needed to have rear rotors and pads replaced on my 2007 Mercury Monterey Van. I shopped around for price and soonest appointment, and found this shop. They got me in very quickly, and in a little over an hour and a half I was on my way. The folks there were friendly, the Coffey was good, and the price was less than three other shops I contacted. i am glad I found them, and I will be back for other services.

U.S. Muffler and Brake is a very good auto shop! They have my business always!!

Never take your vehicle here. Check engine light was on & changed fuel injector which my fuel injector was fine. And obviously so they took new one off & put old one bk on . Now I have gas spewing out & it was disconnected. So,now its in worse Shape than it was when we took it in. And still didnt diagnose it right.Mind you in the last year we have given them almost $1500 . Oh & charged us $30 to take the fuel injector off that they guessed would fix it. Ive to got a severe migraine due to the smell of severe gas coming from it. I will make sure to post on every one of my social media will know not to go there. I have an appt to take it to Tomlinson on Wednesday which I shouldve did in 1st place. I was already warned about U.S Muffler but still gave them a chance.

These guys are AWESOME! Talk about being honest and respectful, these guys are that plus more. The owner of this place and his entire crew are worth going to. They are very hands on, honest and trustworthy. I had $1,500 in repairs done from a couple mechanics while on the road traveling for my company. Same problem kept happening. These guys ran a diagnostic and pretty much DIVED into the engine compartment of the car to find out WHY I kept getting a check engine light after $1,500 in repairs already. Sure enough, 5 minutes into the dive they find the issue that was the issue all along that the other ASE Certified shops neglected or missed. 30 minutes later I was back on the road. Car is still running great. Forget 5 Stars, these guys get a 10 Star rating from me. Thanks US Muffler! You guys ROCK!

Fair friendly will use again

Went to this place on a recommendation of a friend, as well as the many positive reviews I saw online. Im glad I did. They did a terrific job on repairing my car, and their prices were the best in town. They didnt try to sell me things I didnt need, nor did they take advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars. They had the repairs done in a timely manner. To anyone in the Lima area, I highly recommend this shop for your car repair needs. I went in needing brake work done, and their signage indicated quite a few things they do. I suspect they can handle most car repair issues, from minor things like an oil change, to more extensive things. Give US Muffler and Brake a shot. Im certain you too will be happy with the experience.

I called them this morning around 10 asking them if they could bleed my clutch line real quick on my truck since I couldn’t get it to bleed right in my driveway. I drove it down and they said it actually had a blown caliper seal which I didn’t notice the whole rr rim was covered in brake fluid. Needless to say they got me a new caliper, figured out my clutch and they gave me a good deal plus got my truck back in a few hours even though it was more then it had come in for. The clutch feel is much better then it was when I got it a few months ago I was so pleased I wrote this review. Thanks to them I’ll be able to get home tomorrow safely.

I went to like.. every place in lima.fisher(costy too expensive labor charge), rainbow (horrible WTF do they even want to do business?), etc.. etc...and this place is only place that bends pipe for exhaust system. okay rainbow might but uhhhhhhhhhhh yeah dont go.US M&B were SOOO KIND and they are very fast and very precise with everything. i just loved it because of their kindness and understading.i didnt even go there for 2nd time to actually have everythinginstalled but i just had to write that first visit was one of the best place i have been.
