I have 2 yrs professional automotive experience. This shop is an average shop. Sadly I would have given them a 4 star review but they didn’t even clean up the mess from the oil. It’s not hard to drain the oil out 04 Tacoma with out making a mess I have done it many times. Only reason why they did my oil change is cause they had my vehicle already for an alignment. Which they did well. Honestly would take my truck back just as long as they tightened up and cleaned the oil off the bottom of the vehicle.

The guy there told me my rear lower arms were bad. Got a second opinion and the lug nuts were just loose. They tried to charge me close to $600 for repairs I didnt need. I will never, ever go back here for anything. Guys are a joke!!!

I went in with a damaged tire. It couldnt be repaired and I didnt want to buy all four tires. They sold me an entry level tire to get me going again and didnt press me to buy all four. They have their social distancing in order and I appreciate their honesty and willingness to help me out.

Great customer service. Called in the morning needing 9 tires done. They got them in and i dropped off my vehicle thinking it would be the next day. They got them done same day.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS. I got about 1600 dollars in repairs and warranties and because the repairs where done under the dealership that i got my car from they will not honor the LIFETIME warranty on the parts. Dont waste your money go to a trusted autoshop that honors there work and warranties

The guys at Michels Tire Plus in Lima go out of their way to help their customers. I’d like to recognize Walt, Brandon and Kyle for their kindness, wise suggestions and help. Firstly their attentiveness to the social distancing layout of the waiting area and then the offer to drive me home and pick me up later. The part ordered (alternator) was broken so when they found another it was not to arrive until several hours later were both greatly appreciated. Walt then offered the assistance of my technician Kyle to drive me home and get me later. The entire staff have always gone out of their way to assist me as they have worked on several cars through many years of automobile issues. Hats off to all of them as I highly recommend this business!!!

We stopped on our way back to Michigan had a nail in our tire. Drove there from the 75 exit which is about 6 miles but nothing else in the area was open. The gentleman who helped us pulled out the nail and verified no air was leaking and sent us on our way. We were so relieved that we drove off but I regret forgetting to at least give him a tip. As we were getting back I. The highway I thought wow he was so helpful on the phone and in person we forgot to at least tip him since so service was needed. All I could do at this time is the next best thing which is give this great review. Just know that If it’s after 5pm and you have tire issues on 75 driving past Lima no other places will help. We tried calling Sams club tire and battery service center which is open until 7:30pm according to the website, they were also much closer to our exit but they wouldn’t even answer the phone. Just know that your help was appreciate Tires Plus!

OMG! Where do I start? We were starting to lose engine power 500 miles away from home and I insisted on taking the car to a Tires Plus. The nearest was 20 miles back in the other direction in Hagerstown, Maryland. And then the blessings began! We made it right at close. The gentleman checked us in I didn’t get his name or my technicians names but these gentlemen, Mr. Herrera, Quincey and Dave took care of my car and me until the job was properly completed. Help with rentals, rides to the hotel and rental car place. Detailed explanations as to what they were doing and great advice for going forward. The gentleman who checked us in Thursday even remembered my daughter had an interview and asked how it went on Saturday! Just an awesome group of gentleman at this location. Highly recommend you DO NOT go here. I went there for a simple oil change and when I brought my car in I had ZERO warning lights lit up on my dash. When I pull out I see that now my air bags arent working so I call them to ask why my airbags arent working since they were before I brought my car to them and he tells me to bring it back so they can look at it. I ask well am I gonna be charged anything because I shouldnt be charged anything because they were working before now all of a sudden immediately when I start my car when youre done working on it now it doesnt work. And he just says right now no but well see when you bring it in. Im NEVER getting my vehicles serviced here ever again. Literally putting your life at risk getting a simple oil change. Sickens me.

Friend of mine took a car to this location with a complaint of a shaking steering wheel only at certain speeds took over an hour for a certified tech to figure out that a 2007 sedan needed all new suspension parts which was an over estimated amount of money (thousands of dollars)I personally took the car to my dealership to properly find out in a matter of minutes that a tire with a broken belt was causing the vibration in the steering wheel.I wouldnt recommend anyone getting service here. i dont like seeing people screwed over out of money and I understand things happen and misjudgements will happen but to openly lie to a customer is not okay. Id rather them be honest and find the real problems.P.s. the problem was fixed with a brand new tire not an entire set of bushings for the car.

Way over priced and probably the slowest service ever. If you would like to go watch a bunch of guys stand around and talk about working on your car or tire by all means stop on in there, make sure you pack a sandwich because odds are youll be there a while.

BEST PLACE IN LIMA FOR AN OIL CHANGE

Absolutely life savers. Was making a trip from Detroit to Cinci and my tire pressure was low and the sensors were not calibrated right from my previous tire rotation. I was pumping air into the wrong tire because of that and was bewildered as to why it kept saying the flat one wasnt done being filled. I called and told them I was 20 mins away and that I may cut it close to their closing time. Josh the manager promised me that they wouldnt go home until I was sorted out. I showed up there 5 minutes before closing time. The guys fixed it right up in 10 minutes. They didnt even charge me a penny either. As a Michigander, were born to hate ohio, but those guys saved my ass. Thanks Josh and crew.
