Thank you Michael! Michael, a Katz family member, was by himself at the shop in Lima, Ohio when I arrived for my appointment for new tires. He took care of 2 other customers and then addressed the tire replacements for my car. He removed, remounted and balanced my tires before a tardy employee finally arrived. I worked in the tire manufacturing industry for 35 years and could see that Michael was very knowledgeable on tires. His work was streamlined and precise and Ive never seen tire replacement done so smoothly. The only issue I had was when the tardy employee was putting the front right wheel on, with difficulty I might add, started to strip the lug nut (I could tell by the noise of the impact wrench) and I yelled for him to stop. Michael had the other tires on and lug nuts started so he had the employee finish those as he addressed the right front. To the Katz family, get Michael some good help and this Lima location will be a success because he definately knows his business. p.s. If it wasnt for the tardy employee I wouldve given a 5 star rating.

I needed tires but with Christmas round the corner I decided to take their payment deal. They helped me pick out a great set. In and out only took a little over a 1/2 hour.
