Never in my life have I experienced such excellent service. Every person there went above and beyond. They did as much as they could to save me money. I was putting on a wheel I had them install a tire on to and they came out in the parking lot and gave me a better jack, and extender on my ratchet so I didn’t scrape my new wheel, and ensured my car didn’t roll in their lot by using wheel stoppers. 10/10 recommend this place 100%.

I was driving from Columbus OH to Milwaukee WI to attend the Ryder Cup. Unfortunately one of my tires was punctured near Lima OH. Looked up the closest tire service store on google and Goodyear Lima store was the one. The Goodyear team was understanding and friendly. They immediately replaced the tire and sent me on my way. Thanks for the excellent customer service and making me a priority.

Went in to get my tire patched. Very friendly, quick and efficient. I bought my tires at Firestone and in order to have them fix it for free I had to have purchased the roadside assistance (which I did not) so it was going to be $30. I heard from Goodyear that it’s free if you purchased your tires with them. To me, that’s good customer service and it keeps your customers returning. I went here even though I did not get my tires through them and was quoted a much cheaper rate. I will make my next tire purchase at Goodyear, no questions asked.

Greg and his team were wonderful! Our repair was completed quickly and they did great work. We wouldnt hesitate to come back for any additional needs.

Over the years this has become my go to tire place. I have consistently dealt with Greg Brown since he’s been there. Always very personable and helpful. I feel he’s an asset to this shop, aside from the quality product.

I have always come to Goodyear. They have gone out of their way to keep my loyalty, including multiple tire checks at no charge, a ride home when my car had to be kept overnight, and remembering not only my name but the issues with my vehicle. Small town service but big city name.

I had a new tire that had never been mounted on anything an I asked the man at the counter if they could put it on a wheel for me. He said he would have to look at the tire. He looked at the tire an said he could not do it. I asked why and he said it was in good condition but the date on the tire was stamped 14/7. Then he started giving me a lecture on the industries standards. All this was an attempt to make me into buying one of his new tires. I cant help it if they were named several year ago as one of the companies that were selling outdated tires. In closing after all this it was a good year tire I wanted mounted on the wheel.

I love this place Ive gone there for years and always had good service. The last 2 trips where due to running over nails and they patched them for free!

Amazing service. Car was acting funny and they fixed it no problem. My car is too old for diagnostics hook up but the mechanic had it figured out in 15 minutes! Also the cheapest diagnostics in town.

We were passing through Lima and got a flat tire. Steve and his crew got us right in and had us back on the road within a half hour. Definitely a life saver!

I had the unfortunate experience of having a flat tire at work was able to call Goodyear and they said they would get me in after I got off work. A coworker took the tire off and put on the spare. Goodyear check the tire and was able to fix it / plug and seal at no charge! They have earned my business!

They have always been very considerate and helpful. There was a recent situation with my car which needed immediate attention. They quickly detected the problem and took care of. I feel very comfortable with their service.

Do your homework before you walk in the door. They will overcharge you if you let them. Also, they tried to add the tire protection to my tires automatically without asking (another $45.00). I will not go here again. Discount tire has always been my number one choice but this was closer at the time. They did a great job of making me a one time customer.

Very much overpriced quality is not there

They do not listen to a single thing you say. I have had multiple occasions where they have “fixed” something on my car, and then I end up being stranded or almost wrecking my car because they do not fix the problem or don’t do it correctly. They “fixed” my caliper that they claimed was a bad part, and 2 days later I almost get into an accident because my whole wheel catches on fire. And now I need a whole lot more than another caliper. They make up things that need to be fixed to make more money. Prices are ridiculous. I won’t be going here anymore and wish I would have never came back after the first incident.
