I wasnt looking for help but an employee asked me if I needed any help. Always appreciate the customer service at this location. Everything is also kept organized and clean.

Everytime I visit this store I have an issue. This time I have had it!!! I purchased 4 locksets on Saturday, only 3 were keyed alike so I needed the 4th re-keyed. The guy who cuts keys said he couldnt do it but a manager could. So I waited...and nobody could do it. Its Monday and after being on hold for 22 minutes, a lady answered as I walked in the store. She said the only person that can rekey wont be in until Wednesday. Looks like a training class needs to be held. I dont buy new locks for fun, I need them now!!!

Christine who rekeys locks is awesome she went above and beyond. This was in addition to everyone else at customer service center. They really go above and beyond anything I’ve seen in big box retail in many years it was like stepping back in time to when they really cared about your issue.

We needed to get some more of a certain color paint/primer. However the place looked bare of most colors. There were boxes high up unopened. After searching my husband found what we needed way at the back. He had to climb on two paint cans to get them. They needed to be up front. Two employees walked by but didnt ask if everything was alright.

Mike (said U.S. veteran on his apron) from gardening was super nice!! He helped me and my husband pick out a weed eater and all the weed eating essentials. He also let us know a few tips and tricks! Thank you Mike! 🙂😊

Just needed some weedkiller and a sprayer to connect to my house. They had both and plenty in stock. Home Depot is always on top of their game. And if it matters to any readers, the employees are still wearing masks, but you dont have to.Never anything bad to say about The Home Depot. Keep it up.

Woman at the pro desk hung up before I even finished my first sentence. Unwilling to help with a $2,000 delivery that never showed up.This happened on 05-19-2021 at 7:30pm.No one is answering now and I am out of this money because the contractor has left the work site.EDIT: working together with store to correct issue. management has been very helpful. Will update later.EDIT 2: I shamelessly bring this store back down to 1 star. The supervisors and staff are extremely incompetent. Messed up my delivery more than once, provided terrible communication and customer service. Not to mention the delivery drivers were rude and waited til the last second to drop off thousands of pounds of materials in my condominium parking lot so I could receive a fine. Absolutely no help.Definitely go to Lowes not Home Depot. You’ve been warned.

It wasnt bad. It had what we were looking for and some we werent. The aisles were nicely spaced apart. No products in the floor or scattered on the shelves. Did not interact with staff.

I want to thank the employee Manny Rodríguez for the help he gave me to choose a washer, dryer and refrigerator for my new house, my husband and I are happy. Manny was very kind, he explained and advised us great. But we had a problem with one of the prices and a manager came to fix it with a very bad attitude, she did not say hello and did not show up or even look at us, she was very rude. Manny, on the other hand, spoke highly of her, it was very ethical. the Home Depot should hire people like him in supervisor positions who have good customer service. I give Mr. Manny 100 stars.

Anyone concerned about covid might want to be aware that at this location there seems to be an issue in educating employees on proper wearing of masks. If the nose is uncovered the mask is useless. If you are not concerned about covid, then this store is fine.

What I love about Home Depot is that across the country I can always count on an associate engaging me. Whether its to say hi or ask if I need help, I know that were in this home improvement plan together. Today, an associate asked me how I was doing and if I needed any help. I said, that I was going to load about 15 strips of edging in my cart. He said, Ill help, and within a brief moment, we had filled the cart and he wished me a great day. Im always thankful for great service.

Great prices but NOT great service. I had to return an item and the associate was not that friendly at all. I had a few small talk points that he just ignored. It was uncomfortable and just didnt say much for the hires. I found what I was looking for (and more). I didnt really need much help while looking, which is ok because every associate I passed ignored me and went as fast as possible by...Checkout on the other hand was exceptional! This associate went out of his way to be nice.

Home Depot quality had tanked a few years ago, but they have improved. Good gardening department (although Lowes may be a little better). Still can be hard to get service during dinner time.

They declined my military discount that I have been receiving for many years. I did not have a certain card that they wanted. I have a driver license that shows that I am a veteran. I now will be doing all my shopping at Lowe’s.

It was very nice experience. It has wide range of products with reasonable price. Customer service was great.

Needed help in the garden area yesterday evening. Anthony took the time to give me product suggestions and tips on how to rehab my lawn. Anthony, customer service team, and the checkout person @ self checkout were all very helpful. Thank you for your service and delivering it above and beyond!

I needed a special light bulb and they not only helped me look it up but found it for me! Great service!!

Sadly, my husband and I attempted to find help to get a bathroom sink down, and even after I told one gentleman to please come and help...my husband had grabbed one of the tall ladders on wheels and began to climb it to get the boxed sink off of a top rack and I was concerned at 75 he would break his neck...I couldnt flag down one person to help. My husband had tried to find help, lost his patience, retrieved the sink, and we paid and left. A far cry from an experience at a Tucker, Georgia Ace Hardware when the day before people couldnt help enough! Home Depot needs to get its act together.

The staff here are quite knowledgeable and they are all very helpful... Any one of them will stop what they are doing and help and answer any questions you may have. Love this place, would recommend these guys to anyone anytime

Love HD. People are friendly. I can find most everything I need in stock. Have some issues with the selection of yard tools, but otherwise good.

Wow. I was treated it poorly at this location. I was there to return an item. The line was long. I decided to walk to the cleaning supply isle. There I found lysol wipes and I’ve been looking for them for months. As you all know,PANDEMIC. Anyways, I had my bag and I didn’t have a cart,a basket or a bucket. I was glad I had found some wipes. I proceed to read the note stating ‘ up to 6 per customer’.I took 6 and had my hands full. This gentleman an employee re-stocking close to me says. ‘Ma’am, are you going to pay for those?’ I reply ‘yes,I am’ I completely understand that ppl steal and he is doing his job. But that’s not the way to speak to customer. I guess because I am of color. He discriminated me. That’s all right. I won’t be shopping there.

It was very nice in this Home Depot very clean and organized.

Always impressed when staff go above and beyond. On my most recent trip I couldnt find an item and when I asked Rose took the time to show me another area of the store the item may have been and even checked the computer to see if they had it in stock. Ultimately the item wasnt available but I still apricated the time she took to help.

Had to wait over 30 mins to get 2 2x8x12 because they had to get a fork lift. Block the isles, wait for people to get out of the way.

Honest&true: I dont know if this is typical of home depots but the employees really dont greet you, they dont tell you thank you for shopping or have a nice day, most of the time not all the time -they see you walking around and not even stop to ask you if you need help. For some people it wouldnt matter but I thought to mention it for those who do care.

My favorite store, I could spend all day there

I clicked the link in the email stating i was there.. Curbside delivery after sitting for 30mins failed big time. After receiving a text to click a link, never had an option to enter my vehicle description only ads and download the mobile app. Lucky I previously sent a text msg with vehicle info to 433768 curb 1775 but still no one came out to the 6 car spots designated for curb side pickup. I had to go into the store at the customer service desk to see why curbside failed. Thinking the item came in a box that I could open and put pieces in to my car but the item was fully assembled and seemed to be outside due to the dirty raindrops on it.

This is one of my favorite home depot!

I added a pretty detailed report my last time I plugged tbe old homedepot but this one is always clean and no lines they get you in and out quickly.

What home items do you need? This is the natural and possibly the only place to go. Most associates are friendly and helpful, and check out options easy!

Great customer service..... great improvement store

I am giving this rating for your employee Hines who helped us find a water heater part as the store was closing. He was kind, patient and very diligent in finding exactly what we needed. Hats off to Hines!

Normally visit 3 times a week and noticed that the employees never know what they have in stock. When you ask them a question they are rude and dont know anything about their products. All they do is point to aisle and its not even the right aisle. Fortunately, I downloaded the home depot app which led me to where I needed to go. Sadly observing this home depot for a while, they hire anyone with no retail or customer service experience. If I can avoid this place I detour to Ace or lowes for small projects.

Kept me waiting more than 30 minutes. I asked 3 different employees for help. I still got no help! So I left! Please keep an employee in the electrical aisle!

Customer service did a great job at this location. I couldnt find a product and they helped till we could find it. When we couldnt find the product they called another store and made sure that they put one to the side. All without me asking them. Thank you guys for the awesome work you do.

One of the best Home Depot locations I the area. Almost always has what I need in stock, and working with Ebony at the pro counter is always a pleasure.

Always have had pleasent experiences however this time not so much. I wanted some cuts made to a piece of plywood and after patiently waiting almost an hour, which i did not mind at all, i finally got helped. The person who helped me got upset that i did not give them all the cuts at once. Asked me if i was playing games and told me several times to be serious. Exclaimed that there were other customers waiting... well what am i? Mind you i only had one piece 4x32 plywood.. Even after i apologized for not being serious he continued to tell me that i had to be serious.

I have only been here a couple of times. However, it is always a pleasure. The place is clean and the staff were a lifesaver!

This is the location I usually come to shop, at least twice a week. All I can tell is I was very happy with the employees in the front, they helped me a lot when I needed to find anything or return items. But one thing has changed, I came here to grab some strips of woods for my table and I wait 15 min for a guy who is in charge the cutting machine. He didn’t care what I need when seeing the materials and told me to cut it myself with the hand saw. I ended up with 8 cuts by myself. That was an extremely bad experience I ever had with HD when a customer come to it doesn’t get help.

Asked one associate where an item was and she sent me to the trash cans a few minutes later I am walking around not finding what I need asked another associate who took me right to it.
