We had a tub to shower conversion done by Prime Bath and Home Solutions for my mother in law. We could not be any happier with the work. Bill and Jason, the installers were awesome! They answered all our questions and explained every step of the way of the installation. They were very courteous to prepping and laying runners down to protect my floors. And the cleanup after was great 😊 The shower looks amazing 🤩

We had a shower upgrade done in our master bath and it has been one of the worst experiences ever. The installer was never on-time, initially tried to get us to sign off on the job when two ill-fitting pieces of material were sealed together and wrapped around the outside wall. It was hideous! Then when we pushed back, he said they had already ordered a new piece to re-do the shower. The door STILL TO THIS DAY will not stay shot in spite of numerous visits to fix the problem (5 in all), all of which have been unsatisfactory. Now the rep will no longer return our phone calls.
