Very pleasant experience. It was my 1st time here, not only did he have what I was looking for 1/4 oz eagle he had 3 needless to say I got all 3 and then some to further my collection. He was also extremely fair on a trade transaction to further my purchase beating the competition by over 100$. Rest assured the is my new shop for purchases for my collection. I have used Gold and More several times in the last year to fix some things that were broken and didnt fit anymore. Not only did they do a wonderful job and do exactly what I needed, but they made my jewelry look like new! One item was made by a large shop in town and by the time I needed it re-sized and fixed, they tried to charge me more than I paid to have them MAKE it! Gold and More was happy to help. They were quick, professional, and affordable! I have loved the service there and will be back!

Went in Gold and More Jewelers today and had watch batteries replaced in three watches today. The environment is family oriented and theyre very friendly and fast. Replaced my batteries in no time. Asked how much I owe them and the owner said Merry Christmas. I was very grateful. Talked to them for about 15 minutes about their roots in Illinois. Great Jewelry store and people.

I had lost a diamond chip in my wedding band and took it here to get fixed. They replaced the diamond chip, broken prongs, other bent prongs on my engagement ring and put the two rings together. My rings look better than when they were brand new!!! The prices are so reasonable and the workmanship was outstanding!!! In just a bit over a week, I had my rings back and couldnt be happier!! I have been here several times, this is by far my favorite place to come for precious metals. They treat you how a customer should be treated. The staff is extremely nice & knowledgeable. They are very attentive to you, and listen to what you want. This location, on top of having jewelry, is a hidden gem. They have coins, silver dollars, and gold and silver bullion at great prices.

Love this place! Open and Honest and give the best price for your gold. I found them several years ago when I was selling my class ring. I had listed it on craigslist and they messaged me and told me my ring was worth more. I took it to them and received $100 more than I was asking. Theyve earned my business for life.

Such great customer service and prices! After calling about 10 places, including Zales and other major jewelry stores, I was about to think my idea couldnt be done because it was too difficult. I had a watch and wanted to get it engraved on the back with someones handwriting. They went way out of their way and sent it to South Carolina to a guy the owner knew could do it and it turned out perfectly! They were the sweetest people and made the process of getting this done effortlessly. As someone who was about to give up on my gift idea, I am SO happy they didnt just tell me they couldnt do it, but helped me get it somewhere that could and were truly happy to help with great attitudes. I went into Gold and More Jewers on a whim in search of a birthday present for my husband. This is a family-owned business and they are genuinely kind people in addition to being experts in jewelry. Not only did I find a truly gorgeous necklace for my spouse, but I also got my wedding ring cleaned and rhodium dipped for a fraction of what Ive seen other jewelers charge.
