They well sell you stuff ing that is not all there then not taking back no in store credit just a good ole screw you spent 1,200 in there in few minutes and the 460 winch I got was sold to me with out the remote to work it asked if they could get for e said they lost it and know it not all there now so they cant take it back

They have the worst customer service I have ever seen from any business in my life they only offer you like a tenth of what your stuff is worth they have the rudest team of employees possible. Ive gottenbetter customer service in junk yards the last time I was in there one of the team members made fun of me because I have bad teeth in my opinion they dont even deserve one star. 👎👎 HORRIBLE

Pawned a tennis bracelet. Thr first time I pawned it, it was worth a $500 loan then when I took it in a 2nd time the mgr re did the diamonds and the price lovered to $200. The interest has gone way up since the place changed owners. Then they place labor day as the last day of grace......🙄

Don’t waste your time trying to sell or pawn anything of value here. I brought a top-spec 2016 MacBook Pro 13” with a MSRP of $2400 and a current value of around $1800 (I was only looking to get $1000-1200), and they offered me $350 (Despite telling me seconds before that they’ve bought others for $900). These people are a joke. And the whole time, I felt like the people working there had no idea what they were talking about...

They tried to buy my compound bow for $8

They dont give you money for anything anymore. Its either 5$, or we arent accepting anything right now.

Went looking for a tv found one I thought they plugged it in to show it turns on got it home and went to set it up plugged in two different rabbit ears to it and went to program all it does it keeps saying to plug in the antenna will not even register that there is one plugged in so I call them to let them know and see if they will make right on it and get told that if you dont buy there peace of mind plan there is nothing they can or will do nothing but a rip off will not go back ever

Very unprofessional they talk bad to customers and about customers and insinuate your pawning stolen items but take them anyway

Fudge this place they buy stolen stuff all the time like the lady manager told me she doesnt care if its stolen or not

They have always worked with me, on my pawns, if I am short on cash

So slow. Get ready to spend at least 30 minutes waiting in line!

More than once Ive pawned something here and got it back in bad condition like they mess with your stuff while its in the back plus they dont offer a fair amount for anything
