This place is such a little gem in Liberty. The inside is great for chatting with friends, studying or doing work. I ordered the spinach, bacon, & swiss crepe and would definitely recommend it. My friend is gluten free and I loved that they had gluten free crepes available for her as well.

Hands down the best coffee around. I’m upset only for the reason I have not known about this place right down the street from my work for the past 3 years. I would gladly hand over my entire paycheck to start every day off here. The coffee and crepes are perfection. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is like the Apple Store of coffee shops. Simple, clean, great music at appropriate volumes if you want to work remotely for a while. Best of all is the free smells!

Overflow is a simple, cozy cafe with an excellent drink menu and delicious crepes. They feature locally roasted coffee along with seasonal varieties - all available for purchase on-site. The cafe also houses a pay-what-you-want library which you can donate to and purchase from. A great space for a work meeting or a social call. Shout out to the fine staff!

Our first time here, and definitely not our last. We had an toasted marshmallow latte, a sugar free caramel oat milk latte, a strawberry and cream crepe, as well as a lemon and blueberry crepe. Everything was delicious. The coffee was creamy and hot, and even the mugs they were served in were beautiful.

Great coffee and an amazing bacon, egg, and cheese crepe. It’s not a frozen microwave breakfast, I watched the Barista make it fresh. Quiet, well lit, friendly, nice seating too. This is my first time and I’ll definitely be back.

First experience! Excellent place to sit and study. Music was perfect for focusing and friendly to all ages. Friendly staff! Manager was hilarious as I was there for an all day studying session. Even they way she explained things to employees and customers showed she cared. Her good attitude never changed between employees or customers.. again I sat there for several hours. Clean restrooms and if needed it was large enough for a stroller with plenty of extra space. Will definitely return!

Iced chai tea was delicious. Comfortable, welcoming environment.Was disappointed to see most staff members not wearing masks. When I inquired, the barista informed me that the mask mandate is only in Kansas City at this time.

I took my coffee to go. They had so many options that looked amazing, but I was craving a lavender white chocolate mocha. I also got my son a strawberry banana smoothie and a blueberry muffin. I didnt try the muffin but my kids loved it and the smoothie was really good too. The staff were super friendly and personable. I had yet to find a coffee shop up here in the Northland that serves specialty drinks that tasted super great besides a basic Starbucks. I will go out of my way now from my Zona Rosa homebase just to get their coffee. We also happened to meet the owners daughter while we were waiting. For such a young almost teenage girl I was extremely impressed by her personable nature. She was kind and sweet and just a true testament that this coffee shop has to be run by great people. I loved their cozy book section too! We will be back! Thanks for such a quality shop!

It is a cute place, but the service needs improvement. We ordered a latte, and after waiting 30 minutes, getting our crepes, asking about the latte, being told they were making it, I had to ask for it again. Finally after asking about it 3 times, we got it. It was a busy morning, but we were continually ignored. When I went up to ask about it, the baristas would glance at me but never ask me if I needed anything. It was like pulling teeth to be acknowledged as I awkwardly waited by the bar trying to get someones attention.

I ordered a strawberry and cream crepe and frappe with caramel. My boyfriend got an Americano and apple cinnamon scone. OMG every single thing was fantastic. I dont write reviews but I had to for them. Friendly staff and great food! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing too. Id post pictures but I dont know how.

This cafe is a rare delight in bustling Liberty. It seems to always have a place to sit, good company and a wonderful selection of beverages and treats. After moving back east, I had not had the joy of spending time here in over a year, but upon a return trip back to the KC area to buy a home and prepare to move my family across the country, this was my first stop! I entered, ordered the finest of lattes and I instantly felt home! Love Love Love this place

We love everything about this coffee shop. I try to support local and stay away from the corporate driven coffee establishments. Customer service is always excellent at Overflow. I enjoy ordering ahead and grabbing my coffee on the go. I also heard there is a really good church next door. 😀

I have a LOT to say about our first visit to this coffee shop/restaurant. First, it was a Saturday morning and it was very busy. Ordering was a breeze. We sat back on the couch until a table opened up. And believe me, people were lined up for a seat. Secondly, I came from years of restaurant work and management way back in the 80s when health departments shut you down for the simplest infractions. I looked at the ceiling-SPOTLESS! The corners, SPOTLESS! The air and heat vents that are never ever spotless--they were We-Just-Opened-For-Business SPOTLESS! In fact, I was astounded when I later asked the owner if they had just opened or moved locations, and the answer was 4 years. This place was the cleanest establishment I have ever encountered! And I do mean EVER! The next thing I noticed was that it was very quiet for todays standards, especially for as busy as it was. There is ALOT to be said about ceiling tiles as opposed to the wide open rafters that act as echo chambers. The relative quiet made it so much more relaxing.Now to the food-We ordered two different crepes and both were delicious-bacon spinach and strawberries and cream. EXCELLENT! We ordered two different coffees, mine being a classic latte, with special instructions-It was perfect. The other a floral iced latte that satisfied my always experimental daughter. She was so impressed that she was emailing friends for a future visit. For as busy as it was the was there was also a very quiet calm in the employees who were very hard at work. HOW was everything so calm and relaxing for the business they were doing?If I HAD, and I mean nitpicking HAD to say was a slight negative was the time it took for the coffee to come out. But--this is really searching for a negative. It would have been nice to have our coffees as we were waiting for a table, rather than just before the food was served.Overall--this is a NEW favorite! We all have a choice where to go when we go out, especially in the days of lingering Covid. Mine will be here. Again and again. THANK you Nextdoor people for suggesting this place. We might not have ever found it without that suggestion from so many on there. We LOVE Over Flow!!!

I visited this place a few days ago and the first surprise came from my assumption (based on the Yelp photos) that this was an actual independent establishment and inside a strip mall. Although, it is in an actual strip mall, it has a great location and the inside is set up better than any other coffee shop at a strip mall Ive been to.The service was good and so was the coffee, which is important. Nothing like going to a nice coffee shop and the coffee disappoints. Coffee was brewed correctly, or rather enough grounds were added, so it wasnt too skimpy but had good strength. I highly recommend the chocolate banana muffin it was delicious.

The crepes and coffee are usually really good. As long as you dont mind waiting 40 minutes for 2 crepes. Ordering ahead doesnt make a difference. Great food but theres no reason for it to take 40 minutes at 10am on a Thursday.

I went here for the first time today with a friend, and it was really great!! The girl who took my order was very kind, and the man who brought me my drink was also very kind! The place is super cute, and surprisingly pretty big on the inside! The customer service was really great, and i will be coming back!

I really want to like this place but was disappointed after my first visit. The staff was friendly, and the location is cute. The pastries all looked quite delicious, but I decided to go with a Latte and the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Crepe upon suggestion. The Latte was very weak and lacked any flavor. I came home and whipped out my own espresso machine cause I needed my caffeine fix. The crepe was beautifully presented, however the crepe itself was gummy. I was also a bit disappointed at the use of a microwave to cook parts of the crepe, however for the sake of time you got to do what you have to do to make the wait short. I hope to chalk this up to a bad day and will opt for some of the fresh baked goods next time.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. To say it was good is such an understatement. My husband and I both had the bacon, egg, and cheese crepe and it was the best we have ever had. The service was great and the atmosphere was just as great. Also they have a book area that you can take for a donation of any amount which goes to a ministry.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops! They use Messenger Coffee and their drinks are amazing! The make some of their own syrups using monk fruit if your keto. They also have a keto coffee thats super good! The crepes are also good looking but I havent tried one yet.

So quaint. It even has a book nook for the kids. Their crepes are phenomenal and coffee was amazing. It’s the perfect breakfast spot. Staff was all exceptionally kind. They support charities through their sales as well.

This place was great! I have never been, but was meeting a client there today. It was almost empty at 2pm. I got a green tea matcha latte and the strawberries & cream crepe. Both were delicious! Atmosphere is cute and cozy, they have a reading nook in the back with a few bookshelves - all the books are sold for donations to their charity. Overall lovely experience, I will definitely be back next time Im in Liberty.

I just had a mocha the morning I visited. It was really good. I want to visit again to try a crepe! Everyone was super friendly and they donate to different ministries every month. That also encourages me to want to return.

I really enjoyed the coffee freshly roasted here in Kansas City at Messenger Coffee. They made our drinks perfectly. We also ordered 2 different crepes one strawberry and cream and the other was bacon egg and cheese. Both were delicious hit the spot for a nice birthday breakfast. I also picked up a sticker for .50¢ that will give me a 10% discontinue my next time in so thats pretty awesome. Overall great atmosphere and the staff was super friendly and informative. The only reason they dont have a 5-star rating is because they did not have Splenda 😉

I stopped in for a late afternoon break from Black Friday shopping and enjoyed a latte and some delicious cake. The service was quick and very friendly. They have a wonderful crepe menu (both savory and sweet) that I plan to come back and try out.

Loved the banana and Nutella crepe. My fiance had the blueberry crepe which was less good, but I still enjoyed it. The cold brew was very mild, but tasty. Their coffee of the day was also quite good.

I would avoid this place the barista took my five dollars and gave back the wrong change. Guess she just wanted to go ahead and tip herself on her own. It was a 5 so she stole three dollars as if I gave her two. Nice older lady, acted real nice after doing it. A straight up thief. Happened 5/19 about 10am.
