Always very helpful when needing bulbs, wipers, etc. Always able to answer my questions. Really appreciate them installing my wipers. Could I do it? Yes but being vertically challenged makes it a bit more difficult.

Went to auto zone first to get my battery tested but their machine was broken so they recommended advanced auto. I went in and not only did they test my battery, they also tightened my positive terminal box which was probably the reason my battery kept going dead. Thank you Rob! This was a great experience and thank you for great service.

I was very happy with my service on the 28 of May. I needed new windshield wipers as it was raining very hard and after I bought them they went out and change them for me. Wonderful service!

Helpful and courteous staff. Always greeted nicely, and have even had some good small talk about cars with a few employees. Prices are great, and they always have sales and coupons going. They are firm on policies, but most wont hesitate to inform you of small work arounds to save that extra buck, such as ordering online with promo codes, and picking up in store. Always my go-to supplier for most automotive parts.

They generally have what Im looking for and everyone is usually pretty nice.My only complaint is that the last time I was there the guy that rang me out obviously had much better things to do. this usually isnt the case though.

Worst time trying to get a battery. So here is the deal, Advanced Auto parts almost always has 20% any item over 100 bucks on line. They can not and will not honor that in store! So the website was down last week and I was on hold for 30+ mins with customer service. Went back to talk to the lady and she was like sorry, So I left went over to Auto Zone in the same parking lot had a battery installed with the price match of Advance Auto in 20 mins so next time will skip advance all together.

I was there to buy oil for my car and was waiting for the other employee (manager) to enter a password for a military discount. Mike was sitting at the commercial desk and took call after call while I waited and waited. It takes 15 seconds to enter a password and while the clerk who rang me up took care of two other customers, Mike continued to ignore me. I left without buying the supplies I was there for. Customer service is important to me but obviously not to them if they have a manager who is totally fine with ignoring a customer. It is easy to simply ask someone on the phone to wait on hold for a minute while another customer is being taken care of but to field multiple calls while a customer is waiting, with no acknowledgment to the customer waiting is a failure in customer service. I will be going to their competition from now on.

If you order online and pick up at the store, one hand has no idea what the other is doing....I never recieved an email telling me my order was ready to pick up and online, it said you got a free gift with a battery purchase. Nobody at the store had a clue about it or what it was.

This place used to be great. Not so much any more. Last night I tried to talk to Larry on some 1141 light bulbs that I was trying to buy in bulk (10 pack). First, he does not have the knowledge to look up a part number in the computer system. So, he ask me what was the year, make and model of what I was working on. So I told him I was working on interior light bulbs for a 2010 Forest River Salem Travel Trailer. He said hang on. Came back to the phone and said nope cant get them. I ask him to see if he could get an 1156 bulbs since they are almost the same (1156 burns just a little hotter than the 1141). Without even looking anything up and very quick to respond in the same breath. Nope we cant get those either. Since he was very rude on the phone, I would stop by on my way home from work and see if I could talk to someone else who might have the slightest idea what a light bulb was. When I got inside the store it looked like a ghost town. From the commercial desk out pops a woman. I tell her what I was looking for. 1141 10 pack light bulbs. She goes back to commercial desk and magically has what I am looking for. Great. Now how much do you want for that pack. She tells me 25 dollars. I explain to her that I can go up the street and get them for 1.00 ea. at Oreilly and is there anything she can do with pricing. She tells me that I need to go to Oreilly and there is nothing she will do for me. Great I went to Oreilly and got my 10 pack of bulbs for 8.50 with tax. Now I need to think about changing fluids in my truck to tow my trailer. So dummy me calls and talks to Mike at Advanced in Liberty. I ask him what kind of trans fluid do I need for my 05 f250 4X4 with a 6.8l. He says hang on and when he gets back on the phone he tells me to use Merc V. I said um NO! its either SP or LV fluid. Then he proceeds to tell me the computer doesnt specify what type of fluid to use. You are being warned. Do not use this Advanced in Liberty. 1) Price gouging and 2) Being complete imbusals in trying to destroy a good transmission that they would not pay for if I did listen to them. Save yourself the headache and go to Oreilly.
