I have reached donut heaven. I have had donuts in all 50 states and never have any of them been on par with a Honey Dew Donut. The staff was very friendly. Rick the sales representative at the counter let me sample some of the donuts by licking the icing and then putting them back on the shelf for sale. Nice guy.

Looks like you guys need to come to TN to learn how to make good donuts 👌 We ordered one each of jelly, chocolate & honey dipped...all 3 went in the trash. They were soft, but the texture was definitely not good. Very dry & crumbly. Yep... Ill stick to our good ole southern donuts 😋

The female that on duty is rude to people visiting the rest area. Her cigarette smoking is more important than her job. Her service sucks.Stopped into the E.Lexington Service Station again on 6/16/21. Just saw a rat run under the Monster cooler at the Fresh Express. 🤢

Waited around 5 mins at the counter with not a single worker in site, called out hello, knocked on the counter nothing. Looked up the number and got a grumpy old lady that told me the girl had called out and they were too busy at McDonald’s and that I would be “waiting a while” if I wanted to wait there and insinuated nobody would be over to help me.

Rude service by some 20 something guy working there at 9 am on Saturday August 14th 2021I came in for a coffee, he didnt even greet me and then when he finally came over 5 mins later and asked me what I wanted, I said a large hot coffee, he told me his coffee was brewingwhy do you guys not have coffee readily available on a Saturday morning ???that kid need to be fired, when I left the plaza he was on his phone and giving me dirty looks, no name tag so I cant even give you guys a namegross behavior by that kid and he should not have a job, corporate will be hearing about this .

Terrible service with a bad attitude! my husband went in to get iced coffee and an iced tea. The server was rude ignorant and lazy. She refused to make hot tea on a cup of ice. she did not even offer a cup of ice on the side so I could make my own. She had a terrible attitude.

Asked for an ice tea 5 times and she couldnt hear me 4 times though and thought it was a hot tea. gave me the wrong size at first. terrible service and wasnt made right. never ordering honey dew again cause it tasted terrible

Less than 1 star. No one was at counter for 5+ minutes. Couldn’t order and left

Really good Hazelnut iced coffee. A definite New England Coffee tradition. Good sized and fresh breakfast sandwiches as well.

This stop was quick. Theyre not always like that. Especially in the morning.

Got a smal coffee and a jelly stick donut. After driving away had a bite of donut. It was stale..hard as a rock. One bite and threw out. Waste of my money. Terrible. No excuse for selling stale donuts. Never again

If youre looking for a hard old stale donut this is the place for you. Even at 5 a.m. when you think the donuts would be fresh / that is not the case they serve hard gross stale Donuts all day long.

The people are so friendly and helpful, and the doughnuts and coffee... Better than any other of theyre competitors.
