Hi guys, how do I get my refund when you dont give me a receipt? I know Sheetz quality and I dont believe this is it. I paid for a medium cup of breakfast blend. This tasted nothing like the dozens of other Sheetz coffees Ive purchased. This is not the hot chocolate ordered. It was not hot and it was not chocolate. Im feeling ripped off.

This place is filthy. Inside and outside. The workers are very nice, I will say that. No matter what time of day - the place is filthy.

Typical Sheetz Convenience Store. Stopped here several mornings while working in the area. This place can be very busy at times. The Staff and Service was fast, friendly and professional. The food I got was hot, fresh and good. The coffee was hot and fresh. The store was clean.

I am posting this under this location because it is near our home. I called Corporate Offices approx 2 weeks ago to complain and nothing has been done.My husband goes to Sheetz in Greensboro, Winston Salem and High Point AND EVERY ONE OF THEM IS DISGUSTING DIRTY INSIDE AND ESPECIALLY OUT. You have to step on tobacco spit, trash, foodand even dirty diapera. The trash cans and pumps are filthy and never cleaned. I am now reporting them to the NC Dwpt of Environmental Health.

The staff in the drive through is always very friendly. Hard to find that these days.

Mens bathrooms were atrocious, comode stopped up and has not been cleaned. Drink boxes were empty and in disarray. I have not seen this sheetz in this bad of shape ever!!!

What an amazing experience I had at the local Sheetz store! This was all made possible because of the lovely cashier, Holly, who made my experience there the best it could have possibly been. She was able to remain calm and friendly as I fumbled for my card and paid for my items. Customer service, 5/5 stars. Food, 5/5 stars. Highly recommend the MOZ Burger and the Quesorito’s.

They are a fast food restaurant and many people come with lots of orders how do you mess up my order and then my order is cold and you say it’s my fault I ordered too much food!!! And won’t give me my money back or even give me the hot food I ordered!!!

I cant never get a good sandwich it always made wrong I try to tell them how I want it oil and vinegar dont go on bread please get it together you are the only location in lexington

Just went in and ordered a sandwich. It took longer then normal, not only the time but the sandwich didnt have what I ordered on it. Like I understand things happen but for two days now and at different times. This used to be my favorite one but it looks like Ill be changing Sheetz..

Horrible cleanliness, especially in the mens bathroom. Does the staff even clean it? Coffee is ok though, only reason its not a 1 star.

Made an online order it was waiting on counter for 10 minutes. I get screamed at by a old man saying that I was supposed to tell them. I am NOT coming back to this sheetz due to bad customer service. Theres a spot for online orders they are supposed to place there. The correct action was never applied

Absolutely awesome. Sheets is a good place if your looking for a quick snack or a drink/coffee. Order a meal eat in or take home. Enjoy sitting inside talking to family and friends. Sheets is definitely a good quick stop or hang around place. They definitely have my business. Order your food or drink inside or download the app and order online and pick it up ready to go.

Employees refuse to wear masks, refuse to enforce customers wearing masks, and the older gentleman has an extremely unprofessional, almost hostile attitude every time I am there. As a freak level member, I will be using my hard earned money at another store that cares about health and safety.

Usually this Sheetz location is very clean and very quick for Made-to-order food, but specialty drinks seem to take a bit longer then other Sheetz locations.

Just went to get some food open it up to a piece of glove in my food...around 11:30 pm 1/6/21...pretty bad ima repeat custmer there an I get plastic in my food...looks like Ill spend the extra $ to drive to a sheets that cares an not leave a plastic glove in my food...

Cheap food fast service they have what you need to make a quick stop. Or just to come in and get something you like without the wait. This place is great.

Pretty Average Sheetz. New building so everything is pretty clean. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. You might see some obnoxious kids hanging out in the parking lot from time to time but they’re mostly just bored kids with nothing better to do. Don’t let that stop you from grabbing that fried appetizer from the drive thru, though.

The store itself is great however I decided to finally eat there. I had to send it back 3x. They never even offered to give a refund. It was cold and even after they supposedly nuked it, the cheese still was no melted and it literally got thrown in the garbage can there. They just ignored me. My hubbys food came out fine.

I love Sheetz. Staff is great and the food is usually good. Gas is discounted with your Sheetz rewards cards and they are often adding freebies to your card.

Clean and nice staff. Good food always.

I used to confer to this location but for a while Ive been going to three Ive in Welcome instead. This location in the past has been rude, didnt understand how to use the app, and tonight all four employees I saw wasnt wearing a mask. Guess they dont need my service.

Could be way better especially if it was Quick Trip. The app sucks as well

This is a great location and the staff here has been great. I visited one time and they were refreshing all the coffee so I had to wait a bit. When it came time to pay they told me not to worry since I had to wait so long. I appreciated that as they didnt have to do that and helped make my wait a little less frustrating.

Absolutely the slowest drive thru ever . Plan to wait at least 20 min . I been sitting at the window now for more then ten minutes and no one has even acknowledged me yet

Service here HORRIBLE!!! I waited nearly 20 minutes for a frozen hot chocolate, 2% milk, no mocha, whipped cream and barista chips, just a REGULAR frozen hot chocolate!!! When I got it (nearly 20 min later) it had no whipped cream or chips, so i adked for them. When i finally got my drink it wad completely melted AND it had mocha in it...so now i have been waiting about 15 minutes for a new one. Yaay Sheetz!😒

Bad service. Good food choices. 50-50 overall

Ordered food online and added a few more things at the window. Got my order and it was completely wrong. Ordered 2 shnack wraps and 2 red alert coffees and sweet potato fries. Got back a Tator tot platter. Told them it was wrong. They fully refunded me which is why I give 3 stars but my red alert coffees were regular coffees with just cream in them. Wont be frequenting this place anymore. I was also on a work lunch break and it completely wasted my time.

Food is overpriced and not well cooked.Ordered wings and they were pretty much raw!

Anyone who has ever been fortunate enough to live near a WaWa knows how amazing they are and how they are better than a RaceTrac, Flying J, or Circle K. I have never found a convince store better than any WaWa until I walked into this Sheetz in Lexington. Sheetz is literally my favorite conscience store/gas station and I am upset that there isnt one any closer. The staff was friendly, quick, and funny. My partner and I were traveling across the country when we stopped here at about 11 pm paid for our coffee and pumped gas when I noticed an advertisement for free fries with the purchase of any beverage when we went back inside I asked the nice older shorter haired blond about the fries and she placed 2 orders of fries for us at no charge. The fries taste better than restaurant fries!! The coffee is amazing! The store is SUPER clean and well lit, the creamer and sugar stand was very clean and used modern equipment I never knew existed, like the sugar dispenser auto pours enough sugar based on number of packs and the creamer and flavor dispenser made for a very sanitary environment. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Sheetz now and specifically THIS Sheetz. This is now a planned travel stop on every trip through NC
