The best experience Ive ever had with a flooring company. They stick to their time line and their prices cannot be beat. We had our old hard wood floors refinished and had new hard woods installed. Where the two floors join forms a seamless transition into the new floors. Our new floors look like they were always apart of the house. The installers are polite and treat your home with respect and the clean up after every day. They told me that this project would cause dust and they would attempt to keep it to a minimum but no hard wood floor job could be dust free. There was next to no dust left behind ANYWHERE. This made it easy to live in the house while they worked. Great prices and epic craftsmanship makes Floor Boys the number one pick. We have them coming back to do 2nd floor carpets.

Couldnt and wouldnt let me talk to owner. Anyone with a CRAWLSPACE. Should have it check before putting down hardwood flooring. The company never did. SO now we have a $9000.00 mistake the company has made. Warping, cupping of these flooring, what a mess. Maybe a complete replacement. They got the money I got the mess of ugly hardwood flooring.Didnt even CHECK the CRAWLSPACE.

My floor was installed within 3 weeks of my choosing the floor The salesman Keith directed me toward options that were currently available. The installer Diego did an excellent job. We have 4 dogs and really needed new flooring in our bedroom (Carpet + Dogs = BAD idea!). Floor Boys came out, perfectly matched our wood flooring in the living room for new flooring in our bedroom. From my initial contact with Kris who took care of the estimate and measuring of the floors, all the way to the two men who did the install the service was great. I was told the installation would take 3 days, but it ended up only taking 2 days. The installers were great with moving the furniture, putting everything back in place, and even dealing with my very curious 4 yr old. Floor Boys replaced the flooring in two bathrooms and a laundry room in our home. Everyone that we had contact with--Bart, Buckley, Marshall and his crew--were great to work with. Our old tile was not easy to get out but Marshall took care of any problems that arose from that. Everyone did all they could to make sure we were happy with the end project. We will definitely use Floor Boys again when we need new flooring!!

The salesman at Floor Boys, Kris Portune, was great, he helped me make good choices and monitored everything that was going on from ordering to delivery to post install. Diogo, the young man who installed the floor, did a great job and went over and above because there were supposed to be two people each day but he was by himself and he carried 1400 ft.² of flooring by himself up three flights of stairs and the old flooring (1400 ft.²) down the stairs, and worked very long hours in order to get the job done as quickly as possible. And he did a beautiful job. I’ve always heard Floor Boys was great which is why I went to them and now I can confirm they are terrific!

This is the second time that I’ve used Floor Boys. I used them the second time because they did a wonderful job the first time they installed flooring three years ago. The flooring install was perfect and looks flawless. It’s the only company I would ever use in the Midlands.One small dislike was that they disconnect and reconnect plumbing fixtures but don’t have any expertise in that area (I had a couple small things to finish myself and had to hire a plumber) For peace of mind, I would recommend hiring a plumber to reseat a toilet and caulk as necessary given there or no warranty from Floor Boys after they touch your fixtures.

They replaced my old floors in my upstairs bathrooms with luxury vinyl. It looks beautiful and they did a great job. They thought it might take two days, only took one. Everything was very clean afterwards. I swept up very little dust after they finished. I would most certainly use Floor Boys again.

Flooring looks good and they were very quick. Seemingly too quick. After looking around when the crew had left, the caulking used to fill a void was actually to fill a short board. They also broke a small piece of the door molding when pulling up the quarter round.The house was extremely dusty after finishing and had I known beforehand I would have put something by up to block the dust from getting to the rest of the house.Cleanup was average at best. They used a generic cleaner instead of a cleaner designed for that flooring. This left streaks everywhere.

Floorboys put flooring down throughout my two level house. The men they sent to do the work were professional and did an awesome job. I can’t complain about any of it from start to finish. Everyone was great!

After a complete rebuild of the stairs in our house we searched for someone to finish the red oak. We consulted with several contractors and decided to go with FloorBoys. We were fortunate that they had experience in finishing natural wood as well as installing new flooring.We couldn’t be happier with the results! Brian Peed and his team were great! Brian came out on a Saturday morning to accommodate our schedule to give the estimate. Trev & Phillip were our installers and they did quick work on the tear-out of the old carpet & linoleum on our 1st floor. The LVP went down quickly as well and they even let me put in a few planks which was fun! The price was fair. I normally check 3 contractors before deciding but I could only find one other who called me back about the project. Brian impressed me and he also has a location that you can view the samples so I was sold. The other contractors price was almost identical so I chose Floor Boys due to the professionalism. After the installers had left, one piece of trim around the fireplace lifted up on the ends and they were out just two days later on a Saturday to fix it. Ill definitely use them again!

We were so impressed with Floor Boys! In the showroom they were able to help us find the flooring that met our needs and was a great value. They removed our old flooring, repairing issues underneath at no extra cost. They were fast and took 1/2 the estimated time. The original transition piece didn’t match so they went back to the shop, stained new ones and came back and installed them - instead of taking the easy way out. Highly recommend them for their excellent installation!

I just had new tile laid in my Margaritaville sunroom. From beginning to end, the customer service was great. The installation was perfect and when they left, the room was cleaner than before they started. I would sincerely recommend Floor Boys to anyone considering new flooring!

I had damage to my hardwood floors and hired another company through insurance to fix the damage. I have hardwood flooring throughout my whole house which needed to be sanded and refinished. The company did such a horrible job and made the floors worse. In desperation to repair the new damage I went to Floor Boys to help me understand what happened and how it could be fixed. Bart explained I had chatter, which causes a wavy appearance over the floor, usually caused by operator error or poor equipment. He explained that because the chatter was so bad he would never be able to completely remove it, but could certainly make it look better. I met with his refinisher, Paulo, who expressed the same concern. I went forward with having the floors redone with low expectations. When my husband and I looked at the floors when they were done we were in awe. The floors were so beautiful!!! We were over the moon with excitement about how they looked, especially having gone into the project with low expectations. I’m very glad Bart was honest with us about expectations, but also so impressed with the quality of work. Paulo and his team do amazing work and are so nice and professional to work with. Every interaction I have had with any member of the Floor Boys team has been wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend using Floor Boys for any flooring needs.

The price and flooring were great. My wife and I had experienced water damage due to a dishwasher leak. The salesman offered valuable suggestions that were helpful in solving our flooring problems. However, the installer was not aware of some of the services that were agreed on. Also, he said that some services were not necessary to complete the job. My suggestion is that you follow up with the scheduler before the installer arrives. That being said, we are very satisfied in the final product and will use this company again in the future.

We had hardwoods and a carpet installed. Very friendly staff. Very helpful in the decision making phase of the process. Allowed us to take several samples to our home without being pushy about makig a decision. The installers were extremely helpful when we had one significant change and one minor change to the project. The only issue we had with the process seemed to be that the company seemed to have some internal communication issues. A slight delay in the process because of this, but the staff was friendly about it, so while it was a slight annoyance, it wasnt a game changer. Would only recommend being proactive in your communication throughout the process.

This is the fourth time I have used Floor Boys for my flooring needs and once again they did an excellent job! I walked in the door and was greeted by Bart, who has helped me in the past. He showed me a number of different carpets telling me the advantages and disadvantages of each. He also let me know what he would put in his own home. He came out and measured my home explaining how the carpet would be installed to minimize waste. I received a quote that afternoon. With all that was going on with COVID I didnt order the carpet right away. Because of my past relationship with Floor Boys I knew I was going to get my carpet from them, and any future flooring for that matter. However I was in a big box store one day and walked back to the flooring department, there was not anyone back there to help me, so I looked for a comparable carpet that Bart had quoted me, with their free installation the carpet would have cost me more than what Floor Boys was charging. The install crew was great, they arrived when they said they were and did a great job with the install. I highly recommend Floor Boys and I will use them for all of my flooring needs.

Initial consultation with Kim was a great experience and she took the time to find product to fit my needs. She brought samples to my home and measured for a quote. The carpet arrived early and was installed a full two weeks ahead of initial quote.

Floor boys installed my LVP flooring less than a year ago. I notified them just after Thanksgiving and sent pictures to the installer. He came out right away to see the issue and said it manufacturer defect and would have his boss contact me. Over a week goes by and nothing. So I call and Brian Bunton says he will be out after New Years. He came and looked around began blaming my builder. I confronted him on the directions from the install from Shaw and he was unaware of what I was saying until I told him I called Shaw and got information. He asked me not to call Shaw anymore and he will submit a claim to them. Shaw sent an inspector out to measure and inspector says installer error. Not glued where should be and not leveled by installer. Report sent to Floorboys Jan12. I heard nothing from Brian again and called on Jan 26. Brian says he is appealing it going to next level. Mar 15 I call and Brian says Shaw rejected my claim and he has to pull my file and call me back. Today March 17th no calls from him. All I want is my floor done. Entire thing needs replaced. Popping up all over the place and worse than when I reported it. Irritated. My floor is under warranty and they don’t want to honor it because of passing the buck. Fix my floor and battle it with Shaw on your time please! I just want normal!
