Superb service from the moment I walked in the door until my carpet was installed today. Brandon and his staff were so very accommodating and friendly. They went far and above my expectations and I would recommend them very highly. The gentlemen who installed the carpet today were fast and professional and the carpet looked great. I will say I went to Lowe’s first and was met with rudeness and very little help. I walked out their door and went to Creative Carpet and was met with just the opposite. Thank you Brandon and Staff for a great experience in your store! I look forward to working with you all again.

We purchased a carpet remnant, from Creative Carpets, plus a pad, that we asked them to cut to size. When we unrolled the pad, it was not cut to size, and parts of it were actually falling apart. My wife stopped back at the store, with pictures of the pad, and was told “we can’t take it back, and we won’t change it out for you, because those are fragile pads.” No offer to try to make things right! If their pads are that fragile, they shouldn’t be using them anyway. We have used them in the past, but with the rude treatment, and substandard products, we will never use them again.

After shopping several other places, I went to Creative Carpets and worked with Donnie to find the perfect hardwood flooring. The installers did an excellent job. I’m very pleased with my floors.

Loving the flooring I purchased there. Donnie, came out got all the measurements, and then he sent John and Travis out to tear the old flooring up. These guys know how to lay some flooring. Everyone is very professional. I would recommend at a 100%.

The installers are punctual, professional, and did an amazing job installing ALL of our flooring and ceramic tile needs. They are the best of the best when it comes to floor covering. Beware some of the guys that the carpet company hires to put there carpet in. They are on pills and are high when they are in your home. They scratched some of my furniture badly and denied it. Frank at creative carpet promised to repair it,after months they have done nothing. Carpet work was a 4 star but cost me hundreds to repair furniture. Have 4 more rooms to be carpeted will not go back!

Absolutely terrible. Pretty expensive, do not complete a job. Ive been calling them for weeks now to try to get them to come finish the job. Called me constantly to pay them. Then when I saw the job I called them and cant even get them to call me back or come back out. Flooring was installed and less than 1 week later, there are large spots that have already came up. DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
