Went in for an oil change, they advertise that they give you a ride. The guy at the service department was great. When I asked the sales department for a ride they were very rude. They asked me if I bought my car there I said no, they proceded to tell me i need to find my own ride back. Overall very rude sales man. I will not be back again.

Worst place ever won’t do warranty work cause service manager don’t no diddly about Jeep’s. What came stock from factory he thinks is after market and don’t know how to run the vin to look at the build sheet.Another issue I had they didn’t have any idea and said keep driving it and if it continues to call road side service. We called on a vehicle, drove an hour to get there, when we got there they told us it had a hole in the motor, so they offered something else. Check engine light was on and wouldnt start after test drive. They said theyd have it fixed in a day or two. We kept calling and everyday there was something else they wanted to fix on it. Almost two weeks later, they still dont have it ready. They have not called us to see if we even still want it. We gave up. Horrible customer service.

I am new to area and needed lift supports for my ford hitchback. Went into service department and the guy behind desk gave me a price, said hed order them and it would take 3 days to get them. He was a bit rude to start. I waited the 3 days called back to see what was up. Some rude uninterested guy answered and didnt seem to want to help me find out where my order was, he took my name/number & said he would call me back when he found out where my order was...I am still waiting for his reply. I will take my business to Napa. The lift supports where $5 cheaper anyway.

The service department is such a joke they said they was looking on Craigslist to find parts for my truck. What a rip off I’m sure that I’m not the only one they do this to but at least the part was under warranty. But the fact of taking my truck to the dealership to get fixed correctly, and they want to put used parts on don’t think I will be doing business there again.

I bought my Chrysler Pacifica at the Kearney location. The draw back is that chrysler can only be fixed at the Lexington location or so that’s what I’ve been told. Our van had a couple recalls that needed worked on. So Platte valley, delivered our vehicle to lexington for us. Which is great. The part I didn’t like is that my wife hopped in to the loner vehicle to find that it was 3 miles to empty. She went to return the loner after day or so and picked up our van, and it was on empty. Not very fair that my car has to get shipped to Lexington, while I’m taking care of the fuel bill.

Sold me a diesel truck with a blown motor. Very deceptive and unprofessional. Should have known when the sales person said it could be parted out for more than I pd for it.

Horrible service MUST READ ALL Brought my truck from Orieleys with a code for a cylinder 5 misfire probably only need a coil replaced which is around $20. Drive my truck fine other than a miss in the engine to the dealership service dept. Really needed the truck for my day to day farm operation and was called the next day to hear a $20 coil repair turned into a $3000 new head because the cylinder 5 plug blew out. Little fishy with brand new plugs 8 months earlier have yet to blow out until their tech started poking around. Brought this to the service managers attention who treated me as a criminal wanting me to pay all the bill. First off a new motor head for a motor only costs around $800 and then obviously labor, however there is a huge difference between labor and a dealership labor that is only looking at a profit margin. Wouldn’t trust this place to inflat a tire do an oil change let alone look at anything major. So this Thanksgiving I’m thankful to be towing my truck, not, to a new and way better mechanic.

My parents and I are recently looking for a new car and trade in our Chevy. We found a car the caught our interest at Platte Valley Auto, a 2015 Jeep Wrangler, one of the workers came out and explained so little about the car. He was even suggesting we look around for other Jeeps when we told him we specifically wanted that, he went to go the keys, he didnt let us turn on the car or even test drive it. Most car dealers let everyone have that chance to make sure thats the car someone wants, they even explain all the details of the car, unlike at Valley Auto. To us, we felt like he was giving us the impression of us not being able to afford the car. If we couldnt be able too we wouldnt be interested in the first place. I just didnt like the service we received from that individual worker.

Platt Valley Auto - Kearney, NE - Todd Booth DealershipThe worst repair experience I have ever had from a dealerI would not recommend Platt Valley Auto to anyone who wishes to have his/her Ford vehicle repaired there. While visiting family in Nebraska (were from California and drove to Nebraska), our truck became disabled and had to be towed to the nearest Ford Dealership. The towing company towed it to Platt Valley Auto and they diagnosed the problem and told us they would get it repaired within a few days. After several days, they called, said it was completed and I went to pick it up. When I arrived the mechanic was underneath it checking on where all the oil was pouring out from it. It ended up staying there another three days for them to re-work what they initially fixed and finally it was completed. I drove it back to California and had my Ford dealer check it over as there was a whining noise and a small oil leak. They checked it and found that during the repair process while at Platt Valley Auto, the technician there left off several bolts to the turbo charger (its a turbo diesel truck), mangled the turbo shield, cut a vacuum line that operates the 4 wheel drive system, damaged the intercooler, radiator and air conditioner condenser. The owner of Platt Valley Auto (Todd Booth) refuses to take responsibility and do the right thing and take care of the damage and as such, I filed a complaint with Ford Motor Company against Platt Valley Auto to the point that an Executive Vice President at Ford Corporate Offices in Dearborn, MI contacted Todd Booth on our behalf, since they would not take or return my calls or my dealers calls to them. This just goes to show you how horrible this dealership is operated. Ultimately, I am paying my Ford Dealer to replace all those items that Platt Valley Auto damaged and omitted. I have purchased dozens of vehicles in my lifetime, dealt with many dealerships but have never until now, had such a horrible experience with regards to any vehicle service or repair. I recommend everyone stay away from Todd Booths dealerships. They are negligent and unethical.
