My wife daughter and I went here to look for a vehicle for my daughter. We had Marlene from sales come up and was extremely friendly and helpful. She immediately got the keys and my daughter fell In love. Todd in finance was extremely helpful and got us in and out with the purchase of my daughters Jeep. There were a few problems with the Jeep and I took it to Lawton and the Service department and they were extremely helpful. Have parts ordered and it will be fixed for my daughter to drive soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Truly great experience! Jeff Filer was truly amazing! Big shout out to him for helping us!Purchased a Tahoe last year that wound up being a disaster. Six months into it, transmission completely fried. The cost to repair it was worth more than the vehicle itself. Weve dealt with Stivers Hyundai for my wifes car and the salesman referred us to his friend Jeff. We arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon completely intending just to look and see how badly Ill take a hit on the Tahoe loan. Jeff worked diligently and hard to work out the loan details so I could get myself into another vehicle. We looked and test drove several, but the 2019 Toyota Highlander fit my needs all the way around! By closing time, I was on my way home in my newer SUV! A truly easy and awesome experience by a salesman that worked hard to make the needs of my family. I was extremely impressed!Highly recommend Herndon Chevrolet. I was treated fairly and honestly. Ill be back for regular maintenance, but theyll get priority on my future vehicle purchases as well.

I walked in and they treated me like theyve known me for years. So friendly and very welcoming. They told me it might be up to an hour and a 1/2 to do the recall on my pick up But they had me in-and-out in less than 20 minutes. Whether Im doing a vehicle service or buying parts, its always a great experience with them. This was my first time in the service department, but I will definitely be back.

I went there looking for a Jeep Wrangler and I found one that I liked. The sales rep that I worked with was really nice and worked well with me with jeep. We took it for a test drive that went well ands pointed out that the front tires are bad and that they would replace them at no cost to me. The tires that were picked out did not have matching treads and I asked if they could get 2 more and I would pay to have them installed and she said yes. no complaints there.That was the end of the good. The problems started with the mechanic. I told the dealership that I was taking this jeep back to New Hampshire (1100 miles) I brought up an issue with the jeep, there was a decent oil leak, he looked at it and told me that it is a jeep and they leak that is what they do. I was kind of shocked that was the answer. I drove it back to New Hampshire and the next day I had a check engine light and the code was for catalytic converter, so I brought it to the local mechanic in NH and he found that the intake manifold on both sides were cracked. the one on the driver side had been there so long that it started to get small holes in the crack. Not sure how the dealership missed that. Once the NH shop fixed that (2100 dollars later) the oil leak was no more.After all of that I called the dealership to explain the situation with the jeep and to see if they would work with me. The receptionist was very polite and transferred me to the manager line. There was no answer so i left a message to call me back. I waited a couple days and there was no call back. I have made 3 calls to talk to a manager and there still has been no call back. That is unacceptable. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND BUYING ANYTHING USED FROM THEM.

I went to the service department having to get a key made for my vehicle. I was expecting it would take sometime. To my surprise it was actually a quick visit. The service department was very friendly and helpful. They had me a key made in less than 5 minutes. If you need to visit a service department I highly recommend Herndon on 378.

3 weeks before I went in, I made an appointment for that day. At the time I made the appointment I was led to believe that we car would worked on at the time of the appointment. That, however, was not the case. The appointment, as it turned out, was an appointment for the service writer to write up my problem but as for as getting the work done, it was first come, first served. I was told my car would be checked and I would be notified that day as to what the problem was. That did not happen. It was not until after 2 phone calls, the 2nd with the service manager that I found out what was wrong and that they would fix it. My problem is that if an appointment is made then that is when the car should checked out and repairs done if approved; otherwise there is absolutely no point to making an appointment. I will take my vehicle to a different dealer next time it needs service.

BEWARE I usually don’t give reviews but I do want to share this. I recently Bought a used Car from these folks. When we looked at vehicle and liked it & it fit budget. We decided to move forward. But had dent in front fender and Rear bumper damage, that one the managers came over to explain that it was front line but they had everything scheduled for repair the following week. So we agreed to deal with them fixing. When I tried to bring in for agreed repairs they said they were very backed up in shop. So I was told to take shop of choice. I agreed and now that I paid for repairs they trying to say they only cover part of the repairs. I should accept paying the difference. Is this being HONEST ON THEIR END ?? U decide

The car was repaired on 9/7, and service advisor said I also needed the front brakes repaired and gave me a quote. On 9/16, I called to schedule and appointment. I was given an appointment of 10/7. I thought that was a long time to wait for brakes to be repaired. I hope I can safely make it to the 7th.

We have always gotten great service each time we have come in,. We had a snag this time. We have a 3500 dually and we dont rotate tire because we get a terrible vibration in the back when we do. I asked not to rotate and when I went to get in the truck they had rotated the tires. I had already been there 2 and a half hours waiting for a oil change and they said that we needed the brake fluid changed and so this was done too. i had to cancel an appointment and set for an additional hour. The service guy forgot to write on the service slip not to rotate because he had gotten distracted. Waiting to see what I get taken care of on my next trip since I had already paid for the brake fluid.

I would give them 0 starts for service if I could.I waited 3 weeks for an appointment to have warranty work on a new car . When I arrived, the service department asked me if I could leave my company vehicle for 3 days. I explained that I could not as I travel a 3-state area for work, and that if they had given me notice when I made the appointment I could have left the vehicle for the day (they are not the closest dealership...I was looking for good service I could stick with for this vehicle). He then explained that he could NOT service my vehicle today at all (never even looked at it), because hed be putting me in front of 17 people. I asked if he understood that I was not a walk-in and that Id made the appointment 3 weeks ago...that I have an APPOINTMENT? How about a phone call to change the appointment if something changed, or properly schedule your appointments for an available time? I scheduled all MY customer appointments around this day to bring them my car. This was a terribly rude lack of service and waste of a customers time with Chevrolet. This is no way to treat customers or build loyalty.

Inquired about a truck for sale and was told the truck was not ready to be sold and had not passed inspection yet but I could come look at it I went to look at the truck and was later told by someone else the truck was ready to be sold so I proceeded to make an offer on the truck with the salesman named Carter with money down and was approved for the remainder amount on the truck and was told I could come in Friday if the same week to finished paperwork for the truck only to receive a call Thursday that someone was there to purchase the truck when I was already approved and they ran my credit through several lenders and was told not to worry about coming in before Friday since I would finish and sign for the truck so then they tell me they will let me know if the truck is sold or not they never call back I keep calling only to be lied to and say they were trying to call me and let me know it was sold when I received not a single missed call so I am left with no truck after they told me I was approved and not to worry that coming in Friday to sign was fine no reason to rush down there and my credit score is even lowered because they ran it through several lenders which are all hard inquiries so left with no truck and several hard inquiries on my credit and was lied to I would not recommend anyone ever do business with this dealer

I purchased a 2017 Silverado with an extended warranty and they wont even speak to me about problems Im having with the truck. I would not recommend this dealer. After the sale they could care less. My parents, mother 89 and father 91 with Alzheimers was told to bring their car in first thing in the morning and they would take them home in the courtesy vehicle. They arrived at 8:45 and was then told to wait and they would get to the car soon, even though the courtesy vehicle was in the parking lot. After my parents sat in the lobby for 3-1/2 hours, the car was ready. This was a warranty issue but was told they owe $800.00. My mom told them it was under warranty so the clerk checked and there was no charge. This customer service is totally unacceptable.

Where do I start? Mark. Mark is rude and has no respect for customers. I had my car towed here and he called me and told me there was nothing he could do for me and did not recommend anyone else who could help. He told me they would no longer be “touching” my car due to a certain part being attached. I later found out it can be detached they just refused to do it. I will never bring my car here again or be doing business here. I don’t like being disrespected.

It was very easy. I was not sure that I would actually let me fully loaded Cruze go, But I need something to haul trash etc In. I had an s10 chevy truck. Or something close to that. The gal that waited on me showed my some options,, I chose the Hyundai Sante Fe. She was very good at showing me the details of the suv and how to use them. She was great. I am still learning my suv. But she helped me make the right decision. I still miss my Chevy Cruze Premiere. I am more than happy with it. I have found a few things that I am not happy with. No way to open the tailgate from inside. I wish there had been a 2nd key. The ONE they cave me was cracked etc. Pieces of the outside cover missing. I can not afford to pay for the 2nd key.

It is hard sometimes to show a difference in one company versus another because in many cases they all have similar abilities and resources. The difference usually comes from its employees and Marlene is a great example of someone who goes the extra mile. The sale of this vehicle happened because of a chance encounter while having dinner with family. She noticed I was searching Cars.com and Autotrader for the elusive Heavy-Duty Diesel truck. As much as we all need time off and a break from work her approach was simply that if you want I can help. She gave me a card and asked me to call her the next morning and the rest is history. During the current economy finding someone to work is difficult, and to have someone that works at a high level is rare. Very thankful for the help she gave us and we love working with energetic and positive people.

He didnt charge a diagnostic fee and said to bring it straight in if it reoccurred. It did and he got it diagnosed and repaired quickly, and even found some other minor things and fixed them. We purchased a vehicle from there at the beginning of the month and it has been a constant world wind. We were told we would be given a tank of gas and that didnt happen. The plastic under front end is broken also. I called on this past Saturday and talked to our sales person who promised to call back and she didnt. My daughter was stopped Friday night for not having a 45 day tag. We were not given one because the tag was un suspense. Called back on yesterday they were supposed to mail one and didnt. However they did refund for an over payment from miscounted funds.

A few weeks ago, I took my friend here to buy his first car. Marlene was absolutely wonderful!! When we arrived, we didn’t know the used car he was interested in was a manual. However, Marlene took it upon herself to actually give him a very thorough driving lesson - she spent almost an hour teaching him stick shift! It’s a great car with no issues, and he now drives it very well! Will definitely come back in the future and would recommend Marlene to anyone!

Do not buy a used car at this dealership. We purchased a automobile for our to be 16 year old daughters birthday gift. We were told vehicle was inspected and certified and was not. Car was sold with active recalls and transmission failed in less than 750 miles. The Dealership offered nothing. Vehicle had 47000 miles when purchased. With high profits on used cars you would think they would have offered something toward the repair for at least reputation sake. You buy from here there is no buyer appreciation and no stand behind a product they sell. Contacted Chevrolet and made complaint. I am not in a habit to make reviews but want to save others from what we are going through. It is a sad experience. Seeing my daughter with her new car undrivable is so depressing. Purchase from a dealer that stands behind there product and sells real inspected certified previously owned vehicles.

On Saturday March 27, 2021 I had an appointment to have 3 Silverado badges and a RST badge installed. Prior to this appointment I had removed the badges. My appointment was @ 0800. It was scheduled to take an hour. At 0830 I was contacted on how to install the factory badges. After this conversation some time goes by and I get bored and walk around the building just to see what’s going on to find that my truck isn’t even being worked on. I check with service advisor and tells me they are waiting on the badges that haven’t been installed yet that they are drying (stickers drying?) and because I removed the original badges it’s taking longer to figure out how to put (stickers) badges on than normal. At 0915 I talked with the advisor again and told him I needed to go and that o could come back or reschedule. I was told it would be only a few more minutes. 0945 I’m told it’s ready. I no sooner than walk out in to the bay and see that not all badges are installed that were supposed to be. I go back inside tell the advisor this and questions me on it. He gets very rude and unprofessional with me. I told him once again that I needed to leave and that I’ll be back and that I wanted to talk with his supervisor. “You want to talk to him now” he said. I told him once again I had to leave and that I would be back. When I returned I talked with the supervisor and told him what happened long story short he could basically care less and was more concerned with protecting his employee. By now your tired of reading this and I’m tired of typing.

I spoke with Jonathan Fink in the Service Department.I asked for a day when I could have the 1st appointment, so I could just wait on the truck. Jonathan told me, We open at 7:30. If you come here tomorrow, ask for me, and I will take care of this for you.I was the first in line at the service bay at 7:30, Jonathan checked my truck in, and by 7:58 I was back on my way home.I dont like all the service recalls, but I do like the way Jonathan handled this for me.

Wow! I took my daughter to get her suv. I am so impressed. Marlene helped us. She is great! Really! She was honest, up front, and friendly. She even helped with my granddaughter whos 14 months! Oh! My daughter got a great deal too!!

I had an appointment at 11:00, and was greeted immediately! I was told that the service would take 60 minutes, but I did not have to wait long. The service was completed in less than 60 minutes! My representative was knowledgeable, and very kind!

My wifes car we just bought from Herndon had problems already. They didnt have a rental or a loaner car available, so they told us we had to drive the car with no ac back home which is 45mins away with a 10month baby in the car. We let them know we had a baby as well and it didnt seem to make them care at all. Very disappointed with chevy.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable of the SUV that I wanted. Even though the one that I wanted was sold right before I got there, there was another Traverse exactly like it on the lot. The sale took around 2 hours which is pretty good! I am so happy with my brand new 2020 Chevy Traverse and would send anyone to this dealership!

Very strange to be treated as if we were customers for life. First onset we were treated with kindness and respect. We were in a dire situation stranded to say the least. Traveling on Thanksgiving day and vehicle broke down. Had to tow and fortunately we were sent to Herndon Chevrolet. Our service writer, Dylan Forsberg, helped us immensely. We were very satisfied with service to our vehicle. Even though we live a great distance away we will never forget dealership and will certainly recommend to friends living nearby. Thank you again!

Brought my 2020 Silverado 2500 Duramax in for the first routine service. Scheduling was smooth and they got me in quickly. When I returned to pickup the vehicle and was going through the instrument panel to make sure oil life was reset (which it was), I was surprised to find that they had topped off the DEF without me even asking. Excellent service department and I have visited several others in the Columbia metro area over the years of owning different Chevy vehicles.
