They fixed my vehicle back to normal after an accident. It looks so good and is mechanically sound. I had a small issue, went back and they handled it in 10 mins and were glad to fix it. The office ladies were friendly.They also warranty the car for as long as its in my ownership. Will definitely use them again!

I took in a 2008 Kia Sedona to be repaired after a fender-bender. I was given an estimate and a completion date. The job was completed a day early and the estimate was the final charge. The job was done to my complete satisfaction. Would recommend this company to any of my friends/family.

I got rear ended and my insurance recommended them. They were very friendly and gave me and my insurance the estimation right away.. they did keep the truck a few days longer due to parts they needed. They also kept us informed about when it would be done. Im really pleased.

EXCELLENT! PERFECT, BEAUTIFUL JOB DONE! I never write reviews, but this one just can’t go without recognition. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was backed into by some who had USAA insurance. I was told by USAA to take it to get an appraisal at CarStar on Augusta Highway, Columbia, SC. Jenn Smith met me at the door (October 6, 2021). She was super nice, came out took photos, and explained my rights to have any repair shop I chose to do the work. I went on-line to research CarStar Lexington Collision, only to find out they had 4.9 raving reviews. I made the decision to use CarStar and texted Jenn. She took it from there! She called Enterprise car rental for them to pick me up when I dropped off my car the next day (7th), was told it would be the done by Monday (18th). I received status updates, by text message, from CarStar Lexington Collision as soon as the decision was made. I received a text message every time the car was touched, from tear down, parts ordered, parts arrived, installation, on track for completion, moved to paint room, completion, and car can be picked up (13th, five days earlier than expected). Never has anything run so smoothly! AND IT WAS PERFECT! Thank you, Jenn Smith, for being so nice, answering all my questions, and never once making me feel as if I was being pressured to use CarStar just because USAA insurance used them. Thank you, CarStar Lexington Collision for making my car look like it came off the show room floor!

These guys are great! Excellent quality work done timely and professionally. Communication could not have been better. Regular updates were e-mailed and regular phone calls were also made to keep me fully up to date on the progress. After incurring more than $6k in damages from a no-fault rear-end collision, the car looks brand new again. Panel gaps were all very even and new components were perfectly assembled and installed. Paint quality is exceptional. All services completed in 2 weeks!! They fully deserve my highest reommendations.

Did great job on body repair. They were timely, competitive price, and pleasant to work with. Even detailed the car when work was completed. Only negative as this was done during the COVID pandemic and some employees did not wear masks.

I had gotten in a horrible accident that almost totaled my truck. Ryan and his crew took their time getting everything fixed the RIGHT way. They did an amazing job piecing the truck back together, and the paint was phenomenal, Im so glad I spent the extra money to paint the entire truck!! I can’t say enough good things about Carstar of Lexington. I have used Carstar more than once recently for auto accidents. Unfortunately it happens when you have teenage drivers at home! Ryan and his crew always offer top level professional service. My vehicles have always been repaired in a timely manner and they have lowest prices in town. No one ever wants have a car accident, but this is great group of people to work when that time comes.

Ordered the part without having to purchase the replacement and did the work to the agreed schedule. This is my first review on google but was happy with Bruce and the team.I was hesitant to take my vehicle due to the website not working. However they had 12 reviews and all reviews were 5 star. I did make a call because of the previous reviews. Glad I made the call because the other websites have not gotten back with me yet for the estimates.
