My overall experience was great! Wanda was very helpful. She also referred me over to Enterprise for my rental! Mason and Chris had me so spoiled at Enterprise! Bryan kept me informed daily! I noticed two areas that may need to be inspected again eventually. But overall, very smooth process.

I was involved in a car accident where the other party was at fault. I chose Caliber Collision for repairs. The damage was extensive and the other parties insurance company wanted to repair the vehicle. Jamie, Bryan and Wanda were fantastic. They gave me an honest assessment of my vehicles damage and other factors that would go into the repairs. They were my best advocates with the insurance company. in the end after lengthy negotiations on their part, the car was totaled, which was in my best interests. Caliber could have taken the easy way out, but they did not. They did what was in the best interests of the customer. I highly recommend their honesty and integrity.

Was not able to finish the work as promised. The more they tried to fix the problem the more they messed up. Then told me to take my F-150 somewhere else to have it fix. Since they totally messed my King Ranch Crew F-150 they are responsible for my truck. They should take it to whomever they think is able to do the best job, not my responsibility to pay someone else to repair their screwups. They should do the right thing. Ever visit there many other people were complaining about incompetent workmanship. The day I took my F-150 to be painted I over heard a conversation over the phone that was a complaint concerning poor workmanship and they wanted it taken care of. This was the gold to the manager. My next step is to get in touch with a Regional Manager to solve my problem. John Mayers

Fantastic job well done at Caliber Collision! They keep me up to date on my collision repair and even fully detailed my car prior to pick up. I never even got a call back from John Harris Body Shop (even after I left 3 messages!) but Caliber Collision answered every time within the first few rings and were very informative and quickly receptive. We were recently in a car accident that ultimately resulted in a total loss of our vehicle. We were traveling from out of state and Wanda did an amazing job of helping us with everything including finding a rental car when rental cars are hard to find these days. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and extremely helpful.

Caliber Collision did a good job on the body work of my car (no complaints). Only disappointment I had with them was the promptness of time. They assured me it would take 3 days. They did not have it ready on day 3 nor day 4. It took them 5 days to complete the work. If a professional business tells you 3 days, then that is how long it should take. They need a class in time management. So... if you use them, add a few days on to their service from what they say. Otherwise, their work is great.

A huge thanks to Wanda and Richard! I had been rear ended and needed my Volkswagen Passat fixed, so I went to Caliber Collision. There was quite some time before I got my car back but with covid and other unfortunate delays but Richard was fantastic in keeping me up to date on everything. A big thanks to Wanda for helping me through the claims process as well. When I did get my car back, it felt like a brand new car, was very happy with the results!

Having not been in an accident in over 15 years I didn’t know the protocol and decided to show up @ the Lexington, SC office.to get an estimate. Upon entering the business the older woman blonde/frosted hair was engaged in a private and personal conversation and treated me as though I was interrupting. She then proceeded to tell me they only deal with pre-scheduled appointments. I quickly found out her reason for the lack of concern regarding the customer…they were booked up for 2 weeks which she pointed out with glowing pride!-You’ve been warnedThere are other shops that value their customers so keep looking!

The mechanic that I first talked to was very nice and helpful. He escorted me to the front counter where I was suppose to be..... Because I went to.the garage not the front door. The lady behind the counter was helpful in letting me know what I was suppose to do. Very polite also. And the adjuster (I guess thats what they call him), . Rick Hamilton, was v e ry professional, and answered all my questions. He Let me know what to do next. ALL the staff at Caliber Collision were grest. Im glad I chose that shop to repair my car.

Ms. Wanda was excellent. I called her in the midst of my vehicle tragedy and even though I had so many issues with insurance companies, she had my car picked up and kept it until everything was resolved. This lady was a huge blessing for me as she hung in their with me when my own insurance adjuster seemed inattentive, and she has no idea how much she and Mr. Rick made this experience so much better. Caliber Collision in Lexington has the best customer service! Having a great experience at the one on Killian Road, I was so pleased when they opened in Lexington since it is in my neighborhood. Running over a curb and doing damage to my new car, I went to Caliber Collision in Lexington to have them inspect the damage to repair. I was so excited to see a friendly face had transferred for the Killian Road facility. Rick remembered my husband and me too. He inspected my car by lying on the hot parking lot asphalt in the blazing sun! Seeing no major damage, Rick fixed my car right then and there by securing the clips that had come undone with no charge! I will never go anywhere else for collision damage. Caliber Collision of Lexington is beyond outstanding in quality, value, professionalism, friendliness and service.

I have to say I had an exceptional experience at Caliber Collision. Jamie Bowers (the manager) personally saw to my issue with my door and took care of the problem. My truck was involved in an accident involving the rear end of the vehicle. Caliber Collision was extremely professional and courteous in every interaction. I received constant updates (via text) on the progress of the work. My vehicle was returned to me, not only early, but they had taken the time to have it washed and cleaned up the cab. As someone who travels a great deal, I put a lot of time driving, so the cab was a step beyond. The entire time my truck was in the shop, I was traveling (man, I missed my truck) and was assured that everything was being taken care of. Wanda, Rick and Jamie all delivered on their word. I was in my first real accident a few weeks ago. The Lexington Team for Caliber Collision could not have made my experience any more smooth than it went. Mrs. Wanda up front has the best customer service I have ever encountered and their manager, Jamie, helped move the process along seamlessly! My car was fixed by a technician named Rick, who did a fabulous job! I did not have to stress with figuring out how to get a rental because Mrs. Wanda was awesome enough to help me with the whole process. I got my car back in a timely manner, my car looks amazing, and is working just as well as it did before the wreck. I absolutely recommend this company, this shop in particular, for any car repairs you may need!

Got in an accident, and needed an estimate for the insurance company. So I stopped by Caliber a few weeks ago. When I got inside, there was another customer in front of me, and the phone was ringing off the hook. There was one employee on the phone, so I took a seat. Once he was done with the phone, he addressed the Guy in front of me, and all so told me he would be with me shortly. The guy in front of me just had a few questions, then he left. Right after that, the phone started up again. The employee said sorry, and answered the phone. After a few minutes he was done, and able to help me. So we went out side and I showed him my damage. He got some pictures, and we went back inside. He said it would only be a few minutes, so I took a seat. Once he went to the back, a few more people walked in. So he came back to help them, all the while informing me that it would be just a few more minutes. So after a few more delays with the phone and other customers. It became obvious that he was the only one working in the office. So I informed him that I was going to go else were to get my estimate. He was very polite, and informed me he would be done in just a few minutes, but I didnt have time to wait.

This was the best auto repair shop I have ever been to... The customer service was phenomenal. Everyone was nice and treated me with the upmost respect..The mechanic took his time and did it right the fist time..He even cleaned my car...My experience with caliber Collision in Lexington SC was perfect👏👏👏👏...thanks 🙌🙌

Do not use this company! I was given a written estimate to fix a small dent on my vehicle and upon picking it up after repairs where completed, the bill was over $200 more! I was never contacted before or during the repair process about the increased repair costs. I was just expected to accept it. After voicing my concerns, nothing was done. This is not good business. Communication is key, especially for a new facility!

What an awesome experience!I waited till my car was returned to write a review because I was a bit weary that Caliber Collision might be a bit too good to be true...but I was wrong!Theyre the real deal and these folks are something quite a bit different....I had to leave work a little early after a longgggg....longggg day to deal with my 6 month old car that is now sporting a newly crushed rearend....compliments of a texting teenager! Sighhhh! Multiple dealings with my insurance company and after all the red tape and paperwork was signed etc. I was asked if I had or needed any assistance with a rental car. Fortunately...Im lucky to have a second vehicle at home therefore declining and made mention that I only had about a 45 minute wait for a ride to take me home.I was offered something to drink and then something happened that really kind of threw me....While handing me a bottle of water, the GM himself, I do believe his name was Jaime, asked me if Id like to bring the water with me and take a tour of the facilities since I had an extended wait. Smiling he pointed out that it might be more interesting then thumbing through a magazine and I agreed!Im really glad I did it. I was set up with some eye protection and BOOM....from front of house office spaces, through a door right into the heart of the action. There wasnt one empty slot in this work center. I found it to really be a very interesting process by the time it was all said and done. I got to see how the nuts and bolts of each department function and after seeing a few of the other vehicles there...it didnt take me long to feel a little better about mine!I was privileged to see how it all rolls out from body repair to prep and paint...to a meticulous post inspection through a detailed clean up to the return of ones car. Its pretty involved!Heres what I meant when I said too good to be true...now I know its a mute point to say they obviously have to have a knowledgeable staff but what really blew me away was that in each department, whoever we were observing, stopped whatever they were doing to walk over and simply say hello!Im well aware that in most business scenarios that time is money but I learned that it literally is in a body shop.Parts and repair time are all part of an initial estimate. I was enlightened that, yes, its often discovered that additional parts are required after the broken stuff is removed and, yes, sometimes a bit more time can be added to see it all through depending on what it is but its never far from the original estimate. Meaning that, sometimes, things dont always go as planned. In short...it was explained that a technicians level of experience generally moves them smoothly through to the next job but sometimes they have to deal with more challenging issues spending more time finishing it then theyre actually getting paid for...all of that to make my point!I met at least 8 or 9 people throughout each department that still took the afoementioned time to say hi and even answer a few questions I had along the way!Im glad I waited to write a review as it gave me a chance to mull over the hour I spent taking a look around Caliber that day....I know....this was a bit long winded review but ironically, I really cant say enough about them!In conclussion....#1. I never once felt like just another dollar sign.#2. The tour I was offered really turned that long day around that I mentioned earlier.#3. I learned a few things about the body and paint process.#4. I was blessed to meet such a genuine bunch of talented folks that made that bottle of water I took with me taste even sweeter!Thank you Caliber Colllision....its evident that the idea of customer service is still alive and well!Should I ever need such services again please know that you not only have a customer for life with me but I will recommend you with every available opportunity that comes my way....By the way....my car looks incredible!
