This is probably the cleanest store I have ever been to in my life! Everything was in order and the whole store sparkled! All Target employees that I came into contact with were friendly and courteous. The cashier even made sure I got the sale price on an item by helping me use my Target app to do so. Great store. 5 Stars!

I mean it’s Target, what can I say they have almost anything you need. Love the Target app and rewards.However, I’m extremely disappointed with going into to this location today and seeing this! All 10 plus of the Good & Gathers Organic pizza crust had an expiration date of April 2021. We are in August!!! Please be sure you are checking dates on perishable items you buy here. They obviously don’t have a system in place to cycle out the expired items.The only reason I’m not giving a zero is because this is the only bad experience I’ve had here. I love this store they always seem to have the adequate amount of product on their shelves. I just love Target in general you can never go wrong!

I wasted a half an hour at this Target late this evening only to walk out empty handed. Evidently, they cannot keep competent cashers because the two I had tonight were a nightmare unlike any others I’ve ever experienced. It was more important for my cashier to do a price check for someone else than to complete my transaction. After scanning my barcode the next step is usually to be handed the receipt. Instead, I just stood there while she ignored me and helped someone else. Then when the price check lady started to walk away, she turns her head to me and asked, “do you need something?” Do I need something!? I replied, “my need my receipt.” Then she looks back at the register and says, “it didn’t go through.” Then she said I need to verify my card on the app. Great. And as I sit there trying to login to my account, I just get angrier and angrier that I’ve been standing here, essentially ignored all this time, only to have to deal with logging into my account which I can’t seem to get into. I ask for the manager, Roderick. I tried to explain to him how I don’t appreciate being ignored when I’m trying to check out. He asked her what was wrong, and she just said, “I don’t know.” By then the cashier a few registers down, Addison, decided she needed to contribute by mocking me! Then the cashier I was dealing with started laughing at me — and at that point I had had it with this bunch. I said, “there you can have it”, and left my groceries behind. Then as I walk away, Addison tells me to “leave!” and “good luck” in trying to do anything about her behavior. Where was the manager during this exchange that he witnessed firm hand? Doing nothing at all.As a longtime Target customer, I have experienced occasional ineptitude, apathy, surliness. I’ve also had great experiences regularly for a few years now. I guess they’re in the shape everyone else is in trying to find hourly employees. Clearly they’re employing low caliber bottom of the barrel help these days.More to come when I hear from customer relations…

Prices arent too bad and they usually have everything I need and more. Ive been coming here for almost ten years and it still doesnt disappoint

The store was very clean, no merchandise or debris on the floors. The aisles were nicely spaced and the shelves were well stocked. Checkout was a breeze.

I love this store, Natalie at the men’s department is the absolute best she’s super awesome and helpful!!! When service is this good there is no reason why to go elsewhere. Please make her some kinda trainer we need more Natalies!

Store cleanliness and fast/easy self checkout.

I just visited the this store and an employee/manager I believe his name is Andrew and other employees were following us around, making us feel very uncomfortable and looking at our bags and what we had in our hands the whole time, even getting super close to us at some point. I was with my three kids, it was around 9pm, I have never felt so uncomfortable at target.

I like the free drive up option as I have a dog with separation anxiety and it helps a lot. Always friendly and efficient service, whatever leadership is doing at Target is really paying off because the service is always friendly no matter who I interact with and no matter what day it is. Ive seen customers berate workers at this store before and the workers remain incredibly professional no matter what.

I went to shop at the underwear and bar set. I asked if the dressing rooms were open. The Mexican lady with blond hair white passing. Was very rude and impolite and inconsiderate. Employee are rude and ungracious.

Terrible customer service in electronics. I wait for 10 mins and the personal was on the cell phone I press the button to request service and the target employee mark it and went back to continue his call. If he was busy should have let someone else take care of my purchase I knew what I wanted just need to pay it. Go to a different target or order online as I did.

Quick turn around time from order time to ready for pickup. Order was at my car within 3 minutes of me tapping Im here on my screen. Very impressed with my service!

I love that it was clean and that when I needed help an associate was there to help me.

Stopped in to grab a few items that we need for an upcoming trip and some fruit. Snapped a few photos while walking in the store to show the status of the aisle.

The entire process was simple, convenient, and enjoyable. I purchased 5 items & the entire transaction, from browsing to ordering to pick up and returning home, was completed in less than 2 hours. After I got home I realized that I had made a mistake when ordering something so I took it back to exchange and was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I never had to wait in line.

I just wanted to say thank you to this location. This Target is the only store I’ve been in that has been consistent during this pandemic. This is the only store I’ve been in that is still cleaning the carts, cleaning the self-checkouts, employees keeping their masks on, etc. Their hard work to keep the stores safe and clean is greatly appreciated!

Love this location! The sweet store associate who goes by Mimi- but her name is Adrienne- always makes me feel welcome with her big smile and can-do attitude! Shes one of the reasons I like coming to this location.

Employees are friendly, and you have most everything I need when I want it.

Organized, plenty of parking, got everything I need. A lot of times, home decor products are out soon so definitely browse online and make sure if it is in stock before you go

Love target stuff but their circle program vs punching in your phone # is a huge mess. And their ability to fix it is even worse. We sat here with our 1,5 yr old twins for 20 minutes while they tried to fix everything just to get their circle discount.

Good selection, and lines arent too long

This shop treats it differently. I was asked to provide a drivers license to pick up the items I ordered online, but the clerk refused to give it to me. The person in front of me was not required to provide a drivers license! I called the police and they gave me an expulsion! They turned a blind eye to such obvious racial discrimination! I am really disappointed! I think I will leave Texas!

I used to like this store. But had a disappointing experience. I have been using their drive up service. Used them 4 times, 3 times went fine, 4th time was a goof up. I can forgive the missed items, we are humans so no complaint on that. But what I can’t come to terms with is the bad produce they packed. I ordered 6 bananas, they packed 5 good banana and the 6th one was almost on the death bed breathing last. Posting a picture to show you my disappointment. I refuse to believe this was a mistake, how can anyone make such a mistake. Posting a picture.

It’s nice to select what I want online and just pick it up in the store. My order was prepared as I ran other errands and ready for pick up on my way home. Great customer service !

This review is purely for the Bakery. I ordered a very simple birthday cake for my daughter on a Monday and I asked for pick up That Sunday. I ordered a 2 layer, round, marble cake with whipped cream frosting. The outside of the cake was supposed to be ombré blue, the girl who took my order even took a picture of it. I got a phone call Sunday morning asking If I was sure I wanted just a plain vanilla cake. I said No, it’s supposed to be an ombré blue as we’re doing a Frozen theme and I have a special topper I’d add at home. When I went to pick it up I was disappointed because it was not at all close. In fact it looked a lot like the pre-made “frozen”cakes for sale by the registers. I was given a 2 layer marble cake with buttercream frosting AND THE BLUES WERENT EVEN CLOSE TO OMBRÉ, just two separate shades of blue. It was clear somebody either didn’t care, was in a rush, or there is really poor communication among the bakery staff. I did not make a fuss because I was already running late and there were people waiting at our home. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from Target bakeries again.

The customer service experience was very unfriendly, and felt like I was being watched. I would rather drive a little further than shop at this location again.

I waited 25 minutes while Antonella ignored me and 4 other customers because she was helping a lady in registry. Never bothered to call for help. She then skipped me and others to get the order someone at the back of the line. Terrible service.

I did the drive up/pick up service at this target and it was the best. Ordered everything online. When I was ready to pick up my items, I simply clicked the “on my way” option. I parked in the drive up space, and my order was out within 2 minutes. Great experience. Love that I can order online and pick up. Orders are always accurate and the team is so friendly.

Store is a little far away but fairly convenient. Knew exactly where to go for items we wanted. Really enjoyed the Buy 2 Get 1 free promotion.

Very accommodating and cleanly environment. Make sure you feel comfortable during the covid crisis. Would definitely shop here again.

This target is amazing! This is probably the first target I have been to that have what I’m looking for or more. Staff is friendly as well and the location is kept very clean and sanitized.

The excellent customer service I was given by the attendant at the self checkout on July 17 and by 3 other store associates. I have never received such high level of customer service from a retail establishment. I was a customer service representative most of my working days and I am very impressed with the Target store off Hwy 121 in Lewisville/The Colony.

The register clerk named Shon was an absolute delight. She provided excellent customer service. Im a saver and totally forgot about the Target App and although she didnt have to, she scanned each of my items to ensure I got the best deals. Wow! No one has ever done that for me, let alone watched out for me. She is a gem. You are lucky to have such an employee.

By far the cleanest and well organized Target Ive been too. Everyone that works there is kind and willing to help, from the pharmacy to the clothing department. I wish all Targets were like this one!

My family needed food and household items. With Target setting limits on certain items, during a time our nation is learning and experiencing a crisis; I was able to provide for my family with our same budget.

We just moved to the neighborhood and this Super Target is down the street. It is a beautiful store inside and out. Refreshing to find multiple employees around a store who can answer you questions, better yet walk you to the item I was looking for. A sign of great management!

I am a Target fan, but I will do my best to avoid this particular location in the future. This store definitely fails on customer service. I drove to this Target specifically to look at and purchase a Fitbit. I was deciding between the two most expensive watches. I wanted to try them on or look at them to see the difference. Susan was the Target team member who was called over to “help”. She was completely rude to me from the beginning. Her attitude was incredibly negative and she made sure to tell me she could not help me look at the products. And that they were secured in the boxes and recommended I buy both and return the one I don’t like. She then told me that if I return it they won’t be able to sell it. She was just really not nice. I went to a Kohl’s and they let me try on and look at the two watches and I purchased the Iconic.If you go to this location avoid interactions with Susan.

My check out associate Jordan was amazing! He helped me with the APP and showed me cool features that helped save me money. He was super friendly.

Easy to make our own choices in the comfort of our own home, and simply run in to pick-up quickly...we get exactly what we want and dont have to spend a lot of time getting it done--efficiency at its best!

I came in to this location yesterday and I thought it was such a clean and friendly location. All of the items that I was looking for were very easy to find due to the layout of the location. The cashier who checked me out was super friendly and just so kind. I will 100% be back at this location.

This is one of the nicest Targets I have seen. The store is not very busy, in and out fast. Same great products as everywhere else, really clean store. I am a Walmart hater so glad there is a Target in the area close to my new house.

Love shopping at Target. Typically do my grocery shopping there as they carry So Delicious unsweetened vanilla coconut milk. I also get great deals on meat. Used to buy clothes there but the quality has dropped of late.

Dafney is an extremely rude manager. Very surprised how she is allowed to manage this location. Horrible customer service. Extremely condescending and talks down to the customer. Instead of being polite, she acts very aggressive. Target store in Plano is much better.

Guest service was nonexistent. On two separate occasions while attempting to return small items (less than $20) The customer service mentioned that the store policy which wasnt available anywhere in the store. Wouldnt allow a return. Management who was young,unhelpful was very rude and aggressive (Madison) wasnt management material. I expect more from target I will take my business elsewhere.

We experienced an issue with the register freezing and the manager and associate were SO accommodating! Absolutely love this Target and its so convenient to my house.

They have lazy workers that dont really help you.

I was double charged on one order... and overcharged on another when Target cancelled items without informing me. I was told the correct amount would show up AFTER I signed. No new amount for the OVERcharge ... but was DOUBLE CHARGED. Never will I trust this app again.

Labor day weekend, 15+ checkout lanes, 8 of them are open, and dont really know where to stand at checkout due to the extremely long lines in/at all of them. No thanks. We put our stuff back and went to a different store. Clearly management has some issues to work on.

Its kept clean & easy to find stuff with typical Target layout. The pharmacists ( although technically now CVS ) have been here for awhile & they are very good. Ive gotten to know them over the years & shop here because of the good customer service Ive gotten both at the pharmacy as well as the store.

I was in line at Starbucks for 20 minutes. I had one person in front of me. The woman had to ask the customer three times what he wanted. WRITE IT DOWN. When she was finished with him she told me Hold on she had to clean. What? I have been waiting for 20 minutes and you are going to tell me to wait that you need to clean. I just walked out because I couldnt believe it.

I love Target! This location wasnt the cleanest though. As I walked into the fitting room, it smelled like feet. Pee-ew! It had great selection of shoes but not the best inventory in the clothing department! It must be the location because I can never find my size here! I guess Ill have to drive an extra 15 minutes to another Target that always has my size! Nonetheless, I love Target - just note that this location probably wont have your clothes size.
