They are very nice, but painfully slow. I waited almost an hour in the drive through. It was a Sunday morning so I imagine that is one of their busier days, but I was still surprised by the wait. Plus the inside was closed. I would go elsewhere if in a rush.

I walked into Starbucks today like a sobbing idiot. Today is the birthday of my best friend, my dog who passed away in February. I uncontrollably sobbed at the register and Frank knew exactly what to do. He suggested a drink and I nodded. He suggested a scone and I nodded in approval again. After I paid he gave me a high five and said “you got this”. Thank god for beautiful people like Frank in this world. I appreciate you sir. Thank you for your kindness 💛🐾

Employees are rude and lack clear communication skills. Had a barista ready to take my order and then another employee abrupted my order and yelled at him to do another task other than take my order. Got a half hearted apology when she realized how rude that was. I understand stores are busy and Ive worked in retail myself in the past but that was not the way to handle a delegation of tasks. Then, I decided to change my order and apologized for the inconveniences and was met with a dismaying disregard. Im over there standing... Okay do I need to do anything? No you were getting a more expensive drink so now you dont have to do anything. Me: okay so do I get a refund. Cue a back and forth exchange where she finally clearly states that she meant to say that my new drink is more in price... Hence why there was nothing for me to do. Like at least say that to me the customer instead of me trying to get a cue in of whats going on. When my order was finally ready I didnt get addressed by my name like literally every other Starbucks location does.

I have gone to the store repeatedly with my wife. Every time I go to this location they tell me theyre out of product. If you want actual Starbucks drinks I would suggest going to the Big Oak location where they actual keep up on their supplies and products. The Langhorne location needs to be learn from better stores on how to please their customers.

The worst service. I made an order online through the Starbucks application. The drinks werent correct, but they were right on the printed stickers. The workers were rude and not friendly; I have to show them all my orders on the phone because they didnt believe me extra 10 minutes waiting. The coffee cups dirty, and the color of the dirt on the cup its not much green tea.

Its my Birthday (6/28/83), I awoke to find my GF had stopped and gotten me a Chai latte on her way home from the gym to surprise me.I just took the kid off to stir and drink it and its only 60% full!!!! I dont frequent Starbucks and after this birthday disappointment I wont be becoming a regular. Ill just go to WAWA.

Good luck getting a coffee the same day you hit the drive through. No matter what day or time the line is insanely long. You wait over 20 minutes and only move a spot or 2 which is insane and makes absolutely zero sense. Whatever the issue is needs to be fixed. How does it take that long to make a coffee?

Ordered on mobile app on my way to work. My drink order usually takes awhile so I was attempting to be mindful by ordering ahead.I ordered a VENTI blonde roast pour over and bacon egg bites.When I get there (10 minutes after my pick up time) nothing is prepared not even the eggs!The girl at the counter asks me what I ordered and she tells me there is a national shortage on blonde roast and offered me a Pikes Peak. I accepted reluctantly.Now I have to wait for something I didn’t even order and she hands me a grande instead of the venti I ordered.I understand that 6pm is a busy time I just wish that it hadn’t been so time consuming for something I didn’t even order. I also wish that instead of asking me they could’ve had my order ready and said “hey we’re out of blonde roast but I made this instead” I would’ve been more satisfied because the entire point of ordering ahead is to save time for everyone. Just a suggestion.This Starbucks always seems to be pretty swamped around 6pm. Maybe they need to reevaluate the staffing grid to better manage this busy time.

This location is really slow and disorganized. The first time I was here they lost my order. The most recent time I visited, I ordered a pretty basically drink and it was made incorrectly. Incredibly rude staff who complain about you right while youre still in the drive-thru. They refused to give my friend and I our change back of $0.87 which isnt a lot, but as a college student, money is still money. Three female Starbucks workers verbally attacked my friend and I, saying were ridiculous for wanting our change back and how their is a coin shortage. Yes, we understand theres a coin shortage but there was no clear sign and the man taking our order did not tell us he wouldnt have the full amount of change to give back. Instead, he takes my $10 and as he hands me back the change I was owed, tells me he cant give me the $0.87 but asks if I still want the full amount back (obviously yes, what kind of question is that?)He then talks to his other co-workers for help and they start yelling and making fun of my friend and I for wanting the $0.87 back. Did I mention, there is a tip jar in front of the window filled with coin change and dollar bills. They have no issue taking tips from customers and are very concerned about losing their $0.13... but cant give me $0.87 back? Makes absolutely no sense!Also, two of the girl employees were not wearing masks as they gave us the biggest attitude. Correct me if Im wrong, but isnt there a virus going on? Shouldnt Starbucks employees be wearing masks? Not to mention, there is a huge line behind us and it takes three nasty employees to tell us there is a coin shortage. Why do we need three people yelling at us? Another thing, my friend and I were nice about the whole situation, offering to give $0.13 after they flipped out on us, to make it easier to give us a $1.00 instead of the $0.87. My friend took too long getting it, apparently, so the one girl freaks out again on us and says, Here, just take the dollar! Throwing the change at us.I will never go to Starbucks again, specifically this one. (The one on Lincoln Highway in the Langhorne Plaza next to At&T).Starbucks is a company that strives to show diversity and have a friendly atmosphere to everyone, but THIS STARBUCKS CHOSE TO BULLY AND RUDELY ATTACK MY FRIEND AND I FOR WANTING OUR CHANGE BACK. Personally, if I had a tip jar filled with change and didnt have any in the register, I would do this crazy thing and use that change to help give back the proper amount of change to every customer. The customer service is pathetic and disgraceful at this Starbucks. Not to mention, a 30 min wait in line for a harsh attitude from employees and having to beg for change back, all with two employees not wearing their masks. Im mind blown. One of the worst experiences my friend and I have ever been through. Were going to Dunkin Donuts from now on..Starbucks is too over priced and filled with snooty employees. Honestly, this place deserves 0 stars. I hope they hire better people and work on their customer skills asap.

👇ONE OF MY BIGGEST PET PEEVES!👇My total was $12.44. I handed the girl a $20 and she quickly pushed whatever button, the drawer opened, and the screen indicated my change, $7.54. I said I have the 44 cents. She said thats ok I dont need it. I said again, while holding my hand out with the change, here I have the 44 cents. I could tell she was nervous as she wouldnt look up at me and franticly counted loose change. I said here, take the 44 cents and just give me back $8.00. She asked if I was sure.Cmon! Whats happening in this world that retail associates regularly rely on that register and dont take the time to learn how to count. Coffee was overpriced as always but satisfying.

I waited 50 minutes to get my drink on a Saturday morning. 50 minutes!It takes less time to go to a restaurant, sit down, order, eat, pay and leave.The 4 baristas are totally swamped and cannot possibly take care of the walk-ins + drive thru + mobile orders. There were dozens of drinks ahead of me when I ordered mine.The mobile orders should be a separate station or they should just stop offering the service.

Going inside and seeing that there are almost constantly 2-4 people on bar making drinks for mobile orders, drive thru AND cafe drinks is mind blowing. To also see that drinks are being made in the order theyre received is incredibly amazing! Masks being worn at every moment their baristas are in the store. I normally go through the drive thru just for convenience- I know how many people are in front of me and I naturally assume if theres more than one person in the car multiple drinks are being ordered. For constantly having lines and making drinks multiple at a time this store is amazing. I understand the rush to get drinks and leave and with that I think utilizing the mobile app starbucks offers would be a better idea for those not wanting to wait. It also tells you your order will take 10-15 minutes depending on the time of day! They have always been quick to fix LITTLE mistakes for me and I love coming here.

The Starbucks drive thru in newtown is so much better it is almost worth driving farther from my house for nicer service. My daughter Shauna works there and saves us the coffee grounds for our garden. Usually my husband can pick up the bulk grounds when she gets off work. Long story short, Shauna had already left and Joey not only offered to go get the grinds but he helped my husband put them in his truck. Im am so thankful for the used grinds but to have a perfect stranger help my handicapped husband was beyond amazing...STARBUCKS FOR LIFE!

Jasmine was extremely rude and should not be working in customer service. I ordered coffees for pickup, sign outside says to call the number on the door. I did so 6 times, no answer. I caught an employee’s attention who came to the door who proceeded to tell me to call the number. While keeping a safe distance (over 6 ft), I explained I tried calling several times and gave her the name for my order. Instead of trying to help, she starting arguing me with about how I just needed to call back then. She closed the door in my face, walked back inside, THEN finally answered the phone. I understand it’s busy but it’s work, there’s never an excuse to be as rude and dismissive as she was.

I love starbucks. This store has gone down hill. The staff just keeps leaving so they cant stay open. The cafe wasnt open so I waited in line for over 25 minutes 2 separate times. Once they didnt either item I wanted. Second time they only had one item. So I had to sit in line for nothing for a total of over 1/2 hour. I got told items were damaged on the truck.

No clue what happened to this place! Used to be really great with wonderful, attentive baristas. Mornings are usually the expected hiccup, with the morning rush, however the past recent times I’ve gone I have been met with the cold shoulder. Even when I try to be nice & friendly, like I normally am with the baristas at my go to store in Warminster... I’ve been ignored & just treated like a nonexistent entity?? If I’m waiting for an obscene amount of time for a singular item I kinda just thought it was common curtsey to ya know, give a simple quick hello?Afternoons are even worse, to the point where they get orders wrong & hold up the line due to lack of paying attention to drive through (everything was done, waited just to pay while they were doing something else). The standard to this place has dropped astronomically. It’s ridiculous, I’d expect this kind of stuff from McDonalds. Like it makes no sense for this wait to be 20-30 minutes just to get to speaker & then wait another 5-10 minutes at the window? Just for a warmed up pastry? No sense. Tara was very rude while taking my order. She acted as if I was wasting her time, and ignored and talked over me. I asked for liquid sugar in my iced coffee and she asked how many, a question I’ve never been asked before. In my experience when you ask for sugar you get a predetermined amount based on the drink size. When I told her this she responded with “whatever, I’ll just guess what you want” in a rude, sarcastic tone. She also took my order incorrectly and added cream to my order. The young lady at the window at noon on May 20th was very nice however and quick to correct Tara’s mistake. Also called to speak with a manager about the incident and nobody answered.

I hate being this person but I have to share an experience fo anyone who is at a high risk for covid 19. Usually we have a great experience here. We go through the drive thru often (we have small children and a dog usually with us) and have never had any issues. Today we decided to order pick up as the drive thru lines have been a 20+ minute wait and we saw that they were following state guidelines for picking up in store. When we got there we saw people going in without masks. My mother is at a higher risk for coronavirus so we called in and asked if someone could bring the order out. They were clearly annoyed (which is understandable) but they agreed to leave it on the table outside. A tall blonde woman came out and actually held the door open for a couple who weren’t wearing masks and didn’t say anything to them. She was exceptionally rude when my mother thanked her for bringing it out. She ignored her thanks and told her to go through the drive thru next time if she didn’t feel like going in. I completely understand with how busy it gets and we would’ve gone through the drive thru but we had already ordered for pick up with the expectation that the sign posted on the window about masks was being enforced. Again, normally there are lovely people working there and I’ve actually never seen this woman before.

When I got there at 9:30 today (5/13/2020) the line was super short which is unusual as since they have closed the lobby due to COVID-19 its always been super long (ive counted 20 cars in the line more than once) I ordered my drink and a sandwich and croissant when I got to the window they were super slow but all in all it maybe took 10 mins in the drive thru. Got to work 2 mins away and realized they gave me someone elses order for one of my bags. I tried calling but no one answered so I looked at the store from my work and the line was still super short so I went ahead and hopped into line again (it had maybe been 5 mins since I left the window) I told the guy at the ordering section what had happened and he said the sandwich was still there so they would just hand it to me when I got to the window. It took at least 15 mins just to get from the ordering screen to the window because the staff was so slow. Everyone prior to me whos order I saw had one drink and half of them were refreshers which are super easy to make. When I did finally get there they said the sandwich had gotten cold so they threw it out and they didn’t have any more of that sandwich left. I got a refund for the sandwich but its ridiculous that they threw out the sandwich knowing I was in line waiting for it. I would have taken it cold or they could have popped it into the oven if they issue was that it had gotten cold. This specific Starbucks isnt worth the money or the wait.

As usual, the Baristas are extremely friendly. For whatever reason, drive through traffic is seen as more important than foot traffic, perhaps because many who walk in are in no hurry and are staying for a while. So, if you walk in, plan on waiting a minute for service, even if there isnt a line! The biggest flaw with this Starbucks is the store design. If you want to use a cell phone, plan on walking outside as the store has a very weak signal (Ill blame it on the roof) and calls get dropped rather easily (which is ironic since they are next to an AT & T cellular store). Other than that, great staff and coffee.

I used to love coming to this Starbucks, but recently they’ve been messing up my orders left and right. When I just tried to call the phone number listed, I got a message saying the voicemail box has not yet been set up so I can’t even talk to someone. I ordered a chicken and biscuit sandwich and my sandwich has bacon and sausage on it. I don’t even understand how that gets messed up. The other day I ordered a vanilla latte and ended up with a green tea latte. I didn’t notice these mess ups until I had already left the parking lot and was not turning around which is why I tried to call to find no success there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
