If you open the dictionary and look up the word exceptional, youll see a picture of Matt. This man was articulate, educated, patient, and most importantly had a good personality with a great sense of humor! For the love of God please give this man a raise! This guy breathes customer service, and could sell water to the ocean.

The salesman was very nice and helpful. I have had Verizon for years and have paid my bill on time every month but I wanted a Galaxy 9 or 10 and it was just about more experience than the new models.

Went in to upgrade my phone at the levittown location and had a great experience with bj! very knowledgeable associate who took time to answer my questions and went to great lengths to make sure i was happy and comfortable with my new phone. thank you bj!!!!!

I only go to this one because its literally 2 minutes from my house. But I use to always go there because they were so knowledgeable. Not now, I know there is one guy that is always there when I go there and he doesnt really know much at all. I dont understand why this happened.

Great store! Tyler is a pro...took the time to answer my questions and transfered all of my data to the new Samsung S 20. I spent 2 frustrating days and a waste of my time attempting to activate the S20 with Verizon online support.

Tyler at the Verizon store in Tullytown is amazing! My husbands phone stopped working, and he needs it for work. I took it to the Verizon store on Bristol Pike in Bensalem, and the man who helped me was rude and unhelpful. I left there and went to Tullytown, and Tyler spent a full hour working on the phone. He got it working enough that he could make and accept phone calls and texts. He got no commission, no pay of any kind, but he worked on the phone all that time! Thank you so much Tyler!

Went there today because my phone will no longer hold a charge. Was told I would have to go to an Apple store to get a new battery. I had to ask the salesperson about upgrading my phone, to which I got a flippant response like”you can just pick one out and pay for it over twenty four months”. No offer was made to assist me beyond that point. I would have been more than interested in picking out a new phone but the salesperson immediately turned his attention to something on the computer screen that seemed to hold his interest more than helping THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. I have been an extremely long term Verizon customer and now instead of maintaining me as a customer and possibly making even more money off of me you may have lost me as a customer entirely. For a company that prides itself on customer service you failed miserably today.

If you have verizon then this store is your place to get cell phones and accessories for your phones. They got cases and plugs and all sorts of stuff here. You can upgrade your old phones and get a great deal at this verizon. Parking is plenty and the workers are helpful.
