1) Charged me the wrong amount for the plan and 2) charged a hidden fee for a free phone upgrade without telling me. I asked specifically what the bill per month would be and took his word for it, now they refuse to honor their word and Im stuck with a fee I didnt agree to. Horrible customer service.

My Salesman was very personable and knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions/concerns to the best of his ability and he made sure I got everything that I wanted/needed! I have been with T-Mobile for more than 10 years. Last week, I had a general question that I wanted answered. I spoke to Robert. He started out nice enough. But when he didnt know the answer, he started talking above me to shut me up. A good salesman would have the answer. If not, at least be man enough to say, I dont know, but I will look into it for you. My guess is, Robert wont be working for T-Mobile much longer.

This store is always friendly and helpful. I went in recently with an issue with my phone due to the latest OS update, Scott helped me out, he quickly understood the problem and smoothly and easily found a resolution. Ill be going to this store in the future. Thank you!

Evelyn provided excellent customer service. Within seconds of walking in the door she greeted me with a smile and pleasant demeanor. She was able to answer all of my questions, helped me order a new phone, and provided charging tips for my current phone. Evelyn really took her time with me to be sure all of my questions were answered...and I had a lot of them!! If you are looking for a new phone or need help with t-mobile service I would highly recommend Evelyn :)

I would honestly give this zero stars but that is not possible. I have been to this store twice and the first time the staff were willing to be helpful and seemed like they would be good to work with.The next time I went to the store it was 7 pm (they close at 8 pm) and while the lights were on the door was locked. I had to call the store and was told, Oh yeah were open. They had no clue that the door was locked. It only went down hill from there. The person who was supposed to assist me ended up saying he was the manager. He was the most awful person I have ever dealt with not only in T mobile but in any similar situation. He should be ashamed of himself. He was rude, unhelpful and made absolutely NO effort to try to assist me. He essentially took the device I brought in to exchange and threw it back at me. The staff showed more customer service that this supposed manager.Let me say I have been a customer of T mobile for 17 years and this is not the type of service I have ever received. Customer service on the phone and the T mobile store in Langhorne on route 1 are Great!My recommendation is to avoid this store like the plague and save your self from aggravation in case you end up with this despicable human being who has no business being in the role he is in. He is the poorest example of how to treat another human being let alone a manager!

I love this place this is a corporate store the one in summit square in Langhorne is an authorized location so I come here for now on. Very nice employees the one guy who helped me get the iPhone XR was terrific. I came at half hour before they close he was quick but great. I recommend this fantastic store

Cell phone carriers may come and go and change their plans every once and a while, but I have been a T-Mobile customer for 10+ years and they have always been good to me. Still the best family plan and customer service. The store in Langhorne across from Lowes is the best.

I just switched to T-Mobile, and I was having issues with my service dropping randomly, and the only solution that I found was to reboot the phone. My friends who also have T-Mobile recommended this store to me, so I stopped in because I assumed I had a faulty SIM card, and the guy behind the counter reset my SIM card through their computer system. Several weeks later and the problem hasnt returned. These guys know what theyre doing, and I highly recommend them.

Great place to do business. Helpedcwith mycwarranty phone. Called them Wed. @ 5pm and had a replacement phone Thurs. @ noon! Thanks T-Mobile!

Called them to see if they had a phone in stock, associate told me over the phone they had it in stock, drove 20 minutes to get there, only to be told the phone with was sold out, but the T-Mobile in the Oxford Valley Mall definitely had it in stock, which they didnt, the associates in these stores are not very well trained and dont know their stock, best to just order from T-Mobiles website you get far better service.

At this TMobile location the staff is incredible and very helpful and knowledgeable.

Worse t-mobile wouldnt let us just pay off phone than upgrade instead of warranty. He says I dont want you to waste 70.00..well not his choice after 13 years as customer were going to at&t

Beware of the manager. Not at all helpful. Trying to get rid of old models and provides false information. Doesnt matter how much you spend manager didnt ever offer car charger. The other stores are much customer friendly.

Service was excellent but store smelled like actual feces

Walked in today with lots of issues. ROB has been very helpful. He was able to hear me out, gave good advices and even called customet svs for me.

Received top notch service and they really seemed to care about the technical issue I was having.

I cant say enough about the service. They were polite and very patient while four of us were trying to figure out what we can get on the budget we can afford. They were very knowledgable and the camaraderie between them was upbeat and refreshing.

If you want T-Mobile network, there is one branch store in Langhorne. Location is convenient. Service is good. A great place.

This store is horrible. Very misleading employees. They sold me a phone with issues. We went back heard nothing but excuses snot screen protector they sold me. After the third visit they finally told us the screen protector was junk. They took it off, made me go find a box for it and they when I returned with same problem again they told me that I needed to b make a claim with tmobile and get my brand new s6 edge plus. Now they tell me to argue with tmobile co. To get brand new one and not refurbished on. They are very friendly when selling. But when you have an issue they lie b scam u til its in corporate hands only.The store should be restaffed!

Knowledgeable staff and no contract service . Prefer using their metro pcs stores if buying a device for price and quality. Samsung devices below $50 . Same great service at either store, using the same 4G LTE network.

T mobile in Langhorne is always wonderful.

They will sell you a phone with 2gb ram and then install apps that run 1.9 gb in the background.The staff at this Particular store is trash pile, every other retail store in America will harass you until you buy something or die, these two Greasy suburban thugs will greet you and disappear to the back to get highJust go the mall...
