I went into this at&t store with my mom to fix a voicemail issue we were both having. The service was fast and efficient. The employees were very friendly and polite. Our issue was resolved very fast.

Mannie spent all the time necessary to fix my phone issues on the spot. Knew everything about anything I had questions about. Great staff too! Easily couldve spent another hour or two talking sports with these guys. Thanks!

My husband and I went to the AT&T in Levittown and the customer service representative, Mannie, was beyond exceptional. We walked in during the early afternoon and knew exactly what we wanted and Mannie took care of us right away. During the 2 hours we were there at least 7 other customers walked in and he simultaneously took care of all of us by himself. Poor guy even skipped his lunch to make sure everyone was taken care of. This location usually has great customer service, but Mannie went above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. We wont go anywhere else. Thank you!

Im in a MESS! Havent been out since before the pandemic except for 3 cancer surgeries. Am stuck inside, cant drive, live alone. This store wouldnt even talk to me because its my daughters account. I just realized that Ive had NO voice mail msgs for about a month. As a senior citizen I am tech-illiterate. My oncologist/surgeon/& hospital call my cell phone. They have no way to leave a message. And this store just says I HAVE to come into the store because Im not the owner. Im furious.

William, our sales tech was great! He answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and creative in finding solutions to what we wanted and needed. He is a reason we would definitely go back to the store.The only problem with store is they never have the phone we want in stock. We had to order it. But the great thing was our phones came the next day to our house and were setup at our home. So I cant complain to much. Thank you William and AT&T!!!

The Langhorne AT&T store is by far the best in Bucks County.After not being helped at all in Bensalem, I traveled out of my area and thankfully I did.The manager and staff especially William are friendly, helpful and reassuring.I will definitely go back.

Joshua was very friendly professional he offered a 20% coupon that he thought that it was still going on. Then when he checked it was not. AT&T should give him the ability that if he says it he should be able to give it the 20% without getting in trouble Ive been in management for years and we would give the 20% coupon if we mentioned it.I did not say anything to him after that but I thought about it after I left the store.Thanks Josh there should be more people like you in the retail sector.He would make a good very good manager

First visit to the store I chose plan and product then setup appointments to final purchase and transfer service.It took more 2 hours for 4 lines.I paid $200 upfront for sale tax,never happened before,that was strange.Then rep.told me my discount is not be applied on bill for 3- 4 months, then it will start.That part was ... strange.If I have discount it should be applied right away to illuminate future misunderstanding.So far i am just paying from my pocket.Att should make this process clear.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff at a well stocked store. There was plenty of staff available so wait time was minimal. Will was excellent and helped me navigate my budget instead of selling me an expensive phone with capacity I would never use.

I was in here today and met with nothing but help and hospitality. Arrafi was absolutely wonderful. He was warm and patient with me and my family. I went to another location prior to this visit and it wasn’t as pleasant. Would highly recommend this location.

My husband and I were instantly greeted by Will when we walked in the door. We didnt get service that day, but Will was very helpful in informing us on all of your current promotions and deals for new customers! Definitely considering making a second trip back in for him!

Josh was extremely informative and helpful. Very polite and did not try to up-sell me. He provided useful information based upon my needs for a new phone. He fully explained the plan pricing and supplied the cost breakdowns for each plan. Great customer service! You can tell he enjoys his job and actually helping people meet their needs/wants.

This store had the best employees I have encountered yet. Every one of them were more than happy to help us. They all made everything super easy and answered any and all questions we had with a completely unbiased opinion. I would recommend this store to all ATT users. This store is a further from my house but this will be the only store I go into from this point on. Great job team.

My wife and I walked in on black Friday and were instantly greeted and helped by Josh. We both knew what types of new phones we wanted and Josh was greatly helpful in showing us the available options in the respective phones. He was transparent with our options and looked for different options to save us money.The AT&T computer network was down/running very slow during our visit and Josh was very apologetic and continued to move things along as best as he could. He even gave me his phone number and told me if we needed to leave and come back later we could, so we did just that and I did reach out to him to check on the status and he was again very helpful in the communication.We returned early the next day and he picked up where we left off and even had things moved further along so things could be quick to finish our transaction.I look forward to sending friends and family to this store and especially Josh so he can provide the same great service to them as he did to me and my wife.

The girl was great. Very helpful. Informative. Helped he get what I needed. Only not a 5 star because store was understaffed and had to close for 30 min for her break. Whoever is manager should plan better or step up and not leave employee unsupported on a busy Saturday.

Katie was such a help when I went to get my iPhone X at this location. However, staffing at this location is so low that she was in a position where there were other customers also in the process of getting new phones and having billing issues. I felt bad that she had to work overtime to assist me with my phone. She remained very positive, attentive, and helpful throughout the whole process! AT&T needs to do a better job staffing their locations, but Katie was stellar (and in my opinion) deserves a raise or promotion.

Lets face it...getting new phone plans is NEVER easy and always annoying for everyone but she made it very easy and was so sweet in the process. Her and her co-worker were able to answer all of my 100 questions as well as dealing with my loud child in the process. I have been to many AT&T stores and this one blew all of the others out of the water! Thank you for making this a very easy transition!
