Due to shortage of vehicles I had to pay MSRP but I know the vehicle I purchase was a Jeep Cherokee Laredo X 2021. I am completely appalled by the service I received from the lady Cindi at the front desk. She had no desire to help me and was extremely short with her responses. When I first came in she was talking on her cell phone and didn’t hang up until I had to get her attention. She asked what car I was interested in and when I told her she told me they have none and told me to shop elsewhere. I was never given a chance to look at my other options. Cindy at reception is the worst! We stood there for 5 minutes before she even looked up off her phone to help us. Then she gave off the impression that she couldn’t be bothered. She had an attitude the entire time and kept peaking at her phone. We ended up walking out! A 2 car deal lost before even being able to sit down and talk to a salesman! Fix the issue! This is totally unacceptable! 100% would NOT recommend until she is gone.

I wanted to have front tow hooks installed on my 2017 JGC, so I called the Parts dept. I spoke to Joe, and he looked up the parts and told me that unfortunately the tow hook kit was out of production and no longer available for a 2017 JGC. Several days later, Joe called me back and told me he found a tow hook kit, which saved me a lot of $$ over buying the parts individually. I really appreciate the extra effort Joe took to find the tow hook kit for me!

This is my second used car purchase from this dealership. Overall it went smooth- my only issue was that the car did not have the jack/tools for the spare tire included. Just leased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at Town and Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram in Levittown. The experience was smooth sailing start to finish thanks to Loren! Called about a vehicle to confirm it was in stock and details bc I live two hours away. Set up time to come see it that day with Frantz Jean. 4 hours and $23 dollars in tolls round trip later I arrived to be told the vehicle had been sold the previous day. Frantz apparently didn’t know but also didn’t check before he had me drive all the way there. Just complete lack of competence and professionalism. Typical car dealership bs here.

One of the most honest and transparent experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership and that’s all due to Casondra. I was given the run around from a number of different Jeep dealerships but Casondra from Town and Country made my leasing experience stress and hassle free. Most of the work was done over the phone and all I had to do was come in to sign some paperwork and pick up my new truck. Chang from finance is a rockstar too. The sales staff were great but the management need retraining. Its no wonder their not salesman. I waited 1 1/2 hours in the dealer waiting to pick up my car I already paid for, then they started to get it ready and this was with an appointment. The lady in front yelled at me to wear a mask when she herself didnt have one on nor did half the people in there.

Complete terrible experience from start to finish. Will not recommend this place to anyone.Was lied to multiple times and given very inaccurate information.Management was very unprofessional and resistant to resolving the issues.Started by being told the car was under warranty to find out when signing the papers that it was not.Car had mechanical issues prior to the sale and was promised it would be fixed.Issue was not resolved and I had to bring it back.Also had to fight for a 2nd key with the used car purchase.Later found another issue that I had resolved on my own to avoid any contact with this place.

This was by far my worst experience with any car dealer. I knew what I wanted when I went in. Rich gave me all the numbers. I went back in the next day signed an agreement at a specific price. It was supposed to be ready for me the next morning. Needless to say it wasn’t ready at all. When I showed up the following day I was told to go get dinner and come back in an hour and a half. Finally get everything situated new plates and insurance on the truck. Go to sign papers and the agreement is a decent amount more than the original signed purchase agreement with my down payment. As you can tell from other reviews this dealer will lie just for a sale. They are very unprofessional including the finance department and the “manager” I would suggest staying away from this dealer. Nothing but headaches. Owner commented on this post. Still never heard a word

Confirmed 2x that a vehicle that was in transit was not sold. Made an appointment for the next morning when they opened and sat down with a salesman ( wont mention a name) to go over numbers and apparently the car was sold right before they closed the night before. Which I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Went over numbers on a higher priced vehicle and they added in some additional dealership fee for somewhere around 300 dollars, when asked what it was for they had no answer. Apparently every dealer charges it i was told. That is not true! Then it went to every dodge dealer charges it! Again not true. So dont pull someone else’s random paperwork that you scammed also to show me. That is just not right to pad your pocket with someone else’s money.

Came in to get my Dodge Charger scatpack widebody and was out by the next day great and fast service. I wanna thank Loren best salesman he’s a guy that sticks with numbers and does not change them by the time of signing. Had a amazing experience.

Kent was so nice and made me feel as if he truly cared for not only wanting to get me a car and price that worked for me but for my safety in the car. Very happy with my experience here!

Today I went to dealership to test drive a doge challenger. the salesman told me they were busy today, and if I wasnt going to buy it, that I should come back another day. Dont wast your time coming here because they only going to waste your time. I drove almost an hour to this dealership for nothing.

No one’s perfect, as the saying goes. Well Town & Country Jeep lived up to the saying. I only went there because they had the truck i wanted and i did buy it. It’s sadly unfortunate dealerships are really a terrible representation of the brand. My experience was subpar at best. They make their money on service, I will not be contributing and will not even dare to use their service.

Great Service! I came here to lease my first car. Kent was extremely thorough and stayed late so I could take my car home that night. Would definitely recommend!
