CJ has no idea what he is doing. Check engine light came on 3 weeks after i bought the car. Needed a new water pump. Then all 4 new tires. Then all new spark plugs and wires . Then had to get the heater fixed. Now a head gasket blew and need a new engine. Talk about a lemon.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They were honest and accommodating. Allen was a terrific salesman with excellent customer service and a friendly, positive attitude. Mike the mechanic was helpful and professional. Roman and Mike the finance guys were upfront and thorough in explaining all of the payment details. The extended warranty was a great addition that leaves me feeling confident I will be covered for any of the unexpected things that a pre-owned vehicle could incur.

UPDATE: My initial payment was supposed to be $425 on 9/4/2020. Due to a pc processing error🤔 I was charged double that amount...$854.80 on the same day hours apart!!! It caused an overdraft/ return check fee i should not be responsible for! 😠After over a week of complaining, i have yet to be reimbursed anything (today is 9/15/2020). Ive had to file a claim at my bank but that can take up to 60 days. Even worse, i have little faith that i wont be charged the same way next month. The hassle isnt worth the damage ive incurred...but the car is ok so far if that matters?😕😐Update 9/18/2020: Avoid this place at all costs if CJ is there. 😡If he is....RUN!!! He is absolutely incompetent, disrespectful and condescending.😡 His gross negligence caused me ALOT of money and stress. How and why do you process a case TWICE, let the customer be double charged, then say it aint ypur fault? Still have not yet been reimbursed the money im due almost one month later.Update as of 10/6/2020: so it took almost a full month for them to delete the extra account and refund the $429 they took from me. The new problem is that Im getting the runaround while trying to pay my taxes and tags.😕 The check did bounce because the idiot made two acounts so the money thatvwas there for the taxes and tags wasnt in the account. Now that all the money is back, the tag place i was taken to says they havent received word from PENNDOT about the bounced check and what i need to do next. Looks like i have to go to Harrisburg. 😡 All this because Mr Incompetent made two accounts. Great.😐Final update: so PENNDOT eventually sent me my Registration around the end of September. Then i got a letter from them telling me about the bounced check however they told me the fee is $100...not the $35 That idiot CJ assured me it would be. So here are the unnecessary charges he caused me:$428.80: for the extra file he created/ returned to me$100.00: PENNDOT fee for bounced check$10.00: certified check fee$35: check return fee from my bankShould I sue in small claims to get it back?

Dishonest thieves. Working the bait and switch scam. Beware.invited me up to look at a car I drove an hour and a half when I got their car was not available. How consumers change in less than 12 hours.call them the night before a half hour before closing they said the car would be there in the morning ready for my inspection. When I got there they didnt even know what cars they had on the lot. But the one I was looking for was conveniently being fixed in the shop untrustworthy they have no honor or integrity.

Salesman was very honest amd if he didnt know the answer to any of my questions about the car, he would look it up instead of giving the usual used car salesman BS. It was all downhill from there once we met the finance guy. He was the typical bad used car salesman. Turns out the car was almost 2000 more that what was listed on car gurus. Sad to think how many times these guys ripped off their customers. Stay far away.

Bad customer service! I wouldn’t recommend going here, they forgot to put the “gps” tracker in my truck so they kept calling and blowing my phone up while I was at work to see when I would bring the truck back. I told them a day I would bring it because I got off work at 3pm, after working doubles I was tired and took a nap. They text me saying the mechanic wasn’t there that day because he had no ride to the shop so I could take the truck to his house so he could do the tracker at 7 at night ( UNPROFESSIONAL) I had my fiancé answer my phone to talk to them && he basically called me a liar because I told him that day ( but the mechanic wasn’t even there that day remember) smh . I also told them my air and heat wasn’t working, they fixed the air when they did the tracker but still no heat they had to order a piece for the heat! They told me come back a couple days so I gave them a week and a half because I was doing doubles at work anyway . Hit him up 10:00 am he said he was calling the mechanic give him a few mins, it then turn 6:00 pm I showed up he tells me the order is on backorder like how and it’s been almost two weeks? How when you just said you were going to call the mechanic? I asked when he told me it’ll be another two almost 3 weeks, I tell him I work early mornings and late nights it’s cold outside. He tells me it’s not that cold outside ( VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) I asked if they could get it sooner he tells me the owner is not going to pay a extra $147 like what about making sure your customers are taking care of? I have to drive with no heat in my car for a month ! This is the WORST DEALERSHIP IVE GOTTEN A CAR FROM ! Please look elsewhere before you go here ! Very unprofessional!

If you are looking for a great car, Definitely go to Philly Auto Group! Alex and CJ are great! So many cars to choose from and they help you find the right fit for you! I settled on a 2006 Honda Accord. Alex helped me thru the whole car buying process and I love the fact of Buy Here/ Pay Here. No looking for loans and tons of paper work. As some might know, when buying a used car, they dont come with a long term warranty. Alex let me know that for the 1st 90 days its warranted under them but what happens if something breaks on day 99? This was a big deal for me since Ive had cars in the past with no issues until after my 90 days. Alex walked me thru the whole warranty options they had and I settled on one policy that fit my budget and got me the most coverage! Very important for a working Mom of 3! After we were done with the paper work and CJ and I were ready to head to the Auto Tags place, One of their on site Mechanics, Derek had my car started and proceeded to go over all the standards along with all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle. Also their Custom Detailer, Keith, took the time to make sure my car was beautiful inside and out along with his Apprentice, they both do an outstanding job of making the cars along with mine, look Show Room New! By the time we came back, Derek put my new plate on my New car and away I went! I will definitely be back to buy another car when my family outgrows the Honda and Ill be sending all my family and friends to Philly Auto Group on Rt. 13 in Bristol. I purchased a car from Philly Auto Group on Wednesday, May 25, 2016. I paid $8,750.00 cash for a 2007 Audi A-4; which included a 2-year warranty, that we purchased with the vehicle. The night that we purchased the vehicle, it was noticed the glove compartment would not remain shut and the Philly Auto a Group indicated that was minor issue and it would be taken care of and in addition, the car had an empty tank of gas. After purchasing the car, I drove (40) miles to Delaware, where I stayed and parked for the evening.On Thursday, May 26, 2016, I drove the car to work, from Delaware to Baltimore, MD. Later that evening, while driving back to Delaware, I noticed the (min oil light) was on.Thereafter, I went to jiffy lube and they checked the oil and said it needed oil so they added oil. As I proceeded to drive back to Delaware, the car started smoking, so I stopped on the side of the road and called AAA to have the car towed back to Delaware.On Friday, May 27, 2016, (Memorial Holiday weekend); I called AAA and had them tow the car to Wynnewood Audi Dealership. Unfortunately, the the dealership was not able to look at the car until after Memorial holiday. On Tuesday, May 31, 2016, the Audi Dearlership performed a diagnostic check for ($350) on the car and concluded the car needed a new turbo. They informed me that the car was sold with a bad turbo and it would cost $3,000 for the repair.Since I purchased a 2-year warranty through Philly Auto Group, I called the warranty company and was told, the repair was not covered because this issue was a pre-existing matter.I then informed Philly Auto Group that the warranty company was not honoring the warranty because they thought it was a pre-existing problem; so therefore, Philly Auto Group told me to take the car ito his guy (his mechanic); Emil Auto Services, Inc on Sandmeyer Lane.Philly Auto Group agreed to pay for the repairs; however, it was later requested, that instead of giving me my money back for the cost of the warranty, I was asked if that money could be refunded back to Philly Auto Group to cover the repairs because they were taking a lost by paying for the repairs.So, now, I am out of my 2-year warranty because Philly Auto Group decided they were no longer going to work with the warranty company.Ultimately, the mechanic performed a diagnostic check on the car and determined that the car had too much oil, so he drained the oil and told me to drive 500 miles and bring the car back.I took the car back after 500 miles and after another check, it was determined, there were additional issues--the car now needed a catalytic converter and an additional $1,200 was needed for this repair. We paid the $1,200. By now, over $10,000 has been put into this car, and I may have driven the car, maybe, 5-7 days in the two months of purchasing this car.Weeks later, the car continues to smoke, the min oil light remains on, the check engine light is on, the hood of the car will not open, and the glove compartment is still broke and the issues continue.I called Philly Auto group and they said they would call their mechanic (Emil). Philly Auto group basically said the situation is out of their control, and that I could take it to another mechanic that they know. After the issues of the first mechanic I decided not to do this.Long story short, my family and I feel as though Philly Auto group did not do us right in this situation. From the issues with suggesting to use their mechanic who apparently did not truly fix the car, we were dealt a bad deal in this situation. We do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Philly Auto Group!
