Just had to post this! I had the most pleasurable experience at Long Island Auto! The salesman could not have been more professional and accommodating! He went out of his way to help me make a deal that was most favorable to both of us. I highly recommend this dealership to my friends, family and the community!

Dont bother here. Applied for a car. Was calling for a week. Never processed my application or called me back. Then made an appointment for Sunday which they are closed that day. Called all day Sunday no answer. Called Monday and they lied and said they were open sunday but never picked up or called me back. To top it off, when I did reach someone, he told me the car I already applied for was sold to another dealer! This place is BS and very unprofessional. Stay away!

It was quite easy. I have a price in my car they(like any car buyer dealer) give me a low number, dont agreed, they gave me a little better number and I dont liked either. So I went home and they call me later the same day and tell me what I want to hear.It was with no really big pressure, but you know for me it was easy doing business with them. They were respectful and met my expectations.I will have an update when everything is done with the car loan payoff in the bank.The only downside was the fees that they charge you.{but it is not a big deal)

Not crazy about these guys. Was told one price over the phone. The mechanic drove my truck and said it was perfect. Then when it came time to give me the check, all of a sudden, the truck was pulling to the right. The offer was much lower than what I was told over the phone. Little did they know Ive been a mechanic in the service industry for more than 20 years. Found myself in a negotiation for a pull to the right that wasnt even there. Sneaky Sneaky... Watch your wallet!

Will spam your phone. Dont do business here. Like everyone else they are offering way below FAIR MARKET PRICE and waste your time. Just so they can make a easy buck. STAY AWAY!

I bought a car here in December and overall the experience was quick and easy, but I was lied to about the condition of the car. I drove to Vermont shortly after buying the car, and quickly found out that they had diluted the windshield wiper fluid with water. The fluid froze and cracked the tank so I had to get a new tank and pump/motor for the wipers. They also told me the tires were brand new and conveniently showed me the two tires that were in good shape when two of them were bald and rotting. I was initially so grateful about how helpful everyone was and I did get a good deal but I’m annoyed that they lied to me about things that could be potentially dangerous. Who knows what I’ll find nextEditing to 1 star. Told me the brakes and brake pads were brand new.... that was a lie.

Unbelievable the balls on these guys. My son put our car on the market and these guys called him to bring the car in. After they answered all the questions my son asked to give my son the impression that they were VERY interested in buying the car I drove the car to them with the title assuming we would receive from them a price worth a transaction. What a waste of time. Not sure what they thought, maybe we would be so desperate that we would sell for less then what we had it on the market for, but really? This is just really bad business tactics and totally self-regarding with my time in bringing the car in for them to look at it. If this is how they operate their business practices - run dont walk away.

Went to Car Cash to sell our 2009 Cadillac Escalade. Stanley & Jose were a pleasure to do business with. They gave us best price for our vehicle and the process was very simple. Bring the car in, they take a look at it, give you best price, if you accept they cut you check and its over. Dont forget to bring your title with you. Definitely much better than selling it privately and they pay more than the dealer trade in. Stanley & Jose are good people and easy to do business with. Highly recommend. Will never trade in a vehicle to dealer again (dealers always rob you). Will always go to car cash because Stanley gives you more for car. See you guys next time when i trade in my Jeep SRT (soon).

Absolutely Awful, horrible offer made with no chance of negotiating. The staff left to talk privately for 20 minutes only to screw us over. all the good reviews on here are probably fake.

Terrible experience. I brought my car in. They looked at it, but knew I had to come back. They said $8k. I came back, they said $6.5. Same car. No difference. Sounds like something that rhymes with skate and snitch.

We were looking to get a quote on our used car. We already had a trade-in value from couple of dealerships, but were seeing if we could get more outside. This Car Cash place contacted us since I had put my car on True Car and KBB and we received a fair cash price from these 2 sites. However, when we went into this Car Cash place, the price they quoted was way below what KBB and True Car had said and much below our trade-in price. They couldnt even come close. So overall we were very disappointed with the results and experience.
