Great experience working with Al and Bob!! They kept us informed every step of the way and worked to make sure we were getting quality parts. When the work was completed they promptly let us know our car was ready. The work they did is beautiful and we are very satisfied with the outcome! Bobs jumped right in and handled anything involving the insurance company which lessened my stress so I am grateful to them! I wouldnt hesitate to to recommend them to others!

Bob has cause me to loose a large amount of money by ruining multiple insurance claims. I contacted Bob, as a representative of a car rental company, after working with him before. We agreed that Bobs company would represent us on 5 physical damage claims on 5 of our cars. I have met with Bob and supplied him with initial estimates on Monday, the 27th. Bob agreed to assist, and advised that the process will be started and supplement would be filed the next day on Tuesday on 28th. As was the case in my previous interaction with Bob, he does not give me any updates. I reach out myself on Thursday, the 30th to check for an update. I inform him that there is a deadline to submit a supplement. He ignores my message. I reach out again the next day, and Bob informs me that his father is working on it that day, and they will get back to me later during the day with an update. As always, he doesnt. I reach out the next day for an update. He doesnt respond and stops responding to my communications. I have lost a tremendous amount of money due to his lack of responsibility and accountability. I would not recommend to work with this shop.

Great service, will have your car looking brand new after an accident for a reasonable price too. Will go the extra step to ensure you are satisfied as they truly care about the customer.

I had a bad rust section on the back panel of my 2008 GMC Sierra. I went to Bobs for an estimate. They gave me a great price and explained exactly what they were going to do -- cut out the rust section and weld in a new piece of metal. I also had them repaint old body work done by someone else (which looked awful before) and repaint my running boards. All the work they did on the truck looks great. They blended the colors perfectly. I would definitely recommend Bobs.
