The people here are very friendly and helpful. I went in to mail something and then a half hour later had to return to cancel the transaction (through no fault of theirs, it was my error) and they were patient and efficient. A man named Angel (appropriate!) was kind and helpful. Have been there several times and always had a good experience but especially today.

As if Kenny wasnt kind enough and the reason so many go to this store, today I had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie. She was so nice helpful and efficient. I had kind of an annoying return thanks to amazon, had 5 return codes. She didnt even flinch, she said thank you for being organized, and thanked me for coming in. For anyone saying the customer service here is anything besides top notch, you must be a terrible person. These workers are so friendly, and so helpful during these crazy times. So lucky to have this store close by.

It’s such a pleasure to deal with the Central Street, Leominster, Ma, UPS Store because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the employee, a young man whose name I do not know, who has assisted me each time I have been there.

The staff was very friendly and patient. Kenny was very patient with helping me print a shipping label from my phone and had very kind words great customer serviceput a smile on my face encountering genuine people.

A very well run, Professional establishment that was helpful, kind and had the best customer service. They were very busy but could not have been more efficient and thorough. Will give the highest recommendation to anyone who needs any of their services - this is the place to go!

8/5/20 Googled the hours before driving half an hour to drop a package off. The web site says 7 but when I got there it said 6:30 on the window. I arrived at 6:23 and the door was locked. There was a guy stocking the shelves and a woman at the counter. I knocked on the glass clearly loud enough to be heard but they just ignored me like they didn’t hear a thing!!

As someone who has run retail stores for years, this place is very well run. Every inch of the store is impeccably clean and organized. Kenny is an expert in customer service who understands that genuine, friendly conversation and efficient, quality service are not mutually exclusive but rather the layers of a great experience for the customer.

I used to work here under Kenny, and my family still trusts this location, and the services provided over any other shipper.I will say that customers who experience issues with drivers (like Dylan Macneil), or UPS directly, The UPS Store, and UPS (the drivers) operate differently, and The UPS Store has no oversight of the drives. This is the case nationwide. If you have an issue, please call UPS corporate, or your local UPS Store, as they can assist you and get you the the right people!

Being in a customer service related business myself, I can not tell you how much I appreciate GREAT customer service. This will be my go to for all my shipping needs, friendly, accommodating, and kind. As cliche as it sounds, they really do go the extra mile.

The older gentleman working was so friendly and helpful! He made my return shipping process easy and stress free. Will definitely return to this branch whenever I need to use UPS.

Staff is always helpful, and takes care of everyone the same even if there is a long line they try and accommodate everyone quickly. I was sent here from the Nashua St. location (dont go there). Though the drive is much further for me its the service I would expect from UPS.

This store closes at 6:30, not 7, as listed. I just drove for 40 min to arrive at 6:33 and be turned away.

I have never had a single package delivered by this branch that hasnt been damaged, late or stolen by employees. Seriously this place is a disgrace.
