Such a great experience! Awesome customer service. We are packing up our house and had no idea where to begin. The owner helped us figure out how many boxes and what sizes we would need and suggested all the other items that would be useful. The refund policy for items not used is a plus!

Worst customer service ever. Rude employees as well. Definitely not using uhaul again and don’t recommend it.

Clean and well organized, good service, convenient location. This is practically at the on and off ramp to route 2. Chris, the owner/manager was very helpful in getting me a cargo van for a pickup of a bench that we bought. Has to be the cleanest and best organized U-Haul that I have used and at my age I have rented from UHaul a fair amount of times. Drop off was a snap. I will go back there again.

Quick checkout and happy staff. I usually just do the mobile checkout because the counter at Uhauls always take forever, but this place the staff comes out to greet you (weather depending). My wife was picking me up and the kids were in our car not happy that we were stopped. The worker said that I was all set and he would email me the receipt. Great place. They have my business forever.

The booking process at the Leominster location near the Target was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL - 5 STARS!!!THE PART THAT GAVE YOU ONLY 2 STARS WAS THE LOCATION I HAD TO GO & GET IT - MANCHESTER, NH!!!NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS WOULD I BELIEVE THEY WOULD HAVE ME GO SUCH A DISTANCE!!! IM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

These guys are awesome! This is the only uhaul I’ll go to in the area. I’ve rented a bunch of things from them. Customer service is great, equipment is well maintained and overall a great experience every time. Thank you uhaul team, you guys do a really great job!!

I’ve had a couple of storage units for years. Easy access any time with key card. Pay online. Nice and easy.

The manager went above and beyond to get me set up with a trailer. I mistakenly thought they closed at 7 and got there right before 6. Well he still hooked up my trailer IN THE RAIN! Awesome customer service!

Chris, the manager is attentive and offers a full compliment of services. He is friendly and knowledgeable. VERY clean facility. VERY nice trucks available for rental. Clean secure self storage facility attached. If you need these services in Leominster or near by, go see Chris!

The shop wasnt busy at all so both pick up and drop off were quick. Spent more time simply talking to the clerk than actually dealing with the service.

The first time I used this uhaul it was excellent and I would of said the same of the second only I got a call saying there was a dent on the inside of the trucking the upper drivers side of the panel . I was transporting bedding and a bicycle so I know way that I made a dent on the inside of the truck ., upper right hand side As Chris pointed out I would just have to pay the deductible of $150 since I had insurance but the bitter taste of being foolish of not checking the truck inside myself and then having to pay for something I didnt do .I strongly recommend you insiste that someone checks the truck with you ... life lessons sure suck when you have to pay for someone elses dent/employee not noticing before

Definitely a smaller uhaul, theres a lot of storage units in the back you cant really see.

Used them 3 times now, very friendly, no-nonsense service. trucks were always close to brand new.

Manager Chris very attentive. Always ready to help. The place is well organized and clean. During the snow season, always very clean. Deposits have mouse traps. I indicate the location.
