I recently bought 2 pairs of glasses at LC for the 1st time and am adjusting to my new progressives. I am trying out this company for the 1st time, so time will tell how I feel about the LC product. However, I couldnt be happier with the optician Ann Marie and the clerk Amanda. (I cant remember all the staff names!! Sorry! ) but I was treated quite well. Staff were all patient, professional, warm, compassionate and good humored. The optician was knowledgeable and quite honest about the product and what would suit me best. I never experienced and hard sell and felt that all staff were interested in meeting my needs and saving me money (by directing me to product that was within my budget). Ann Marie and Amanda were also invested in correct and appropriate education about what to expect, how to care for glasses, LC 30 day policy, etc. I did not feel rushed and they patiently answered all my questions, even when I called back re: an adjustment issue with new lenses. I am also interested in supporting a company that took care of their employees during the Covid-19 business shut downs. When I inquired how it felt to work for LC, I felt I was given and honest response that employees work there for years and are happy. I would recommend patronizing LC specifically for their staff. They are valuable representatives of the company and I am hoping the product measures up as professionally and competently as their staff.

My experience couldnt have gone any better! All 4 staff members there assisted me at one point or another and all were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The whole process was super efficient and easy and my new glasses were ready by the next morning. Pickup was easy/quick as well. Based on the awesome customer service I received (especially by the manager), I can highly recommend this LensCrafters store.

Went here for an eye exam for contacts on June 27th was charged $140 for the exam which should have been completely covered. I left thinking I had paid for contacts was told they were ordered. Went an entire month without any word and upon calling was told they were still being processed. Called back another week later and was told there was no record of the contacts even being ordered. Im still waiting for my money to be refunded for an exam I should have never paid. Multiple calls with the promise of a call back which has not happened yet. Would never go back.

Last night my dog ate my progressive glasses that I wear all the time except while sleeping. I had to wear an old prescription that gave me a headache. I called LensCrafters and they were very responsive and will have my new glasses ready tonight!! So happy to have such quick service as we are driving to Texas in less than 2 days for a family reunion. I am 48 and have NEVER had SO many people willing to help me! Not ONLY the person I was working with BUT 4,YES I SAID FOUR, other staff members there offer their help! This was my first time visiting a LensCrafters. My usual eye doctors office stopped taking my insurance (Eyemed) in their optical shop so I decided to check this store out. I had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend the LensCrafters in Leominster, MA! They had a large variety of frames to test, which I was happy about as I can be a bit picky about my glasses. I was a little worried how things would go due to Covid restrictions, but the store was clean and had an excellent process down to maintain social distancing and a healthy environment. AnnMarie helped me out while I was there and she was so nice!! I look forward to continuing to use this LensCrafters for future needs.

Ive waited on shorter lines at Disney. I understand and respect the covid-19 guidelines that have been put into place. However, the efficiency and coordination is severely lacking. Also, I was over charged for four pairs of glasses..... when I finally get in there well see how they rectify that.

Everyone was really friendly, did a great job with the COVID-19 precautions and even had my lenses in stock! That never happens! Thank you for the great same-day service!

Does not have a good Covid process. Typically long wait times even if you are just getting an adjustment. It appears that either they do not have enough staff or poor planning. But they do have strict controls due to covid. Store is wicked clean.

My prescription turned out to be incorrect and the LensCrafters team was incredible in helping me get it done. Every single person I encountered was personable, friendly, and courteous. I would absolutely recommend the Leominster, MA location to anyone!

I have purchased my glasses from Lenscrafters for many years and Pearl vision before that, I was always happy with the service and staff except for this year.I have been 3 times in 2 weeks, different days of the week and times of day.I now would not recommend them.Today I found out that they can only have 10 people in the store and they have 7 employees. I was ignored even though I was asked if they could help, which I answered them yes.They had more dirty frames then sanitized ones. It was not the most sanitized store I have been in, and it was very disirganized.An employee was coughing repeatedly and kept saying I dont have COVID, its allergies ( I get that, but do you have to say it to the same customer everytime you coughed) another employee was carrying on a conversation like there were no other customers in the store.Im sorry but people need there glasses, whether new or old ones adjusted.These times call for better sanitation, better customer service, for the shirt time I was there 3 customers walked away without purchasing due to being ignored, and lack of customer service. I will not go back and will no longer recommend them.

My significant other went in for an eye exam after I finally begged him to go get his prescription updated and I will not recommend this place to anyone now.My first concern is hearing a person working there going over and telling the receptionist how they need to book appointments a certain way (eye exam instead of a recheck) because its nearing the end of the month and they need their numbers up. Keep the office talk like that private please.Secondly the doctor had a less than optimal bedside manner with my fiance who is diagnosed with PTSD. She told him how he has bad genes, being out of work has caused his eyesight to deteriorate, barely explained what an astigmatism is and that his isnt bad. This all left him in an insane panic attack after the fact.

Great staff, Doctor remembered me from 10 years ago. They worked with me when I broke my contact taking it out. Gave me free replacements available for pickup same day.All around good, Dr. was professional.They are busy, please just be patient and itll all get taken care of. I can see how someone would be turned off by that but this is the real world.

Staff went above and beyond to repair my glasses. Cant thank you enough for your friendliness and knowledge. Recommend this store for all your eyewear needs.

I need to get a pair of glasses and the system lenscrafters uses to ck insurance coverage is down for 2 days. Really? I work for an eye doctor we couldn’t go 2 days without accessing patient insurance information.

So I had an appointment a year in advance and then they canceled that I went in to reschedule they were unable to give me another appointmentI think their secretary is the worst so I informed them that I would take my business elsewhere, she seems very unconcerned. I suggest that you do the same

I have been coming here for the past two to three years, they have made mistakes before real bad one but I gave them a second chance. When it comes to responsibility very little. Ill find another place

My husband and I bought our pairs of glasses at LensCrafters Leominster for the first time today. The staff, especially Shamara and Amanda, helped us along the way with their impressive knowledge, patience and friendliness. We learnt a lot and got more than pairs of glasses. If you need a new pair of glasses, come here!

Excellent selection of frames, I was surprised to find several that I liked and I typically don’t like wearing glasses. Friendly and helpful staff that made me feel good about my selection! Deb was great to work with and my glasses were ready less than an hour after I picked them out. Will definitely return for future lens needs!
