The staff was very helpful in making sure I got the best deal by comparing my insurance and Target inhouse deals.

Dr. Li was really down-to-earth, personable, patient, and professional. The office staff were also very patient and helpful when I was choosing my frames, and were very good at their jobs. Everyone at Target Optical in Leominster (Mass.) contributed to making it a very pleasant experience. I love my new glasses and will definitely be a regular at Target Optical in Leominster.

I had a wonderful experience at this Target Optical today. I was switching from a prior OD and honestly just went with the closest place to my house, and I am so glad I did. I got called to confirm my appointment and I asked if I could bring something extra for my young son. The woman I spoke with went above and beyond to reassure me that I could bring whatever I needed and that she would help me get through my appointment if I needed an extra hand. During these times, going to something like this as a new mom, can be seriously overwhelming and she automatically made me feel comfortable. When I got there, both women working were extremely nice and professional. Dr. Le was so kind and took her time talking to me. She was personable and professional. She was also very accommodating with my son. I appreciated the non judgement when said son, dumped food onto the ground as well. She still took her time making sure we talked about all my concerns. 10/10

Very helpful and friendly, brought my husband and son in for new prescriptions. We bought all our glasses and my contacts here, they have the best deals and great brands.

A recent change in my insurance, I was forced to leave my longstanding optometrist. Since I only have options to go to places like this and LensCrafters, I chose to give Target a try. This will be the last time I go here. Way overpriced for the actual quality of they actually produce.

Been waiting for over a month for my glasses to come in. Good thing I dont need glasses to see anything.Response: I went to lenscrafters who made a set of glasses for me in 2 hours. Covid 19 is not an excuse.

I just went in to get my glasses that were ready for pickup, i never got a call or email that they were ready. When i went in there was a much older man who was in charge of tightening glasses, during covid19 this man had NO gloves on and went to put my glasses on my face without warning. When he couldnt get them on he asked me to do it, so i did. Then he asked me to look to the side and he grabbed my ear pulled up my bandana and pulled down my mask roughly. I felt like i was being manhandled it was very uncomfortable im not one to complain but this is ridiculous if you deal with glasses on peoples face WEAR GLOVES because even if your safe what if the costumer is NOT. How do i know you didnt just touch other peoples faces, not to mention grabbing my lenses and every other part of my glasses with your hands. It was so extremely unpleasant i will never get my glasses here again i hope you read this and fix it.
