Great customer service. Took the time to answer all my questions and even finished my tires early. I prefer this particular location over the one in my town for this reason. We will continue to go to this location.

I love the $10 check up. They didnt try to oversell it. They simply gave me my options, told me to call them whenever i was ready, and in a few days I was back to fix my car. No pressure at all.

One of the best customer service experiences I had ever had. I got a flat saturday night. Every other place was closed(like no one ever needs a tire on the weekend). I wasnt sure if the tow truck was gonna get there in time so I figured I would just drop it off and get the tire the next day(one of the few places in the area open on a sunday I should say). Luckily the two truck got there quickly but even if it hadnt the worker there said he would stay open until my car got there. I had plans to go to king richards faire the next day, also I use my car often for work. Thanks to Ramon I was able to go to work and have an amazing time at the renn faire. This couldve gone so bad but thank to Ramon it didnt. To you Ramon and to firestone I say HUZZAH!!!!!!

Really amazing people!! I and my husband were staying in NH where some parts of the gas exhaust pipe fell off. We were returning to our home in CT and on the way we went to this shop. We explained our situation and they told us that replacing and repairing the whole system at their shop would take time and cost a lot. So they offered us to temporarily install something that would provide support to the back pipe so that it does not fall off and we can get back to home safely. The technician was a very friendly guy and was kind enough to do that for free in his busy schedule. We were really surprised that they didnt us charge anything while the local auto repair centers in NH charged us $20 just to listen to the problem and did nothing. We are really grateful to the mechanic. Unfortunately we did not ask his name.

Went for front brakes was told one price when job was done price doubled. Said because tbey had to get the higher priced rotors.never asked me if it was ok. Just went did job and price gouged me. I am no more a customer.

Really disappointed. I was the first car here at 7 and now it’s 8:35 and I’m still here waiting for my winter tires to be switched over. I was just told it would take at least 20 more minutes. It really shouldn’t take this long. On a positive note, the lady at the front desk has been lovely.

I booked an appt online for noon and got an email back it was unavailable. The emailed had me click to reschedule for 3pm and then whwn I called to confirm, they had no record of either and told me they had nothing available. Poor website and customer service.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences in my 15+ years of going here (and thats a pretty remarkable thing when your talking about autobody stores). The people are friendly, focused, and attentive, and they never try to cheat you into buying more or unnecessary parts solely for their own benefit. They always listen and investigate every issue my car has and suggest the highest quality and least expensive options. I will continue to only come here, its an incredibly hard-working and welcoming place.

Would have given more stars because the employees were super nice but I made an appointment yesterday for an oil change today...came in this morning for my oil change and added a tire rotation and Ive been waiting over an hour and 15 mins. My car came out 15 minutes ago and I have still not been rung out. Very disappointing 😞

I am first time customer, came here with an emergency flat tire. Tony and Mike were both so calm, cool and collected even though it was busy. My husband and I were so impressed. They took the time to go over tire options and traction control for my car. I am looking forward to coming back again due to their great customer service!!

Took over an hour to put on TWO snow tires. Not four but TWO! I’ve been several places that take 10 minutes for this process. Not even busy here, we are the only people here. I’ll never come here again, the service sucks.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Please save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. They damaged my vehicle while it was in there hands and management proceeded to tell me it was my fault and was very rude. They take advantage of their customers and should not be trusted.

I popped my tire and was able to make it to Firestone. They didnt have the tire I needed in stock but let me keep my car there and even helped me take my wheel off so I could go somewhere else that had my tire. I brought the new tire back and they put it on for me and made sure it was done right so I would be safe. The manager and all of the staff were absolutely awesome. The customer service was great and something I appreciate. They went above and beyond to help me out! Im so grateful I was able to make it there!

I had trouble at another firestone and explained to this one what had happened. Nik V was able to verify the incident and offered a great deal for me, a convenient time, and some extra stuff to compensate for a terrible time at another Firestone Location. This place is best in customer service and quality of work. I will be returning if I have any issues with my car because I can certainly trust them.

Got tires, alignment, and oil change. Made an appointment, which I think is a must because if you walk in, you risk a long wait.I thought I needed brakes but they didnt rip me off. They told me brakes are fine. I got a great deal on tires and alignments for life.The manager, Mike, is very personable and friendly and helpful. He gave me a coupon post purchase because it didnt make it into my initial sale. Very accommodating. I will be a loyal customer!!

Good location for basic car care, general maintenance and repairs, and most troubleshooting. They do not use fear-mongering tricks like the classic you need to come and take a look at this which is why I go back. Straight forward and low pressure. Getting work done in the stated time is a mixed bag as I have had jobs be done in half the time but have also had jobs take twice as long and then I had to call them to find out it was done. Pricing is a little better than average but they dont hide costs.

We had a tire that needed fixing and it was almost closing time. After we explained that we lived just north of Nashua one young man (Nick) said hed be happy to help. Could we have made it home on the silly little donut tire maybe but the wonderful folks at Firestone made it possible to continue on worry free.. Thank you Kyle and a big thank you to Nick. Wed also like to add that the guys were polite and very understanding of our situation. They went above and beyond for us, again thank you do much...

Walked in to order tires for my car. They told me it would be two weeks to get them delivered. Two weeks later and they never ordered them and there is no record that we ever ordered them. They tried telling me that i had to wait another two weeks for them to get the tires I needed. Dont waste your time here

Best place in the region Ive found for the annual winter tire mount and balance. Guys work hard and price fairly.

I was out of town and got a flat. The repaired my tire, fixed my spare all for a very reasonable price. I got right in. The service advisor lady is very good at her job, asking the right questions and moving the floww of the shop very smoothly.

First let me say I baby my car since I had it and have all my records and receipts of what has been done to my car from the previous owner so I felt my front end needed an Alignment so I went to check it out at firestone where all my works has been done on my car them not knowing I have all the records try to tell me i had $2,106.51 worth of damage from control arms ball joints rotors to my tires r Whopped when they the ones one year ago who put alllllll 4 brand new tires and the rotors oh yeah I they also said I have a oil leak no I don’t .long story short all I needed was my inner right tie rod ... oh and I’m also very Mechanically inclined just wanted an alignment they saw a female and thought they was going to get over on me not this female .. I changed the tie rod went somewhere else for my alignment my car drives like brand new ... watch out with this place

When I damaged my radiator on a piece of scrap metal on the highway, they were very helpful, and when they werent able to fix my car the same day, they provided me with a rental free of charge so I could still make it to work over the next few days. Their prices were somewhat high, but they went the extra mile to make sure I wouldnt be stuck without a car.

I went on the Firestone site, entered the make and model of my car, chose a battery from the list of compatible options, chose the Leominster location and requested an appointment. Easy peasy. I got a notice that the Leominster location would review the request and send me a confirmation if all checks out. They did. Awesome, right?Today was my appointment. I called to let them know Id be late. The guy I spoke with was super friendly and funny, Ill give them that. He said just show up whenever, itll be a nice quick battery change. Perfect.I arrived at the same time as a bunch of food. I thought how nice it was of Firestone to feed their employees on a Saturday. Until I realized that the whole place stopped running. Every single employee in the place was sitting at a table together in the shop like a family Thanksgiving. Meanwhile, the customers are sitting in the waiting room watching them eat through the big glass window while their cars remain untouched. I love the cute group meal, but someones gotta be working on the cars that have people waiting. Or at least throw us a ravioli. ;)Anyways, I dealt with it, figuring hey when all is said and done Im getting a great deal on a desperately needed new battery.An hour later, I see my car pull back out into the parking lot and Im excited to get back on the road with a new battery. Then one of the employees came out and told me Oh, by the way, that battery YOU selected doesnt fit your car. Sorry, we cant help you today. Apparently your cars battery is dealer issue only. We called out for some prices for you. Its about 3 times the price, and we cant get it here til Tuesday. Should we book that appointment?When I tried to clarify that they were talking about the regular 12volt battery and not the hybrid one, another guy jumped in and responded very rudely, like I was an idiot who dare question them. They then asked again if I want to book that appointment. How they could think I would want anything to do with them is beyond me. Its like the guy who gets hammered and hits on your mom and then asks for a second date. No thanks, buddy.Theyre not wrong. I now know that my battery is a stupid dealer-only model. However, that battery was shown to me as an option on the Firestone website (not Leominsters fault), then confirmed by their location through email and phone (their fault). Then I sit for an hour while they cram their craws and take their sweet time to tell me Im SOL and act like its my fault for not knowing any better. Im not Handy Manny, thats why I was coming here in the first place.Incredible waste of time.Unless you enjoy watching people eat from a glass window and being talked to like a moron. If thats your thing, this is the place for you!

This Firestone doesnt care about helping people at all I got a flat tire on my RV not far from this one called they said sure come over. I limp my RV there go inside guy say oh that thing nope cant do it. I said I called he said come over. The guy looks over at the Manager and he said this is the RV guy that called and Manager says nope cant do it wont fit in our bay. I say ok i will take off tire you change it out he says nope cant help you. So here i am 5 kids the wife and my mom broken down at firestone and they refuse to help. Instead they then start making fun of us being broken down in their lot and tells me I got to get the rv out of their lot. I hope when in need this Manager gets as much help as he gave me which is none i will never recommend a firestone or ever buy a firestone tire instead i will be telling everyone i see this story and the service they provide when someone needs help. Worst place ever. Go to town fair tire those guys were awesome helped me out and stayed late to get the job done. Cant give them enough props for helping me and my family get back on the road. Town Fair Tire got a lifetime customer out of me and my family and will always recommend them. Plus they gave me a great deal on tires. Firestone nothing but a waste of time and aggrevation.

My husband had called and asked if they had the tires for his car, they said Fitchburg had them and they would go and get them be there at 3:30. He came for his appointment at Leominster and they said basically no one could or wanted to go get the tires and they werent going to do it, go to Fitchburg. Laziness and lack of customer service.

Always super busy and slow whenever I’ve been there. Last time I got an oil change my car was sounding funny after they got it back to me and it turns out they removed some bolts somewhere near my muffler. Super shady, never going back there.

I went for tires, oil change and alignment. They did not have the tires and they sent them to look for another place and what I was going to do for half an hour turned into 4 hours. The staff are friendly and cordial without being overly effusive. I think they are quite expensive and do not offer alternatives.
