I would like to thank the entire staff in the automotive department at the Lenoir,NC store for their outstanding service today, 11/4/2021. They replaced my daughters tires at the last minute with smiles. She was driving on a donut tire with my 10 month old grandson and ran into several obstacles on the way there. They waited until she got there and put her safely back on the road. I did not get their names, but am very grateful for their excellent service. I hope management will recognize and appreciate what great staff they have.

Me, my husband and entire family have shopped at Walmart in Lenoir the last 7 years. We are SO DISGUSTED now going on months and we decided to start taking pictures to share with others and at the hopes management ETC will dissolve so many many problems to say the least, that several departments in the entire store CONTINUE TO HAVE!

THIS LOCATION HAS SERIOUS ISSUES WITH LEAVING ITEMS OUT OF DELIVERY AND PICKUP ORDERS. They also have a repeat problem delivering items to the wrong address. I am glad they take photos of the orders when they leave them at your door because they can see that orders have been sent to the wrong address and often you can see that an order has been shorted by the amount of bags in the photos. I ordered delivery 4 times this week and out of those orders the first two had half the items left out and the last two deliveries were delivered somewhere else. Because I couldnt get my groceries delivered to the right address, I ventured into the store tonight.Like so many others have mentioned, this Walmart location is lacking when it comes to the bare minimum requirements one should expect from this monopoly retailer. The smell of this store is so heavy that it can still be smelled on the bags. Yuck. I just heard that retailers are struggling to get groceries because of chain supply issues, so is that the reason why Walmarts shelves are bare, while other grocers are fully stocked? Honestly I normally use Walmart delivery but because they have delivered my last two orders to some one else, I ventured out to this location. The bare shelves may explain why stuff is missing from my delivery orders so much.

Its a Walmart. Nothing more. Nothing less.

The Walmart of Lenoir n.c. is terrible!! The managers must be stealing from the company the way the store is ran.Stay away from this one & go to the one in granite falls!!

Do NOT recommend grocery pick up at this location. They will not give you all of your order. First time it happened, they left off everything that I ordered from the freezer section. I called and the lady on the phone explained that they had just forgotten to get those items and load them in the car. Okay, fine. Second time, they left off two cases of canned drinks. I called again, and a man on the phone told me that there was nothing they could do and I would have to call the 1-800 to process a refund. These drinks were in stock and showing that they were picked. I assume they were just left off my order again like before, but apparently I just have to get refunded this time and will have to make an additional trip to get the items missing from my PICK UP order. Defeats the purpose.

If paying cash. you will be waiting for a while ..... people need to fill their cart full and walk out, if the line is long and if you are paying cash !! enough people do this and maybe we would have more cashiers.....

This Walmart rarely has any merchandise on its shelves. Always looks like the apocalypse just happened. The staff are always rude, no matter what time you go in the store. Like most Walmart stores, its all almost self checkout lanes, so every time I go though them, Im watched like I was just released from prison and out on parole (I thought it was their lost prevention departments responsibility to watch shoppers for potential theft?). Apparently not at this store. I enjoy shopping at Walmart stores but not at this one.

I love ordering online and just park to pick up. The staff in that department are all awesome.

Well stocked mega-center. Unfortunately they always seem to be short of bags in the self checkout lines. Otherwise, they seem to have everything youd need.

The lady in electronics was very helpful very nice still wont do self checkout cuz I dont work there but overall it was a nice experience

First time using online grocery pickup at this store. Waited a very quick couple of minutes for our groceries to come to the car. They were well packed. Everything looks great. Communication about the order was excellent. Staff seems top notch.

Excellent service except 1 item said to have been delivered was not delivered at my address. Refund was issued when I reported that I did not receive the item.

Unbelievably fast thelast few times have shopped here ... but we did go thru self checkout. One rude as HE$$ cashier watched us ring EVERY BIT of stuff up then asked for a receipt saying, Do u have receipt for ANY of that? Saying her handheld didnt show anything. When we showed her she just snorted and didnt say anything. Other than that.. not too bad. Not the usual following around thinking ot acting as if we were going to steal something... WHICH WE POSITIVELY DONNOT DO!!

Went there only to pick up a Birthday gift that a relative ordered online. Was informed by customer service that that department closes at 8 every night. It was 7:59 but they WOULDNT call to that department, whatever that is, to help us out. Sad!

I dont go there if I dont need to,I dont like how they are pushing the check out your self thing on every one, and if they have a check out open,the lines are long,(and the ones that are checking you out are taking a long time or are talking to people and not doing their job)and they wonder why they are losing their jobs. I dont work for Walmart and they dont pay me to work for my things that I have to go get there,

I work as a driver for walmart. I really enjoy this location. I had to quit working in Morganton. Their department is horrid. Was able to make better wages in collaboration with Wal-Mart.

As expected somewhat limited supply in the meat department but overall very clean and neat store.

Its all self check out now! Or almost all. Their meat selection is cheap, but their fresh bread and dips selection is not as good as Food Lion.

Went to get a few animal supplies ya know dog food,cat food an come to find out they even sell chicken feed. Great now if they would just sell live crickets I wouldnt have to go anywhere else.

What a horrible experience it is to shop at the Walmart in Lenoir. Shelves are poorly stocked and the store is neither tidy nor clean. Yesterday there mustve been 10 people with loaded carts waiting for tho ONE human cashier to ring up thete purchases. I then walked over to customer service and worked my way thru 7 employees to ask the manager if he was aware of the long line and why he couldnt break someone free to open up an additional register or two. He looked down his nose at me and said something about too many people missing work. I asked why that was our problem. At least a dozen employees standing around doing virtually nothing, but no one could be spared to open up a register or two?Management at that store was rude and condescending with absolutely no concern for the experience of the hard working shoppers that patronize the place.

They keep the best stuff in the back where you cant get to it.

I dont enjoy large crowds of people and when the only place to shop in your community is Walmart you get large crowds. I will say there is plenty of parking and always something you need is on sale. The overall employee component is actually rather nice. Seems theres a Walmart finally, where employees kinda enjoy their job. Open all night for those who work late. Hopefully they can crack down more on the people stealing their inventory.

When I was there the parking lot and the store were extremely crowded. It was so crowded I did not feel at all safe or comfortable. People were not wearing masks. I was shopping for one item in the electronics department. The stores inventory was not correct on the Wal-Mart App. Had I known I would not have considered shopping there. If I ever do have to return to that location I hope the store is less crowded. I understand that I can see their busy times on Google.

Its always quite an easy to find what your looking for not as busy early in the mornings.

Johnny and Preston in the electronic section on December 30, 2020 between 1 and 2 PM were extremely helpful and very kind. We had some questions about what we were looking for and Johnny was super helpful. When it came to check-out, Preston was super kind and super efficient. The two appeared to also have a great relationship and could joke with each other and still get the job done. Walmart of Lenoir is lucky to have these two individuals.

I use to love Walmart. One stop shop. Now its ridiculous. One line for cash money only, dont be in a hurry. They say its because of a coin shortage yet Hudson Walmart and granite falls can still do self check out nonmatter what. I dont go to Walmart in Lenoir anymore!!!

Jason & Andy have came back from Morganton to asset protection.You can tell because one wears shorts and another always wears hats or caps; neither can take their face masks off either..I’m writing this because they’ll creepily watch, follow, stare and stalk; as you walk or try to browse throughout the large store.They’re working for a younger boy named Matthew whom can never be found or responds.Roll your sleeves up and take your hoodies off when shopping; remember they lock up a lot of merchandise in this discount super store.Try going closer to close or opening.

I have been in better Walmarts. the people who work there are very nice and management is only 50% nice the other 50% is a total irrational person..

Walmart is addictive but so experience was good. I save A LOT OF MONEY using Walmart as my hometown grocer, pharmacy, and other needs!

Went to purchase a 75 TV. No stock on the shelves or in back. Check another local store on line. Had one available for pickup but wanted to charge me $49.99 delivery fee. Purchased some smaller items. Self checked out 😡. No bags anywhere to put my items in 😠😡😤. How many pennies does Walmart need to pinch?

One of my favorite store . Since they are making everyone check there self out and doing away with check out reps..prices should be lower and I hate getting asked to see my receipt at door when I leave ..Im not a thief I spend way over 100.00 about every visit.

Tried to find propane and apparently they dont sell it anymore according to the guy that was in the sporting goods/camping area.... which is odd because the one by my house stocks it. We just didnt think to get it before we left on our trip

It’s WalMart- it’s consistent and employees are helpful when asked where to find items and pleasant at check out.

Couldnt get anyone to answer phone when come to pick up groceries,order online took almost an hour ended up calling electronics to get someone to answer phone.

If you just so happen to lose your receipt be prepared to get treated like a thief. I happened to take something back and had the receipt to it but I had another piece of merchandise that I was wanting to switch out for a different name brand and the lady automatically turned on like a switch and treated me like I was a thief and I did not want to get a refund just wanted to swap it out for the right one. Absolutely uncalled for. So instead of having the aggravation and disrespect I just went elsewhere to buy another one. Walmart is not the only facility in the world

No help given, tried to buy a small light in the camping section and I still dont have one because I never found anyone willing to help me, then when I check out there is a million people in the one open lane and all the self check outs were card only and I had to use cash. Not a good experience at all

They need more cash registers open if all self checkout is going to be card only. All they had open for customers with cash was 2 registers.

This walmart seems to have a stock problem. there are so many items that are empty on an ongoing basis

We live a short distance to Walmart, going on 7 years now,so weve shopped there so frequently. Its sad to say, but over the last couple of years its hard to tolerate the experience, of how different the Lenoir Walmart has went to the worse. Unorganized shelves, or in boxes in alses, rude help, if you can even locate a person willing to help in a particular department. Products not even put on the shelves.Ive always loved shopping at Lenoir Walmart through the years, not anymore.The very worst thing Id have to say is how often the store is out of so many products that we typically purchase. We shop there 4+ times a week on the average, so its just plain ridiculous. I am a very understanding person and very aware of the struggles Caldwell County has faced since Covid 19, but I refuse to believe that this Walmart sloppiness isnt more due to poor manager and less hired help than anything else.My husband and I, are now discussing what other location or store will better serve our large family needs.

I went in for an oil change; they put fresh oil in the car, on the paint and all over the steering wheel!What a deal!For real though, they need to clean up after themselves or be more careful.

Had no choice but to use the self check out again due to the fact that only 2 of the associate operated check out were open. Next visit no change. The people working here are more concerned with stocking candy than checking customers out.

Everything I need I can find here and the cashiers are very nice and professional
