Sherwin-Williams online ordering and pick up, either curb side or in the store was a great experience, I prefer it to riding in store. Paint was ready quickly, price was good and the quality is always amazing!

Received quality service by Grant. Bought additional paint for project, reshook paint that I was going to re-use. Very professional and was able to quickly get in and out. Store met all my needs in a short time. Great job!

Ben was one of the rudest employees I have ever met. My wife and I have medical exemptions from the local mask mandate, but instead of working with us, Ben was snarky and treated us like we had the plague. We were forced to wait outside in the cold and he refused to help us load our vehicle. We should have went somewhere else, but this location was the closest to get paint. Will give Benjamin Moore a try next time.

The two women working there last Sunday were the best! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the associates went out of her way to help me track down a color that had been discontinued. It’s exactly the color I’ve been looking for and I could not have found it without her help.

Hard to get help. Sherwin-Williams i gladly call and tell you all about it but here the thing Im deaf and that was one the main reason the help was so bad i talk like a hearing person do to the fact i have not always been deaf Im a disabled veteran and life is hard enough without Having to deal with so rude jerk that wants to yell because i said. I went in with my two small children to get 8 gallons of paint (most of them different colors). The service we received was fantastic. Our wait was very short (under 10 min) and they carried the paint out to my vehicle. I had no idea your service was so good or we would have been shopping here years ago!

Sherwin Williams is more expensive than most paint stores but I’ve always felt it was worth it for the expertise of your employees. The person working on my last visit was the least helpful paint/hardware worker I’ve encountered. We won’t be back.

Stores are always clean, helpful, and patient. When choosing paint colors, patience is a virtue and the folks at Sherwin-Williams has it in spades.

Store is open bright and products clearly displayed and accessible. Staff is friendly and helpful with no pushy sales and a great area to view and compare paint samples.

The employees not wearing earbuds, not having to ask to have paint re-shaken because the first time was hardly at all, being more helpful and knowledgeable about paint. The customer service skills were really lacking.

Employee was condescending and would not help look up a paint code from a company Sherwin Williams bought a few years ago. Demanded I cut off a piece of trim wood and bring it to them for matching. I drove to the location on Shawnee Mission and they helped me without any problems. Go to the Shawnee Mission instead of you want to be treated well.

Horrible service. I waited over 30min for an order I had called in an hour before I came to pick up. People who came after me were being helped before me and I was never even acknowledged after the initial phone call to let them know I was there. Will not use this location again.

Competent SW associates who know their products and are willing to assist a customer in a friendly, courteous manner.

I am a woman. I am a woman who has remodeled several homes, who has refinished many pieces of furniture, who has many tools including various sizes of paint sprayers. No matter of my experience or research, every time I go into the Sherwin Williams store on 87th and Lackman I am insulted by the employees (all male) Every Single Time. I have even left and asked my husband to go in to purchase the very same items and he is not insulted for his choices or coached on the right way to paint. Obviously this stores employees are sexist and perhaps need a coaching on how to treat customers regardless of thier anatomy. This is the 5th time this situation has occurred in 3 years.

Not one person approached us to check on us while looking at paint swatches.
