I had my package (medication) held at this location since it was delayed. The original shipping address is my work address however since my package got delayed i requested a hold at this store. Before i went to pick up i called to make sure it was there. Once i arrived the lady at the counter refused to give me my package even after verifying my name and the tracking number since the address on the package was different. I informed her the address on my license isn’t even my current address. I tried to show her the shipping updates on the FedEx app ON MY PHONE. She asked for a paystub which is odd. I work for a hospital so the address would not be the same as my actual work location. I told her and the manager that 3x. I explained to them I had requested the hold due to delays in shipment. I again tried to show them everything on my phone including tracking info via text. The manager eventually just said ok i can have MY package this one time… any other location i have visited has checked my Id and confirmed the tracking info and gave me my package. This visit was such a HASSLE especially being on my lunch break and having the medication already delayed 2x. I won’t be back. I will not recommend this location to ANYONE!
Tiffany was absolutely wonderful. She got my documents resized and laminated quick and easy. I always come to this location and ha e never been disappointed. Thank you for all you do!
Such a great experience! Melissa greeted me very nicely and was quite patient with my multiple questions. She and her coworker were fantastic.I ran in at 1940 and they had me rung up and ready to go by 1953! It was quick, professional, and just excellent service.
Theyre better than USPS but just go with UPS. They have adapted to and handled the pandemic far better than FedEx has. Im sure theyre doing their best. Employee morale must be really low or something.
The staff at this location has always been helpful to me.I value sanitary very much, now more than ever with the COVID-19 pandemic. The staff at this location always wear masks and gloves, which is very considerate! Great great job!!I usually get my work print here, and they always do a great job with printing and cutting. I highly recommend this place if you need to get things done.
Was in online school and shipped textbooks back. My college never received the textbooks and they lost the packages with the textbooks in them. 🙃

I went in to mail two packages for work. We wrapped them up in the original packaging and were sent a return label that I put over the old label from when it was sent. The middle aged balding clerk with glasses then told me that I had used a Priority packaging with a Ground return label. I said I didnt realize it was different and he said he would allow it this time but told me not to do it again. Ummm, I wont do it again because I wont be going back to fedex to mail anything. That was rude and disrespectful. Dont need that in my life.. Good riddence...
New to the area and had something to send. Thought Id try fedex instead of the UPS store since it was by the Hen House. I will not be going back. Surprised how rude everyone was there. Bad look for fedex and Id definitely rather deal with the lines at the UPS store or even the post office than deal with the people working there
Thank you Gary... I needed to print some tax forms and the self service couldn’t read my card so this kind employee let me use his, still had problems but he told me to email the forms to their server and he printed them out for me etc .. I appreciate you and all the employees at this location
Is this place under new management? They have been Extremely rude on several occasions to me when I bring packages in . I don’t understand it, I’m a very nice person and I’m not doing anything different than I was 2 years ago or so.
This is going to be my new go to place to get any sort of high quality printing of any sort, including photos. Great experience all around. I needed to get copies of old family photos for my moms upcoming 80th birthday. Donnie & Conner would so helpful every step of the way, showing me how to scan and doing all of the cropping for me!!! You can tell they care about the job they are doing and that doesnt always happen. The price was reasonable too.

I brought a test prep book here for them to cut the binding and 3-hole punch. I got a call later in the day that they accidentally punched it for a spiral binding instead, then did a 3-hole punch on top of that which was misaligned. When I brought the book back in and showed the manager, Kelly, she was very apologetic and extremely accommodating. She ended up ordering me a new book, cut the binding and 3-hole punched it herself, and then overnight shipped it to me (I went back to school in a different state before the book came in). The manager stayed in contact the whole process, made sure that the 3-hole punch was perfectly aligned, and sent me the tracking info once shipped. Im giving a 5-star review because despite the initial error, the manager more than made up for it and I ended up with the order I needed.
I’m never one to leave reviews on here but I have to warn others about the really bad customer service. I showed up a few minutes before closing and was basically kicked out of the store. The male employee (who seemed to be training a new team member) was rude and so quick to send me to a different location.He wasn’t patient. He wasn’t kind. I understood I was so late so I left without any hesitation but I could not believe how dismissive this man was.This was my first time visiting this FedEx location and it will certainly be the last.
Worst customer service ever. This place is horrible. No one is helpful and they act like you’re interrupting something important. Um, hello? You’re in a customer service business!
Nothing but positive reviews for this location. The assistant manager Patrick was very helpful and took care of a situation that a customer ahead of me was dealing with. He also was able to assist with what I came in for with no issues. He is a major asset to the company and would give me confidence to recommend this location to anyone.
All great thing to say about this location. They are friendly and helpful and have great customer service. I have done standard printing, shipping, bound booklets and also a banner all on separate occasions and they have been great!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have gone to this location for past 5+ years. The customer service is always horrible but usually they do the job right and I just go on my way. They are more expensive than other places but its close to my place so I chose location over customer service or price. Today, I went in to get some documents scanned. How hard can it be to scan a doc and save it properly? I was there for 20+ minutes and the files were scanned wrong ( my fault for not checking right away I guess but really, I shouldnt have to). Half of the files werent even scanned and nothing was named correctly. So once I find this out, I go back to the store about 1 hour later. The young red head guy at the desk ( the older gentleman who made the mistake is gone) says nothing but hello and when I explained the mistake. He scanned the docs. I asked him to label things correctly and he did his job. However, not once did he utter an apology for his co-workers mistake. Once I asked to check the files, I was given an eye roll but shown that everything was scanned correctly. Also, I bought a flash drive ( 1 hour prior) to save the files on so I could avoid another trip back to my house. I told the young guy I had no use for this as I have brought my own and their flash drive was getting awfully hot for it being 1 hour old. He simply said we dont return opened items and no further Im sorry for your horrible experience here today Let me check the flash drive exchange it NOTHING. I will not be coming back to this location ever again. The worst experience I have ever had at a FedEx location.
No one greeted me when I entered. 3 employees standing behind the counter and I had to ask for help after looking around for something specific. Elsie was nice but I didnt feel like they appreciated I was there and not USPS or UPS which are both down the street.
I like how easy and fast it is to print there. Now i really do not miss having a printer at home or feel like getting one anytime soon. Also it is still Fedex so print, scan then mail all on one place. Life is getting easier nowadays :)
Had bought wireless headphones at this store. Bluetooth was very spotty. Tried to return them the next day. Store refused to give me refund and told me to call the manufacturer to refund money. Called the manufacturer customer service and they said that the refund should come from the store that I bought. Just seemed as if no one wanted to take responsibility. Never coming to this store again!
I can always count on them delivering in crunch time.The staff here is fantastic-great customer service skills and do the job right the first time. I have worked with many FedEx office stores, and this one is far superior to the others.
Love FedEx, but hate this Center. Will not pay the 300% premium they want! Had a bad experience, but decided to give them another shot. Still lousy. Staff is uniformly NON-CUSOMER FOCUSED. They try to find ways to bump up services and with that, your prices. On my last visit to this location, they quoted me a price that made me think I could drive it to Kentucky myself for less money... so, I took it to another Center, and the price FOR THE EXACT SAME PACKAGE was over 300% less! Given it happened multiple times, with different staff, I have to believe this is how this location must train their people.Because I like FEDEX, I go out of my way to another Center.

Great Customer Service, I needed a sign for the Joco Home and Remodel Show for my company. I needed a logo with hammers which I described to the employee. Christopher was a tremendous help with seeing our vision. I received my banner in a matter of days. I will continue to go here for all our company project needs.
Highly recommend to Not use this location! If you don’t know that the label you printed off for a drop off package couldn’t be scanned ( even though you can read the entire label clearly) the FEDEX LOCATION will not reprint the label (unless you do the job for The ASSISANT MANAGER of the store for them LIKE I HAD TO). I was told by stores manager that the company fed ex apparently doesn’t give the store locations access to customer account numbers. After being turned away and given no help, I sat in my car and was able to use my own cellphone browser to receive help by contacting fedex corporate to give ITS OWN FEDEX STORE the account numbers they needed. I went back in and handed the manager my phone so he could talk to his own co worker (since they all get paid by fedex) and they were able to get what they needed to reprint the labels for me :) don’t go to this location if you expect to work there yourself
